Abstract: Objective：Expoles simple staining method for helicobacter pylori which can be used in clinic. Methods：Adopts improved methylene blue staining method，through the staining to gastric mucosal biopsy tissue，makes clear the infection of helicobacter pylori. Results：The methylene blue can stain the helicobacter pylori，the structure is clear without background interference. Conclusion：The improved methylene blue staining method for detecting helicobacter pylori can be used in clinical practice.
