One problem of the Reconstruction Conjecture isfind a complete set of invariants of a graph. The spectral moments sequence is an important invariant of a graph, which connected closely to the numbers of closed walks. On analysing the structure feature of trees, first find all tree subgraphs which can generate closed walks of length eigth, then provid 8th spectral moment calculation formula.

Establishes several mathematical models of symbiotic interdependent population by using the stability theory of differential equations, then analyzes equilibrium points and stability conditions of each model. Finally discusses the future trend of two populations after longtime enough.

Pure and Ce-doped (1%, 2%, 5%) TiO2 nano-films were prepared on quartz substrates by sol-gel process. The structures, morphologies and optical properties were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, atomic force microscope and UV-vis spectrophotometer. The effect of Ce doping on the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 nano-films were evaluated with the degradation of methylene blue under UV irradiation. The results showed that doping an appropriate amount of Ce can effectively improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2, and the nano-film doped with 2% Ce showed the best photocatalytic activity.

Investigated a opto-electrical amplifier displacement composite amesdial which is composed of grating, hall element, homopolar magnet, digital caliper and converted Michelson interferometer. Three different ways of measuring tiny distance (grating amplifying displacement method, hall tiny distance transducer method and interference fringe amplifying displacement method) are applied with the equipment.

Ultrasonic method extraction was used to extract the eleocharis tuberosa peel polyphenols. And the suitable extract conditions was obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal test, then inhibitory action of eleocharis tuberosa peel polyphenol crude extraction on linoleic acid lipid peroxidation system was studied. The results showed that extractant was 60 % ethanol, pH 3.5, feed liquid ratio was 1∶30 (W/V), ultrasonic time was 50 min, on these conditions, eleocharis tuberosa peel polyphenols yield was 1.8 %, and have strong lipid antioxidant activity.

ObjectiveTo explore heart-lung simulated auscultation’s effect on general practitioner’s incumbency common technical training. Methods97 general practitioners of Wuhan economic development zone (Zhuankou), took part in 8 period heart-lung auscultation training with dummy man. Compared the fore-and-aft score of the practice and made the questionnaire survey of teaching effect. ResultsCompared fore-and-aft score of heart-lung auscultation drilling, the difference was significant (P < 0.01), post-training was markedly better than before. Questionnaire showed simulation model teaching can improve heart-lung auscultation skills and be benefit to clinical practice. ConclusionCardiopulmonary auscultation simulation training is an effective teaching method on general practitioners.

References is important component of sci-tech papers. The quality of bibliographic reference determinates the academic standard and overall quality of papers and even sci-tech journal. Many problems of the improper and wrong citations of bibliographic references found in sci-tech papers are summed up, which include “quoted without marking”, “marked without quoting”, excessive self-citation and quoted from a secondary source, nonstandard marking. Proposes several corresponding countermeasures from three aspects, namely, the self-examination by author, editor checking and reviewer giving assistance.
