By means of numerical calculations, the squeezing property of the light field in the non-resonant system of two entangled atoms interacting with coherent field in dissipative cavity is studied. The effects of the detuning between the atom and cavity field, the initial field intensity, the decay of the cavity field on the light squeezing are discussed. The results show that when two entangled atoms interact with coherent field in the non-resonat system, light squeezing may occur, the squeezing degree has the periodicity with the time evolution. Also, the squeezing degree of light field becomes strong, the squeezing time increases, when the initial field intensity is adjusted appropriately. With the increase of the decay of the cavity field, the squeezing degree of light field gradually becomes weak, the squeezing time gradually decreases.

Using different heating carrier C, Al2O3 and adding catalytic material Ni on the carriers, research the cracking of tar model compound toluene with the materials under microwave heating and ordinary oven, investigates the influence of heating method, catalytic component, heat carrier to cracking of toluene. The results show that there is no obvious influence to toluene cracking with microware heating or with ordinary heating, but microwave heating has certain inhibiting function on carbon build-up; when the inlet concentration of toluene is 4.86-5.80 g/Nm3, space-time is 0.124-0.125 s, towards different bed material, the microwave heating cracking rate is 26.24%-55%; and to ordinary heating, under 650℃, the ordinary heating cracking rate with the same bed material is 66.02%-100%; catalytic activity center-Ni has obvious catalytic seletivity on the carrier; meanwhile the crack of toluene, there is small sum of toluene transforming to high aromatic series degree.

Nowadays JavaScript is re-valued, and its running environment is shifting gradually from traditional web client-side to server-side. As a typical representative of server-side JavaScript engine, Rhino has a broad platform support and appling foundation. By placing Rhino engine into a standard Java servlet, a server-side JavaScript container can be constructed. With the help of Rhino engine, developers can not only access Java objects inside JavaScript container, but also gain full support of Java platform. Meanwhile, server-side JavaScript also unified development language used in both front and back end. Thus, it reduces the difficulty of web development and improves efficiency.

In the Chimney blasting demolition, field data shows that chimney is affected by the dynamic load effect in blasting instant. If the blasting cut angle is designed improper, it will affect the accuracy of the chimney dumping direction. Relies on the law of conservation of energy, the computational formula of the impact dynamic factor of chimney blasting is deduced, the dynamic stress of the remaining weak cross-section of the chimney blasting cut is studied .By theory calculating the value of the stress of the remaining part under the action of blasting impact load, comes to the higher limit of the cut angle which ensuring that the chimney would not sitting down. Engineering examples and field data are given to verify the correctness of the theory.

Primary structure analyzing and secondary structure predicting indicate that BmKBPP of NDBPs (Non-Disulfide-Bridged Peptides) might be a polycovalent cationic host defense peptide, which has a typical structure of amphiphilic α-helix and plenty of basic amino acids(Arg and Lys)with net positive charges. Using PCR method and plasmid vector pGEX-5X-1, the recombinant expression vectors of BmKbpp, EGFP and BmKbpp/EGFP prokaryoticly fused with GST were constructed. These three expression vectors and pGEX-5X-1 were transformed into Rossetta(DE3) strains, respectively. Expression of BmKbpp gene in E. coli demonstrates that its product has antimicrobial function by testing the living curve of host cell. Although the fusing products of genes is toxic to host cell, the slight fusion expression of GST, BmKBPP and EGFP is successful, which provides us a way to obtain BmKBPP for further functional research.

After acquiring BmKb1 gene by Overlap PCR, pGEX-6p-1/BmKb1 vector was constructed. The series recombinant pGEX-6p-1/(BmKb1)n (n = 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) plasmids were build with isocaudamer technology. With the template of pGEX-6p-1/(BmKb1)n, standard PCR procedure was used to study PCR efficiency of the short tandem repeats; The BmKb1 octoploid template was used to study the effects of the number of PCR cycles, the final concentration of primers and the annealing temperature on PCR efficiency and specificity of the short sequence repeat, respectively. The results showed thatwith the number of tandem repeat sequences increasing, the number of non-specific bands will increase, and the content of specific bands will decrease; Amplifying BmKb1 gene tandem by PCR in the 18-20 cycle numbers, with the primer final concentration of 0.05-0.1 μM, as well as at higher annealing temperature of 60-62 ℃, the relatively high yield and high the specificity PCR fragments of BmKb1 gene concatemer will be available. This study will provide a technology basis for the cloning, PCR screening, sequencing of tandem expression vector and genome STRs.

A PCR fragment including 30nt of flanking DNA homologous to the chromosome in each end and a antibiotic-resistant gene in the middle is introduced into the host cell of BW25113/ pIJ790. The three proteins of λ phage---Exo、Bet and Gam, expressed by pIJ790, composing the Red recombination system has the advantage of high one-step recombination rate of linear fragment. The antibiotic-resistant gene replaces the target gene as a result. This research obtaines a derivative of E. coli whose efflux pump gene acrAB is deleted. The mutant strain will help to research of mechanism of antimicrobial materials.

The toxic effects of carbon nanoparticles have been increasingly gaining attention. In this research, the combined effect of C60/Cu2+ on DNA conformation was comparatively studied by altering various reaction conditions, to assess the biological toxicity of carbon nanoparticles. The results showed that without photoexcitation, C60/Cu2+ could significantly induce the conversion of supercoiled DNA into nicked DNA, and this DNA cleavage effect was enhanced as the concentration of Cu2+ and C60 increased. Moreover, the cleaved DNA could be reconnected to circular DNA by T4 DNA ligase, which indicated that the phosphodiester bond was the splicing site of C60/Cu2+. In addition, various ROS savengers could not reduce the DNA cleavage effect of C60/Cu2+, which was relate to the feature that Cu2+ played a pivotal role in DNA cleavage. Taken together, these results demonstrated that C60/Cu2+ could significantly induce the DNA cleavage without photoexcitation, which exhibited obvious combined effect. Further consideration should be given in assessment of their potential genotoxicity.

ObjectiveTo study the association between HBV-DNA level and HBV markers in hepatitis B patients. MethodsA total of 335 hepatitis B patients were recruited in this study. Serum HBV-DNA level was quantified by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)and serum HBV markers were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) separately. The association between HBV-DNA level and HBV markers was primarily investigated by statistical analysis. ResultsThe HBV-DNA positivity and level were significantly higher in HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、HBcAb(+) patients than those in other groups(P < 0. 01); The HBV-DNA positivity and level were significantly lower in HBsAg(+)、HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+) patients than those in HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、HBcAb(+) patients(P < 0. 01), but the differences were no statistical significance between HBsAg(+)、HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+) patients and HBsAg(+)、HBcAb(+) patients(P > 0. 05); HBV-DNA positivity was significantly higher in HbeAg(+) patients than in HbeAg(-) patients(P < 0. 01). ConclusionCombining quantitative detection of HBV-DNA with HBV markers, in order to provide a reliable basis for judging the hepatitis B infection, virus replication, infectious intensity and the effect of antiviral observations.
