    ZnO nanosheet films were synthesized on quartz glass substrates with ZnO seed-layers with a hydrothermal method. Their morphologies,structures,and optical properties were investigated with scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron microscope and photoluminescence spectrometer,the possible growth mechanism was explored. The results show that these ZnO nanosheets are single crystalline with hexagonal wurtzite structure, they prefer?entially grow along the < 101 ˉ0 > directions. The room-temperature photoluminescence spectrum are composed of a sharp ultraviolet emission peak(380 nm)and a wide visible emission band. The visible emission band can be divided into three emission peaks centered around 550,620 and 760 nm,respectively.

    Introduces a optical orientating and tracking system based on SOPC platform,the core of the platform consist of FPGA of Altera and embedded Nios II CPU. The system adopts DE2 development board,OV7670 digital camera and digital touch screen. It is easy for operating and can automatically locate and track the moving object in a certain range. It also can be adjusted with manual operating. Experiment shows it has low power consumption,flexibility,expansibility,and it can locate and track targets steadily and accurately.

    Proposes the method utilizing β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer enrich phenyl-mercury in sample water,chooses ethanol to elutriate off the enriched phenyl-mercury,and uses hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method to quantitatively analyse digestive product,through experiment to optimize the chemical and instrument conditions. Discusses the influence of brominating agent dosage and brominating time to digestive rate,the influence of oscillating time to adsorption rate,the inflence of eluting time to eluting rate,discusses the factors such as the interference of concomitant ions,the precision and the detection limit,analyses the sample and draws the standard curve. The method is sensitive,selective and precise,the detection limit is 0. 36 ng/mL and RSD is 2. 29%(n = 10,c = 4 ng/mL).

    Language is the main tool of thinking. Words are the basic unit of language. However,character encoding is the present encoding method in computer information processing. With in-depth development of computer information processing,the disadvantages of character encoding increasingly appear. From the basic needs of information processing and the basic characteristics of the words,an unified encoding scheme on comprehensive consideration of word-character,and word-oriented is proposed. The scheme based on the existing coding standard UTF-16,maintains the existing character encoding,adds words coding;words encoding are logical organized with the concept space tree including some semantic information and semantic relationship,adapting to cluster retrieval and language code convert between two languages are the principles of spatial organization. At last,points out several problems which need further study.

    With fast development of mobile internet technology,mobile network approach has become one of the main channels to obtain campus information,moreover,mobile internet has gradually become a new dissemination media and interactive port for the mobile internet information and it will give significant influence on university students' major learning,campus life and social activity etc. Therefore,mobile phone users among university students were surveyed as research object. Mainly through questionnaires,assisted with interview and group discussion to make in-depth investigation on current situation(channel,content,etc.)of campus information requirement. Based on clarifying the purpose of information requirement of university students mobile phone users,analyzed the channel to obtain campus information and content of campus information website so as to adapt to the development of mobile internet technology,also explored new features of campus information requirement of university students,such as convenience,functionality,sharing,sociability,etc. Finally,proposed that campus information requirement should move forward to provide high-quality service for mobile-learning in campus.

    To screen high yield and good quality Prunella L. varieties,which will be suitable for cultivation at Qichun areas,the yield and quality of four Prunella L. varieties(Anhui Bozhou,AHX;Hubei Qichun,HQX;Jiangxi Zhangshu,JZX;Henan Queshan,HNX)were evaluated using randomized block design,taking the same plot,the same sowing planted period,with two ways which were direct sowing culture and transplanting cultivation. The results showed that JZX and HNX, the comprehensive performance, whether quality content (rosmarinic acid content were 0.42% and 0. 40%,respectively)or yield(the average yield of dry grain per mu (667 m2)were 168. 0 kg and 159. 3 kg,respectively)were better. Research of two culture methods for AHX and HQX showed that direct sowing culture was higher than transplanting cultivation. Suggests that JZX and HNX should be developed in a large area for introduction demonstration and promotion in Qichun areas,and HQX should be moderately developed,and should focus on direct sowing culture.

    Uses several common Chinese strains of ganoderma as researching material,adopts RAPD,18SrDNA and ITS molecular markers to analyse the genetic relationship among each strain of ganoderma,and compares the analysing results of three methods,to explore the suitable technical method on analysing ganoderma. RAPD analysis show that six strains are clustered into 3 groups the similarity coefficient of 0. 584 Ganodermaluidun,Ganodermaluidum HG,Ganodermasinenses and Ganodermaatrum as a category;Xuezhi and Coriolusversicolor are each clustered into a single category. ITS analysis show that ganoderma has lower similarity(43. 8% ~ 88. 0%),similarity of Ganodermasinenses and Xuezhi is 43. 8%. In the lower similarity level,Ganodermaluidun and Ganodermasinenses are classified as a category,Coriolusversicolor and Xuezhi are each classified as a single category,which is consistent with the RAPD analysis and also consistent with the traditional classification. The results of 18SrDNA molecular markers are very different with the first two results,indicating that 18SrDNA molecular markers are not suitable for the classification research of ganoderma.

    Several typical urban wetlands in Wuhan have been selected,and the investigation and analysis on the species resource,distribution and application of aquatic plant have been carried out. The results showed that the main aquatic plant type in Wuhan were emergent plants,floating plants(including floating leaves and floating drift)and submerged plants,in which submerged plants had 44 types,emergent plants had 41 types,and floating plants had only 25 types. There were some prominent problems in application of aquatic plant,such as less species,limited application scope,monotonous configuration,lack of management,not enough research on ecological problems,insufficient knowledge of designers,and so on. Put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in accordance with these problems.

    Objective:Establishing an back incision pain rat model to observe the subjective reaction of rats to acetaminophen with conditioned place preference(CPP)experiment. Methods:Made a skin cut then suture at the right lower back of rat,then used acetaminophen 100 mg/kg and observed CPP values for 4 times at 12 hours' interval;comparing the difference between preCPP and postCPP. Results:The postCPP values of incision pain rats were significantly increased compared with preCPP(P < 0. 05),while those of sham rats and control rats were not when compared with their preCPP. Conclusion:This rat back incision pain model is suitable for observing the reward effects of pain relieve agents with CPP experiment,and will be helpful to assess the subjective unpleasantness of animals to pain.

    Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation to trimalleolar fracture. Methods:26 cases of trimalleolar fracture were collected and performed opening reduction and internal fixation. There were 15 males and 11 females. Lateral malleolus fracture used distal anatomical plate fixation, medial malleolus fracture used cannulated screws or wire tension band fixation, posterior malleolus fracture used cannulated screws or plate and screw fixation. Results:All cases were followed up for 12-18 months, All fractures healed,no wound infection,traumatic arthritis,joint deformities and other complications. Joint function were excellent in 18 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases and bad in 0 cases. Conclusion:After trimalleolar fracture,full preoperative preparation and accurate open reduction and internal fixation,with effectively function exercise,can obtain good therapeutic effect.

    Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of continuous magnesium sulphate intravenous infusion for treatment of severe tetanus of adults. Methods:The clinical data of 52 cases of severe tetanus from May 2000 to August 2010 in the Department of General Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University were analysed retrospectively,the group treated with magnesium sulphate was 27 cases,and the group treated without magnesium sulphate was 25 cases. Results:2 cases died,and the left 50 cases were cured,and in the group treated with magnesium sulphate,the dosage requirement for sedatives reduced,the rate of using ventilatory support reduced,the complications reduced,and mean total expense reduced. Compared the two groups,the differenc was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the difference of mean hospital stays had no statistical significance (P>0.05) . Conclusion:Magnesium sulphate therapy can control the symptom of severe tetanus effectively,and reduce the dosage requirement for other sedatives,reduce the used of mechanical ventilation,simplify nursing care,reduce the complications,the total expenses are low,and administra? tion is convenient.

    Using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to research the physique health status of students from the Nanhua college of Industry and Commerce. The results show that the college students' physical health situation are on ordinary level in general,girls are better than boys;overall body composition of male and female students are comparative good,but girls body are slimmer;cardiopulmonary system function of male and female students are low,and the girls are even lower,the girls' speed quality are worse,the boys' strength quality are worse.
