    At present,it is one of the most effective ways to prepare silicon-carbon composite anode materials by compositing the silicon materials with high specific capacity and the carbon materials with stability. Among the many preparation processes of silicon-carbon composite anode materials,the silicon-carbon composite anode prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) has the advantages of high charging/discharging efficiency,good cycle stability,facile process,and is suitable for mass production. This paper summarized the research progress of preparing silicon-carbon composite anode materials by chemical vapor deposition. From the perspective of silicon-carbon composites structure,such as coreshell structure, yolk-shell structure, porous structure, and embedded structure, the structural design and battery performance of different types of silicon-carbon composite anode materials were introduced, and their advantages and existing the problem were discussed. Finally,the application of silicon-carbon composite anode materials prepared by CVD was summarized,and we prospected the future of industrialization of silicon-carbon composite anode materials.

    Research of change-point detection is a new researching field involving statistics, mathematics, computer science, data mining and other subjects. The dissertation reviews, in detail, domestic and foreign research situations of change-point detection during 2000 and 2011, and some reasonable classifications of change-point detection are given from different aspects and the research trend of change-point detection has been fully predicted.

    In this paper,YOLO-V5,a target detection algorithm based on deep learning, was combined with DeepSORT,a multi- target tracking algorithm,to achieve real- time detection and statistics of pedestrian flow information at the platform level of subway stations. Firstly,to reduce the problem of false detection and missed detection caused by pedestrians' mutual occlusion,the traditional pedestrian whole-body detection was changed to pedestrian head and shoulder detection. Then,the ReID model in DeepSORT was trained to extract only the head and shoulder features of pedestrians,to reduce the problem of inaccurate counting caused by frequent switching of pedestrian IDs in the tracking process.Finally,the optimized pedestrian detection and tracking model was applied to the subway platform level passenger flow detection, and different passenger flow information was extracted and counted according to the actual application scenario. The results showed that the model could effectively detect the degree of platform congestion,and count the number of people going up and down at the entrance and exit of the platform. The accuracy rate was 86% and the average FPS was 35,which could meet the application requirements of realtime detection of passenger flow information.

    Objective To study the qualified rate of clinical sputum specimen,it helps and improves the understanding of patients to take specimen,makes the patients obtain real and effective diagnosis and treatment. Methods The quality of specimens were evaluated by direct smear, Gram stain and microscopic examination,the qualified rate of sputum samples was investigated,and the degree of anastomosis with the infected bacteria was observed. Results Sputum specimen smear microscopy:WBC > 25/LP,SEC < 10/LP and WBC < 25/LP,the isolation rate of infected bacteria of SEC 10-25/LP was significantly higher than that of WBC < 10/LP,as SEC > 25/LP,the results of qualified smear examination are consistent with the isolation of infected bacteria. Conclusion It is important to control the acquisition time,method and inspection time;It can improve the isolation rate of infected bacteria,and ensure the accuracy of training results.

    The application of nanotechnology in anti-tumor research is increasing extensively. The anti-tumor active ingredients of natural Chinese herbal medicines have the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and multiple targets, but their low water solubility,low bioavailability and nonspecific distribution in vivo limit their wide application. Nano-drug delivery systems provide ideal carriers for targeted delivery of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines in vivo. A large number of researches have confirmed that nano-drug delivery systems provide a broad application prospect for the clinical application of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicines. In this paper,the anti-tumor principle of active components of herbal medicines and the application of various nanotechnology in antitumor were reviewed. The aim is to provide reference for the tumor treatment with active components of herbal medicines.

    Comparisons of Endotoxin Levels with Different Plasmid DNA Extraction Kits

    Objective To compare the endotoxin levels in plasmid purification with different plasmid DNA extraction kits. Methods Six commerical kits(QIAGEN Plasmid Mini Kit(12123),QIAGEN EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Kit(12362),CWBIO PurePlasmid Midi Kit(CW0502),EndoFree Plasmid Midi Kit,Endo-free Plasmid Mini Kit,Endo-free Plasmid DNA Mini Extraction Kit)were applied to purify plasmid,endotoxin levels were determined with the gel-clot technique and Limulus amebocyte lysate chromogenic method,respectively. Results The yields,A260 /A280 and A260 /A230 values of plasmid DNA extracted with the six kits were appropriate,the endotoxin levels were different,and the endotoxin levels extracted with endotoxin- free kits were relatively much lower. With QIAGEN EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Kit(12362),the endotoxin level was less than 0. 125 EU/μg. Conclusion The endotoxin levels in plasmid DNA extraction with six kits were significantly different,which shall be selected according to the actual situation.

    Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone (NHDC) is a new type of sweetener with high sweetness and low calorie,its sweetness is about 1 500-1 800 times of sucrose. It has good shielding bitter effect and physiological activity. In this paper,the extraction and synthesis of NHDC precursors,the extraction and synthesis of hesperidin and naringin,the extraction and synthesis of neohesperidin and the synthesis of NHDC were mainly introduced. The detection technology of NHDC and its application in food industry, medicine and feed industry were also introduced.

    Stamping process of an automobile cover part was analysed based on finite element simulating analysis aided by Autoform software, to make sure the reasonable parameters,the stamping process scheme,and designed the complete dies.Several sets of compound stamping dies, which employed cam driver and cam slide for stretch drawing, hole punching, trimming, flanging, sizing, etc., were completed. The quality of final products produced by these dies showed that the stamping process was feasible and the dies were reliable.

    Molecular Dynamics Simulation of Rapid Cooling Process of Iron Melt

    Establishes 8×8×8 atomic box with LAMMPS,adopts EAM(embedded atom model)potential,to simulate large number iron atoms system. At first,heats up the system,then cool down the system under different cooling rate. Through molecular dynamics simulation,obtains energy-temperature curve,radial distribution function(RDF)and architecture. The results show that the crystallization temperature point is basically in coincident with the melting point when the cooling rate is lower than 1.8×1010K/s;the product is amorphous when the cooling rate is higher than 1012K/s;the degree of supercooling can reach 700 K;Fe single crystal can be prepared at cooling rate around 1011K/s.

    Lycopersicon esculentum is rich in nutrition and has become one of the most popular vegetable in China. In this paper,the yield component and fruit quality of five different tomato cultivars were compared. Under the same cultivation conditions,the writer analyzed the yield component per plant including fruit mass,branch number per plant,fruit number per branch,fruit number per plant and so on,the results indicated that the highest yield was T-3-2,followed by T-28,T-29-1 and red cherry,T-3-1 was the lowest;comparison of the size,the color,the soluble solids of ripe fruit,the appearance and other commodity quality suggested that the green T-3-1 have the best flavor,followed by yellow T-3-2,the difference was not statistically significant between them,but significantly higher than that of dull-red red cherry,bright yellow T-29-1 and red T-28. Field experiment and laboratory analysis showed that the yellow T-3-2 had high yield and good flavor,its comprehensive traits are significantly better than those of the other four cultivars,so the pilot demonstration can be carried out for this cultivar.

    In view of the information of disinfection by-products(DBPs)is scattered and difficult to query,a DBPs database network platform is constructed. Using the network resources,the information of more than 900 kinds of DBPs was collected and uploaded to the system platform made by the dynamic website technology of MyEclipse + MySQL + Tomcat. Through the network platform, accurately or fuzzy query for DBPs could be conducted to get the molecular formula,determination method,disinfection method and other contents of the target substances. This platform provides a reference for understanding DBPs deeply to control and remove them effectively.

    Divergence operators, gradient operators and Laplacian operators are critical differential operators in differential geometry and play an essential role in other branches of mathematics. In this paper,from the perspective of Riemannian geometry,according to the definitions of the divergence operator, gradient operator, Laplacian operator and the conformal Riemannian metric on Riemannian manifolds,in the local coordinate system of Riemannian manifolds,we derive the relational expressions of the divergence operator,gradient operator and Laplacian operator under the conformal Riemannian metric respectively through direct calculations.

    The recent progress of the thermal runaway research of lithium-ion batteries is reviewed. The main reasons and characteristics for the thermal runaway of lithium-ion batteries are summarized including the internal and external perspectives factors. It is shown that to improve battery safety,the more thermally stable cathode material,anode material,flame retardant electrolyte, and separator should be used, and a battery thermal management system should be established. Finally,the development of the next generation of high-safety, high-energy-density new lithium-ion batteries, and their thermal runaway behavior is prospected.

    Flammable polymer electrolytes are prone to fire after the abuse of short circuits,mechanical shock,and thermal runaway. Therefore,flame-retardant modification for lithiumion batteries polymer electrolytes exhibits particularly necessary. This paper reviews the research progress of flame-retardant polymer electrolytes. First,the two flame-retardant mechanisms of gas-phase and condensed phase during the combustion of polymer electrolytes,as well as various evaluation indicators for flame-retardant performance,are introduced. Then it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different flame-retardant compounds, and the flame retardants of polymer electrolytes have been classified for discussion according to the differences in flame-retardant elements. Finally,the application prospects for polyphosphonate and phosphazene compounds in the field of flame-retardant polymer electrolytes are predicted,and the future research directions of flame-retardant polymer electrolytes are prospected.

    With single capacity increasing,wind power generation system has increasingly become a complex multi-domain system,which contains mechanical,electric,wind power and control systems and their coupling,requirements are higher for modeling and simulation. The method of modeling and simulation of the wind power system are presented,the advantages and disadvantages of the applications are analysed. Multi-domain unified modeling are introduced,it can provide effective tools for performance simulation of wind power generation system. The software based on Modelica can provide an unified tool for performance simulation of wind power generation system,simulations in different domains can be based on an unified model,it can realize seamless integration of different domain models.

    Antipad Design and Its Influence on High Frequency Characteristics of Differential Vias

    With the improvement of the differential signal rate,the influence of differential vias on the signal integrity of the high-speed differential signal is more and more noticeable. Aiming at the design requirements of low reflectance,high-transmission and stable impedance of differential vias in high-speed PCB,the antipad prediction was calculated by equivalent vias model. According to the estimated value,different shapes of differential vias antipad were simulated and analyzed. Differential vias in a 16-layer PCB were modeled in 3D and simulated with HFSS,and the model was simulated and analyzed in eye diagram with software of Designer. The results showed that the larger the area of antipad in a certain frequency range,the better the high frequency characteristics of the differential vias.

    Hollow and pod-like Mn2O3 nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning method. The morphology and structure of two kinds Mn2O3 nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and specific surface tester. The possible formation mechanism of two kind of Mn2O3 nanofibers was discussed. The two kinds of nanofibers were used as the electrode materials for supercapacitor in 6 mol/L KOH,the cyclic voltammetry and the galvanostatic charge-discharge were carried out for performance test. Hollow Mn2O3 nanofiber electrode showd a high specific capacitance of 198 F/g which was higher than 146 F/g of pod-like Mn2O3 nanofiber electrode. This behavior may be attributed to its high specific surface area,which is beneficial for electrolyte transport during the charge-discharge process.
