Abstract: The spore is a kind of dormant cell form of spore-producer bacteria to resist the disadvantage environmental conditions. Mainly introduces the static structure and dynamic character of the spore of bacillus，and also introduces research progression of the outer structure including spore coat and exosporium，the critical molecular composition and the function.
