    Quality Evaluation of Sputum Specimen

    Objective To study the qualified rate of clinical sputum specimen,it helps and improves the understanding of patients to take specimen,makes the patients obtain real and effective diagnosis and treatment. Methods The quality of specimens were evaluated by direct smear, Gram stain and microscopic examination,the qualified rate of sputum samples was investigated,and the degree of anastomosis with the infected bacteria was observed. Results Sputum specimen smear microscopy:WBC > 25/LP,SEC < 10/LP and WBC < 25/LP,the isolation rate of infected bacteria of SEC 10-25/LP was significantly higher than that of WBC < 10/LP,as SEC > 25/LP,the results of qualified smear examination are consistent with the isolation of infected bacteria. Conclusion It is important to control the acquisition time,method and inspection time;It can improve the isolation rate of infected bacteria,and ensure the accuracy of training results.

    Stamping Die Design for Automobile Panel Based on Autoform

    Stamping process of an automobile cover part was analysed based on finite element simulating analysis aided by Autoform software, to make sure the reasonable parameters,the stamping process scheme,and designed the complete dies.Several sets of compound stamping dies, which employed cam driver and cam slide for stretch drawing, hole punching, trimming, flanging, sizing, etc., were completed. The quality of final products produced by these dies showed that the stamping process was feasible and the dies were reliable.

    With single capacity increasing,wind power generation system has increasingly become a complex multi-domain system,which contains mechanical,electric,wind power and control systems and their coupling,requirements are higher for modeling and simulation. The method of modeling and simulation of the wind power system are presented,the advantages and disadvantages of the applications are analysed. Multi-domain unified modeling are introduced,it can provide effective tools for performance simulation of wind power generation system. The software based on Modelica can provide an unified tool for performance simulation of wind power generation system,simulations in different domains can be based on an unified model,it can realize seamless integration of different domain models.

    Comparison on Yield Component and Fruit Quality of Different Tomato Cultivars

    Lycopersicon esculentum is rich in nutrition and has become one of the most popular vegetable in China. In this paper,the yield component and fruit quality of five different tomato cultivars were compared. Under the same cultivation conditions,the writer analyzed the yield component per plant including fruit mass,branch number per plant,fruit number per branch,fruit number per plant and so on,the results indicated that the highest yield was T-3-2,followed by T-28,T-29-1 and red cherry,T-3-1 was the lowest;comparison of the size,the color,the soluble solids of ripe fruit,the appearance and other commodity quality suggested that the green T-3-1 have the best flavor,followed by yellow T-3-2,the difference was not statistically significant between them,but significantly higher than that of dull-red red cherry,bright yellow T-29-1 and red T-28. Field experiment and laboratory analysis showed that the yellow T-3-2 had high yield and good flavor,its comprehensive traits are significantly better than those of the other four cultivars,so the pilot demonstration can be carried out for this cultivar.

    Bacteriostatic Effect of Artemisia Selengensis Tea Extract

    In this paper,the bacteriostatic effects of Artemisia selengensis tea extract with different solvent on six strains(Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Proteus vulgaris,Bacillus aerogenes)were studied with orthogonal design method. The results showed that the extract with 90% ethanol solution at 95 ℃ for 75 min had the biggest bacteriostasis rings on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Proteus vulgaris and Bacillus aerogenes,respectively,and under this condition,the bacteriostasis rings of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa had higher value,therefore the bacteriostatic effects were better under this condition. According to the water extraction test,the best antibacterial effect was obtained under the condition of distilled water being soaked for 2 hours at 85 ℃. The analysis showed that the inhibitory effects of the extract of Artemisia selengensis tea on different bacteria were not significant,which indicated that it had broad spectrum bacteriostatic effect. Among the six kinds of bacteria,the extract of Artemisia selengensis tea had the least inhibitory concentration to Escherichia coli,this indicated that it had better inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli.

    The quantum dots(QDs)have the feature that the emission spectrum can be regulated with particle size,the emission spectrum scope can be regulated with the element composition or the particle size of QDs,the luminous efficiency and the color purity are high. In recent years,QDs are widely applied in displaying and luminous domain. The surface ligands can influence the luminous efficiency of QDs,reviews the recent research status of QDs surface ligands at home and abroad,and the effects of different ligands on the nucleation, growth, shape, fluorescence properties and stability of QDs.

    With the development of wearable,bendable and flexible electronic devices,the high energy and high power flexible energy storage devices attract more and more attention,which aims to match the requirements of different applications. Electrodes materials and electrolytes are the key components for the energy storage devices. Therefore,in this paper,the current developments regarding the chemical energy storage devices are introduced. At the same time,the recent developments of the flexible lithium batteries and super capacitors are emphasized, the main challenges and solutions are also analysized and summarized. At last,the prospects focused on the improvements in material developments,device design,materials process and the possible future trends are addressed.

    The absorption spectrum of sodium copper chlorophyllin produced by artemisia selengensis chlorophyll modification was studied. The stability of the produced sodium copper chlorophyllin in different pH, light and heat were determined. The results showed the absorption spectrum of the sodium copper chlorophyllin from artemisia selengensis leaf pigment was consistent with the commercial sodium copper chlorophyllin, and the product had good tolerance to acid, alkali, light and heat.

On the basis of research of various registration work features, uses ASP+MSSQL to design and develop a current online registration management system which can satisfy all kinds of registration work. The system has a strong management backstage, can conveniently self define the registration items, the optional or compulsory content, it also can derive, print, automatically produce the diagram, and has the functions of information requirement and interaction.

    Influence of Axilla Lymphatic Metastasis to Prognosis of Infiltrating Breast Cancer

    Objective:The number of axillary lymph node (ALN)metastasis is the most important prognostic factor in the patients with infiltrating breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the number of nodal metastasis and the survival time without tumor,and make it to be a sign of the breast cancer prognosis. Methods:180 cases with full breast+ALN I, II plane dissection, picked up all the LN,consecutively made 6 slices,reported the maximum gauge with pathological slice. In accordance with pN and pT results,chose the chemo-treat? ment and or or incretion treatment. Recorded the breast cancer patients' age,tumor size,ALN checked number,metastasis number. Carried out stastical analysis with t test and χ2 test. Calculated the survival rate with Kaplan-Meier method,and carried out log-rank test. Results:In 180 cases,95 cases had ALNM,the occuring rate of ALNM was 53%. Among it,N0 85 cases,N1 52 cases,N2 20 cases,N3 23 cases. The number of ALNM increased as the tumor size going up. The general survival rate in 5 years without tumor was 88%,the patients without ALNM,5 years survival rate without tumor was 99%;once appeared ALNM,5 years survival rate without tumor decreased to 79% (P < 0.01) . Conclusion:The condition of axilla lymph node is an important factor to prognosis of breast cancer. The number of lymphatic metastasis and the progesterone receptor are the index for prognosis. The cutted number of lymphnode should be more than 10,for accurately judging the N level.

    Flammable polymer electrolytes are prone to fire after the abuse of short circuits,mechanical shock,and thermal runaway. Therefore,flame-retardant modification for lithiumion batteries polymer electrolytes exhibits particularly necessary. This paper reviews the research progress of flame-retardant polymer electrolytes. First,the two flame-retardant mechanisms of gas-phase and condensed phase during the combustion of polymer electrolytes,as well as various evaluation indicators for flame-retardant performance,are introduced. Then it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different flame-retardant compounds, and the flame retardants of polymer electrolytes have been classified for discussion according to the differences in flame-retardant elements. Finally,the application prospects for polyphosphonate and phosphazene compounds in the field of flame-retardant polymer electrolytes are predicted,and the future research directions of flame-retardant polymer electrolytes are prospected.

    An Image Denoising Algorithm Based on Non-subsampled Shearlet Transform

    In digital image processing,the requirements for the input image are high,and if there exists noise and interference in the input image,the feature extraction and the following detection and recognition will be inaccurate. To solve the problem,this paper proposed an image denoising algorithm based on non-subsampled shearlet transform. The algorithm used non-subsampled shearlet transform to decompose the image from multiple dimensions and directions,which could describe the detailed information better,such as outline and curve of the image. Besides,the algorithm utilized the coefficients after the threshold value decomposition,to achieve noise removal. The results showed that the algorithm could keep the detailed information of image after noise removal,which contributed to the image detection and recognition.

    Objective: To introduce the application of the PACS system in radiology department in the Wuhan Children Hospital.Methods Through HL7 protocol and DICOM Worklist,the PACS was integrated with the HIS and RIS system,and it successfully connected the Full-PACS with the imaging equipment,cameras,computers,professional portraits,printers and so on.Results: The PACS achieved filmless and paperless, optimized workflow and improved efficiency.ConclusionIt seamlessly integrate the PACS, RIS and HIS system, within technical framework guidance of IHE, which is based on DICOM3.0 standard and HL7 protocol.

    Biodegradable gel electrolyte supercapacitors are green energy storage devices. The crosslinked gelatin-NaCl gel electrolyte(CGPE)was synthesized,and with polypyrrole stainless steel electrode,the supercapacitors were fabricated. The structure and morphology of CGPE were characterized with FTIR and SEM. The ionic conductivity of CGPE and the specific capacitance of supercapacitor were determined with electrochemical workstation. The results showed that the nanometer pore evenly distributed in the CGPE. the ionic conductivity of CGPE was 5. 24×10-2 S/cm at room temperature,the specific capacitance of supercapacitor was 45. 8 F/g . Biodegradable gel electrolyte provides possibility for implantation of energy devices.
