    At present,it is one of the most effective ways to prepare silicon-carbon composite anode materials by compositing the silicon materials with high specific capacity and the carbon materials with stability. Among the many preparation processes of silicon-carbon composite anode materials,the silicon-carbon composite anode prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) has the advantages of high charging/discharging efficiency,good cycle stability,facile process,and is suitable for mass production. This paper summarized the research progress of preparing silicon-carbon composite anode materials by chemical vapor deposition. From the perspective of silicon-carbon composites structure,such as coreshell structure, yolk-shell structure, porous structure, and embedded structure, the structural design and battery performance of different types of silicon-carbon composite anode materials were introduced, and their advantages and existing the problem were discussed. Finally,the application of silicon-carbon composite anode materials prepared by CVD was summarized,and we prospected the future of industrialization of silicon-carbon composite anode materials.

    In this paper,YOLO-V5,a target detection algorithm based on deep learning, was combined with DeepSORT,a multi- target tracking algorithm,to achieve real- time detection and statistics of pedestrian flow information at the platform level of subway stations. Firstly,to reduce the problem of false detection and missed detection caused by pedestrians' mutual occlusion,the traditional pedestrian whole-body detection was changed to pedestrian head and shoulder detection. Then,the ReID model in DeepSORT was trained to extract only the head and shoulder features of pedestrians,to reduce the problem of inaccurate counting caused by frequent switching of pedestrian IDs in the tracking process.Finally,the optimized pedestrian detection and tracking model was applied to the subway platform level passenger flow detection, and different passenger flow information was extracted and counted according to the actual application scenario. The results showed that the model could effectively detect the degree of platform congestion,and count the number of people going up and down at the entrance and exit of the platform. The accuracy rate was 86% and the average FPS was 35,which could meet the application requirements of realtime detection of passenger flow information.

    Aiming at the defect that U-Net image segmentation loses too much information in the down-sampling process and the recovery effect is poor in the up-sampling process,which leads to the reduction of image segmentation accuracy,this paper proposes a U-Net image segmentation algorithm based on the multi-level self-attention mechanism. The multi-level self-attention mechanism embedded a self-attention module in front of the upper sampling layer of each layer,which processed the input and scaled the original image of the upper sampling layer into a template image after splicing. Then the upper sampling layer after fusing it with the original input information was output. The U-Net image segmentation algorithm based on the multi-level self-attention mechanism proposed in this paper can not only provide more detailed information through the self-attention module of the original image mosaic but also reduce the impact of background noise caused by the original image mosaic by using the feature selection function of the upper sampling layer and improve the segmentation accuracy of the model. Finally, human body and garment segmentation experiments based on the PASCAL VOC and DeepFashion2 data set were carried out. The experimental results show that the improved method proposed in this paper can improve the image segmentation performance, thus proving the correctness and effectiveness of this method.

    Roasting Characteristics and Roasting Process Optimization of Small Grain Green Coffee Bean in Yunnan Province

    The roasting characteristics of small grain green coffee beans in Yunnan province and the optimization of their roasting process were explored in this paper. The roasting characteristics were discussed by measuring the color,weight loss rate,moisture content, and water activity of coffee beans under different roasting conditions. The results showed that the L* value ranged from 63. 78 to 35. 09. Due to endothermic dehydration,high-pressure bursting,and organic matter conversion,the weight loss rate and moisture content of coffee beans showed a downward trend with the increase of roasting time and temperature,and the temperature increase would accelerate Maillard browning and flavor material generation. The changes of Aw changed the sweet-acid balance and bitter substances of roasted coffee through the Maillard reaction and caramelization reaction,and the condition of Aw < 0. 33 promoted the conversion of the Maillard reaction to the caramelization reaction, thus presenting the caramelized bitterness of deep roasted coffee. Through the design and optimization of univariate experiments and response surface experiments, the optimal roasting process parameters of small grain green coffee beans in Yunnan province were determined as follows:the roasting temperature of 222 ℃,the roasting time of 17 min,the roasting weight of 65 g. The physicochemical properties and flavor quality of coffee beans were the best under the condition,and the composite weighted score composed of weight loss rate,expansion rate,and sensory evaluation was 34. 212. The results provide technical support for improving the coffee bean roasting process, flavor control, and quality improvement of coffee products in China.

    Waterlogging Tolerance Evaluation of Different Wheat Varieties at Filling Stage in the Area Along the Huaihe River

    The grain yield and quality traits of different wheat varieties were analyzed to provide a theoretical reference for screening waterlogging tolerance varieties suitable for planting in the area along the Huaihe River. In the field experiment,34 wheat varieties were selected as materials,which were treated with normal precipitation during the whole growth period and waterlogging stress during the filling period. Seven main yield and quality indexes including spike number,grain number per spike,grain weight,grain yield,wet gluten, protein content,and starch content were determined. The subordinative function method was used to calculate the waterlogging tolerance coefficient of each index,and the comprehensive waterlogging tolerance ability of each wheat variety was evaluated by cluster analysis. Under waterlogging stress,the grain weight and grain yield of wheat decreased greatly,and the trait indexes decreased significantly. Based on the variation coefficient of the waterlogging tolerance coefficient,the inhibitory effect of waterlogging stress on wheat yield and quality traits at the filling stage was grain weight > wet gluten > protein content > grain yield > grain number per spike > starch content > spike number. The average membership value of waterlogging tolerance was extremely significantly positively correlated with grain weight and starch content,extremely significantly positively correlated with waterlogging tolerance coefficient of grain weight, wet gluten, protein content, and starch content, and significantly positively correlated with waterlogging tolerance coefficient of yield. Through cluster analysis,34 wheat varieties were divided into three types:waterlogging tolerance, intermediate, and sensitive. The number of materials was 22,10,and 2,respectively, accounting for the tested materials,64. 71%,29. 41%,and 5. 88%,respectively. Grain weight and grain yield can be used as the preferred indexes for evaluating the waterlogging tolerance of wheat. Yangmai 13,Yangmai 22,and Ningmai 13 can be used as reference resources for wheat waterlogging tolerance cultivation and breeding.

    Proline(Pro) accumulation is an essential metabolic adaptation mechanism of plants under biological and abiotic stress. Its primary function is to act as an osmotic regulatory substance,maintain the osmotic balance inside and outside the cell,and enhance plant stress resistance. It also plays a vital role in free radical scavenging,reducing cellular acidity,and acting as a metal-chelating agent. This paper mainly reviewed the synthesis and degradation of proline,the research status of crucial enzyme genes,biological function,physiological toxicity,ion homeostasis,mechanism of action,and its performance of stress resistance in plants,etc.,to comprehensively understand the research status of proline and provide a reference for its research on plant stress resistance.

    Objective To statistically analyze the distribution and clinical significance of different antibody types of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in various stages of gastric mucosa lesions (non-atrophic gastritis, atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, intraepithelial neoplasia,and gastric cancer). Methods 2 081 inpatients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Hubei Province Affiliated to Jianghan University from 2019 to 2021 were enrolled. The C13 breath test, serological antibody test, gastroscopy, and pathological examination were performed simultaneously. According to the results of gastroscopy and pathological examination,the patients were divided into five groups:non-atrophic gastritis (917 cases),atrophic gastritis (636 cases),gastric ulcer (406 cases),intraepithelial neoplasia(89 cases),and gastric cancer(33 cases). The relationship between Hp infection with different toxin types and patients' age,gastroscopy,and pathological diagnosis was statistically analyzed. ResultsThe infection rate of Hp in each group from high to low was gastric cancer group,intraepithelial neoplasia group,atrophic gastritis group,gastric ulcer group,and non-atrophic gastritis group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). A total of 653 cases of type I Hp and 324 cases of type II Hp were detected in 2 081 patients. The positive rate of type I Hp was higher than that of type II Hp in each group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There were significant differences in the positive rate of type I Hp and type II Hp among all groups(P < 0. 05). There were significant differences in cytotoxin-associated protein A(CagA),vacuolar toxin (VacA),and urease(Ure)among all groups(P < 0. 05),and Ure antibody increased with age(≥ 50). Among 653 patients with type I Hp positive,the CagA + VacA antibody (60. 0%) was the main antibody,which was higher than CagA antibody (36. 2%) and VacA antibody (3. 6%),and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Among 324 patients with type II Hp positive,the positive rate of UreB antibody(64. 8%) in each group was higher than that of UreA + UreB antibody(30. 5%)and UreA antibody (4. 6%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Hp infection is closely related to gastric mucosal lesions. Type I Hp strain is the main pathogenic strain of gastric diseases,but type II Hp strain infection should not be ignored.

    The Complications Risk of Prone Position Ventilation Treating Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome:A Meta-analysis

    Objective To discuss the influence of prone position ventilation(PPV) on the complications risk of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS). Methods The two researchers jointly formulated retrieval strategies and inclusion criteria. Relevant clinical controlled trials on the application effect of PPV on NRDS mechanical ventilation in newborns were searched from PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,respectively. The literature that met the inclusion criteria was screened out,the quality grade was divided,and valuable information was extracted. Finally,RevMan 5.3 software was used for evidence-based medicine analysis. Results 12 pieces of literature ultimately met the inclusion criteria, covering 1 246 subjects. The Meta-analysis results showed that the risk of pressure ulcers, accidental extubation, ventilator-associated pneumonia, pneumothorax, pulmonary hemorrhage,subcutaneous edema,and intracranial hemorrhage in the supine group was higher than those in the PPV group(P ≤ 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the risk of artificial airway blockage between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion PPV can reduce the risk of pressure ulcers,accidental extubation,ventilator-associated pneumonia, pneumothorax,pulmonary hemorrhage,subcutaneous edema,and intracranial hemorrhage in newborns with NRDS,but does not affect the risk of artificial airway blockage. This study can provide evidence reference for the safety of PPV in neonatology.

    A torque and flux control strategy with cascaded evaluation functions' optimization for electric drive systems was presented based on model predictive control (MPC). According to the evaluation function values of the previous step,an intuitive decisionmaking logic for the sequence of evaluation function execution was adopted in an online selfadjustable manner. Compared with the traditional method of a single evaluation function,this method did not require adjustment and calculation of weighting factors. The effectiveness and overall performance of the proposed system were verified through experiments.

    The rapid development of the cyberphysical system (CPS) promotes the rapid transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry. To further improve the CPS establishment of the intelligent manufacturing production line,this paper compared and analyzed the research on the definition of the digital twin by relevant organizations and institutions at home and abroad. The digital twin of an intelligent manufacturing production line was built by TIA Portal software, whose unmanned CPS was composed of the modulations of production,manufacturing,processing,transport,and warehouse. The experiments were carried out based on the finished product warehouse,which verified the feasibility of the CPS and provided data and a practical basis for the subsequent iterative upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing production line.

    An adaptive trajectory tracking control strategy was proposed to address the problems of speed loss caused by rudder maneuvering and tracking error becoming larger due to steering during the unmanned surface vehicle trajectory tracking. In the guidance loop, the admittance circle radius of the track points was adjusted according to the angle between the track segments based on the adaptive admittance circle strategy,and the adaptive line of sight(LOS)guidance law was designed to improve the tracking accuracy of the unmanned surface vehicle when steering. In the control loop,the decoupling control strategy of heading and speed based on model predictive control(MPC)was proposed,which first considered the coupling term of the heading model and speed model as a time-varying disturbance and proposed a new time delay estimation method,then predicted it by the heading controller, and finally compensated for the time-varying disturbance in the speed controller to reduce the speed loss. After that,the feasibility of the algorithm was verified by the MATLAB simulation platform. The experimental results showed that the proposed adaptive trajectory tracking control strategy had higher tracking accuracy,faster convergence speed,better anti-interference capability,and less energy consumption.

    The limit of sum form is one of the most important limit problem and has a wide range of applications in all branches of mathematics. It is complex,diverse,and flexible, and there is usually no fixed method to solve it. A postgraduate examination question about the uniform convergence of function sequences triggered the author to think about the limit of sum form with function sequences. By deforming and arranging the limit of the sum form properly and constructing the uniform convergence function,a series of the limit of the sum form with function sequence problems can be solved skillfully. We give rigorous reasoning proof to the conclusion and provide general ideas for solving such problems. Through the analysis of typical examples, it is helpful for beginners to understand and grasp such problems.

    The artificial hummingbird algorithm is prone to fall into local minima and convergence stagnation when solving high-dimensional complex optimization problems. Therefore,an improved artificial hummingbird algorithm(IAHA)was proposed to optimize wireless sensor network deployment. Firstly,the tangent function transformation of the distance between individual hummingbirds and the optimal hummingbird was performed,and a new foraging strategy was proposed with the optimal hummingbird position as the base and the transformed distance as the flight scale. Secondly,the optimal hummingbird information was perturbed using the Cauchy distribution during the migratory foraging phase,and the perturbation result was assigned to the worst hummingbird,replacing the random assignment method of the original algorithm. Numerical experiments on 12 benchmark functions demonstrated that the IAHA outperformed the six comparison algorithms significantly in terms of finding the best performance. Simulation experiments of wireless sensor network deployment optimization were conducted on four monitoring areas,and the results showed that the average coverage rate obtained by IAHA was higher than that of the comparison algorithm,and the sensors were evenly distributed,which was suitable for solving the wireless sensor network deployment optimization problem.

    Content and Leaching Characteristics of Toxic and Harmful Metals in Waste Printed Circuit Boards

    Focusing on the environmental risk issues of heavy metals contained in discarded printed circuit boards(PCBs),the content of eight main toxic and harmful metals in PCBs of automobiles,televisions,and routers was analyzed. Furthermore,the occurrence forms and leaching characteristics of metals were analyzed and evaluated. The experimental results showed that the content of various metal substances in the circuit board varied greatly within the experimental range,with the content of Fe,Cu,Pb,Cr,Sb,Sn,Cd,and As ranging from 0. 015 - 294. 9 mg/g. Although the content of Cd and As was relatively low,their toxicity was relatively high. The main occurrence form of Cu,As,Sn,and Sb in circuit boards was a residual state,with a low ecological risk level. Pb mainly existed in acidsoluble and oxidized states,while Fe,Cr,and Cd existed in four forms:exchangeable and weakly acid-soluble,reducible,oxidizable,and residue states,with a high ecological risk level. Cd,Cr,Cu,As,Fe,Sb,and Sn were leached under environmental conditions simulating neutral and acidic rainfall and landfill leachate. The leaching rate of Pb was high in the simulated landfill leachate leaching experiment. The leaching rate of As was higher in simulated neutral and acidic rainfall. The concentrations of Cd,Cr,Cu,As,Fe,Sb,and Sn in the leaching solution under various environmental conditions exceeded the limit of general chemical indexes of rank Ⅲ of GB/T 14848—2017.

    For the 0-1 planning problem of optimal cost in the process of raw materials ordering and forwarding,evaluating the supply capacity of 402 suppliers and the loss rate of forwarders on the basic situation of a construction and decoration panel manufacturer,we designed a procurement and transportation framework of the supply chain problem based on the entropy power-TOPSIS-differential evolutionary(DE)algorithm by constructing the objective function and constraints. Firstly,the overall quantitative analysis of the order quantity and supply quantity of the raw material suppliers of this enterprise in the past 240 weeks was carried out,and some evaluation indexes such as order quantity of suppliers, order time of suppliers,total supply quantity of suppliers,supply stability rate,supply time, and average supply quantity were constructed. Then,a comprehensive evaluation of all suppliers was made by the entropy power-TOPSIS model. Finally,108 high-quality suppliers were selected for supply. Another aspect,based on the decision variable of whether the enterprise chose the supplier and the objective function of the minimum purchasing cost, the optimal purchasing strategy was obtained by the DE algorithm. Meanwhile,the optimal transportation scheme was obtained by the DE algorithm based on the objective function of the lowest loss rate.

    Ophiopogon japonicus is a famous traditional medicinal plant,which plays a significant role in improving cellular immune functions. However,the understanding of its action mechanism is not very comprehensive. Firstly,a free radical scavenging assay was applied to analyze its antioxidant capacity in vitro,then H2O2 was used to establish the NIH/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts cell injury model and to further study the intracellular antioxidant effect of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides. Meanwhile,to preliminarily clarify the role of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides in cellular immune function,the activity of α-glucosidase was investigated. The results demonstrated that when the concentration of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides was above 100 μg/mL,its DPPH radical activity was the same as the positive control of ascorbic acid,while the hydroxyl radical scavenging capacity was slightly higher than that of ascorbic acid only when the concentration higher than 20 μg/mL. All these data illustrated the strong antioxidant activity of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides in vitro. In the NIH/3T3 cell injury model induced by H2O2,Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides could well reduce the mortality of NIH/ 3T3 cells,the production of singlet oxygen,and the expression of inflammatory factors, which further proved the antioxidant effect of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides. In the α-glucosidase activity assay,the inhibition rate of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides was in a concentration-dependent manner,its inhibition capacity was equivalent to that of acarbose at a concentration higher than 200 μg/mL. These results indicated that Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides could be applied as a potential antioxidant therapeutics and hypoglycemic functional food.
