    Thermal decomposition of aluminum methyl cyclohexyl hypophosphite(Al(MHP))filled epoxy(EP) composite were investigated with thermogravimetric analyses(TG) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The interaction between component during thermal decomposition process was explored with theoretical arithmetic,adopted FTIR to analyse the product of decomposition. Results show that adding Al(MHP)into EP causes the initial decomposition temperature of composite shifting to the lower temperature,but results in a decrease of degradation rate and an increase of carbon forming. FTIR results show the residues are rich in C and P element,The compound with C and P are beneficial for the thermal stability of the composite.

    Based on the structure of 2-methy-2,5-dioxo-1,2-oxaphospholane(OP)which are cyclic estolide structure,and the ring can be opened through hydrolysis or alcoholysis,studies the reaction feasibility,solidification process and flame retardancy of OP/hydroquinone/epoxy preformed polymer;successfully prepares the epoxy containing phosphorus,the epoxy has good flame retardancy after solidifing 12 h,the limited oxygen index is 25.7%,the calmet burning test reaches UL 94 V-0 grade.

    With facile electrochemical deposition method makes a new and unique dendritic silver nanostructure consist of trunk,branch and leaves. Adopts scaning electronic microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)to characterize the structure of silver nanostructure,combined with the structure feature to explore the formation mechanism of dendritic silver nanostructure,the dendritic nano silver has very strong symmetric construction. The unimolecule determination experiment show:because of the structure features of high aspect ratio,numerous interstital structure,single crystal leave shape silver with nano-size,the prepared dendritic silver nanostructure has excellent SERS(surface enhanced Raman Scattering)activity as SEMS substrate,it can be used for ultralow concentration unimolecule determination.

    The research of nilpotent groups is a important part of the research of finite groups'theory. The research report of nilpotent groups is plentiful. Decribing properties of nilpotent groups is also difficult. As known, nilpotent groups G have a normal subgroups series:G = G1…Gr= 1 which makesGi/Gi+1 ≤Z(G/Gi+1)(i = 1,2,…,r) discusses the generalization of nilpotent groups. Assumes that the factor group is super central and G/Gi+1 is cyclic group. According to it,introduces a definition of super nilpotent groups.     TiO2/graphene oxide(TiO2/GO)composites were prepared by the sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate and graphite oxide as the main raw materials. The microstructure of TiO2/GO composites was analysed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Reactive brilliant red X-3B(X-3B)was used as model pollutant to study the photocatalytic activity of the composites. The effect of key factors(the content of graphene oxide,initial dye concentration and catalyst amount)on X-3B degradation was investigated. The results showed that graphene oxide was uniformly covered with sphere-like anatase TiO2 nanopaticles,which have a diameter of about 10 nm. The results indicated that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2/GO composites was higher than that of pure TiO2 and the mixture of TiO2 and graphite oxide under the same conditions,and the composites had the best photocatalytic activity,when the content of graphene oxide is 100 mg. Moreover,it was found that the rate of photocatalytic degradation decreased with the increase of the initial dye concentration,and the optimum amount of composites was 0.8g/L when the initial concentration of X-3B solution was 100 mg/L,and the degradation rate could reach 96% after 60 min reaction.

    The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater is a problem of great difficulty and a focus of public attention because of its high color intensity, variation of water quality and poor biodeg? radation. The wastewaters were treated by immobilized microorganism technology. The experimental results showed that the average removal efficiencies of COD and color were over 90% and 70%,respectively,under the conditions of pH = 7,influent concentration = 300 mg/L and hydraulic retention time(HRT)= 16 h.

    A user's attributs are usually distributed and authenticated by the different authorities. Proposes a multi-authority attribute-based encryption scheme for this case. The universal attribute set is divided into a number of attribute subsets,moreover,the attribute subsets intersect is null set. For every attribute subset,an authority takes charge of monitoring the attribute value and as?signs a key corresponding to the attribute value. Every senter can encrypt the information with a certain attribute set,and the user obtaining the attribute set can decrypt the encrypted information. The proposed scheme meets the security of IND-sSET-CPA.

    Because the traditional saliency model can not balance the fast motion scene and the slow motion scene,improves the movement feature extraction algorithm in modeling method of saliency model,promotes the accuracy of movement saliency subgraph. Considering the human visual system may concentrate more attention on partial region of the picture,applies the improved saliency model into the redundant slices coding for H.264 video,carries out redundant slices coding to the region paid attention by human eyes,so improves the error resilient performance of video stream transmission. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can remarkably improve both subjective and objective quality of the decoded picture in the packetloss environment.

    Objective:To study the effect of etomidate on GABAergic transmission in neurons of rat ventrolateral preoptic (VLPO)area. Methods:Rat ventrolateral preoptic area slices were prepared. Inhibitory postsynaptic current(IPSC)were investigated using whole-cell patch-clamp recording in VLPO neurons. Results:Etomidate(0.1 μmol/L)reversibly decreased the amplitude of evoked IPSC in VLPO neurons,without changing its paired-pulse ratio(PPR) . Etomidate(0.1μmol/L)decreased the frequency and amplitude of spontaneous IPSC,did not induce appreciable change in the kinetics of the spontaneous IPSC. Conclusion:Etomidate may act presynaptically and postsynaptically to suppress GABAergic transmission to VLPO neurons,this effect may excite these neurons,lead to the inhibition of histaminergic neurons in tuberomamillary nucleus,which will decrease releasing of histamine and result in anesthesia and sedation.

    Objective:To investigate the functional mechanism and impact of simvastatin intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with metabolic syndrome. Methods:60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with metabolic syndrome in stationary phase were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group was given additional oral simvastatin 8 weeks for a cycle. CAT scores,pulmonary function and the levels of plasma C-reactive protein (CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8),SOD,blood lipids were recorded before and after treatment. Results: The CAT scores and CRP levels, interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),SOD,blood lipids decreased in interventiong group after treatment;compared the intervention group before and after treatment,and compared intervention group after treatment to control group after treatment,there was statisticat difference(P<0.05);in control group, compared before treatment to after treatment,there was no statistical difference. In comparison of FEV1,FEVl%,in intervention group and in control group before and after treatment,between the two groups also,there were no statistical differences(P > 0. 05) . Conclusion:Short term simvastatin treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the CRP and inflammatory mediators levels in patients with COPD,improve the quality of life,reduce the level of lipids. but can not improve lung function.
    Influence of Axilla Lymphatic Metastasis to Prognosis of Infiltrating Breast Cancer

    Objective:The number of axillary lymph node (ALN)metastasis is the most important prognostic factor in the patients with infiltrating breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the number of nodal metastasis and the survival time without tumor,and make it to be a sign of the breast cancer prognosis. Methods:180 cases with full breast+ALN I, II plane dissection, picked up all the LN,consecutively made 6 slices,reported the maximum gauge with pathological slice. In accordance with pN and pT results,chose the chemo-treat? ment and or or incretion treatment. Recorded the breast cancer patients' age,tumor size,ALN checked number,metastasis number. Carried out stastical analysis with t test and χ2 test. Calculated the survival rate with Kaplan-Meier method,and carried out log-rank test. Results:In 180 cases,95 cases had ALNM,the occuring rate of ALNM was 53%. Among it,N0 85 cases,N1 52 cases,N2 20 cases,N3 23 cases. The number of ALNM increased as the tumor size going up. The general survival rate in 5 years without tumor was 88%,the patients without ALNM,5 years survival rate without tumor was 99%;once appeared ALNM,5 years survival rate without tumor decreased to 79% (P < 0.01) . Conclusion:The condition of axilla lymph node is an important factor to prognosis of breast cancer. The number of lymphatic metastasis and the progesterone receptor are the index for prognosis. The cutted number of lymphnode should be more than 10,for accurately judging the N level.

    Objective:Expoles simple staining method for helicobacter pylori which can be used in clinic. Methods:Adopts improved methylene blue staining method,through the staining to gastric mucosal biopsy tissue,makes clear the infection of helicobacter pylori. Results:The methylene blue can stain the helicobacter pylori,the structure is clear without background interference. Conclusion:The improved methylene blue staining method for detecting helicobacter pylori can be used in clinical practice.

    Objective:To establish the method of determining the content of lipo soluble tea polyphenols in gel for quality control standard. Methods:A colorimetric method was established for the determination of lipo soluble tea polyphenols in gel at 540 nm with ethanol as the extracting solvent and tartaric acid ferrous as the coloring reagent. Results:The linear relationship of lipo soluble tea polyphenols is good in the range of 0 to 250 mg· (100 mL) -1(R2=0.999 1)and the average recov?ery is 102. 80%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 0.93%(n=9) . Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,repeatability good and can be used for determining the content of lipo soluble tea polyphenols in gel.

    Objective:To research the hydroscopicity of ultrafine powder addtive of anti-heat stress herbs for chicken. Methods:Made a comparison of the humidity absorption speed and rate between coarse powder and ultrafine powder additive;Critical relative humidity of coarse powder and ultrafine powder additive were determined;The storage conditions of ultrafine powder additive was optimized by orthogonal test with the temperature and humidity as factors using the humidity absorption percent as the index. Results:The humidity absorption percent in ultrafine powder additive was higher than that in the coarse powder. Critical relative humidity of ultrafine powder and coarse powder additive were 70% and 78% respectively. Compared with opening containing,the humidity absorption percent of ultrafine powder additive was significantly reduced after seal. The suitable storage conditions as follow:temperature 10 ℃,humidity below 75%. Conclusion:The hydroscopicity is changed after super-fine treatment,during the herbs processing,preparing and storing,it is quite necessary to control the environmental conditions.

    The investigation and analysis have been conducted on current status,plant species,quantity,distribution and arrangement of campus plants in Jianghan University. The results show that there are 205 greening species,which belongs to 72 families and 146 generas. The native species are the main species in campus greening,of which the adaptive ability are strong and the greening effect are abvious. Woody plants are mainly used,herbs and liane are used less,the greening structure is simple. In the investigation,it discovers that the outstanding problems in campus greening in Jianghan University are less plant species and application form,blind introduction,unreasonable design,puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures to impel the campus greeningdevelopment.
