Abstract: Introduces the structure，property and characteristics of two kinds of common power cable which are ADSS and OPGW，proposes improvement tactics of several opto-electrical polymer meterials towards their operational defect. Discusses the operational problems and solving methods of electric optical cable of ADSS/OPGW. It provides the reference value to popularize the ADSS/OPGW cable.
