Abstract: Informationization development is the booster of education reform for university，it is one of the important means and ways to promote the great-leap-forward development of education career. Relies on the Nolan model which describes the regularity of information system development， to analyse the evolutionary regularity of university informationization development in our country，and uses this as theoretical foundation，explores the connotation of digital campus development and the tendency of university informationization development.
