    Organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)are competitive candidates for the next generation flat-panel displays and solid state lighting sources. Efficient blue-emitting materials have been one of the most important prerequisites to kick off the commercialization of OLEDs. However the performance of blue light emitting devices is unsatisfactory for the intrinsic wide band-gap of blue light emitting materials,which makes it hard to inject charge into an emitting layer. Device performance can be improved by optimizing the construction of device and structure of materials. For the materials,electron-accepting or electron-donating groups can be introduced into blue emitters to construct multifunctional materials. The introduction of charge-transport groups can effectively im?prove the hole/electron injection and transportation. According to the functional group that introduced into blue emitters,multifunctional materials can be divided into p-type,n-type,and bipolar-type. The progress of blue fluorescent compounds for the three types is reviewed.

    Fiber coatings is important in the field of protecting fibre-optical and stabilizing its transmission performance. It is an indispensable component in the use of optical fiber communication. Various of new fiber coatings have been developed rapidly when the application is widespreading and the application environment becames more complex. Using organic fluorine,organic silicone,polyurethane and epoxy resin on the materials for effective modification is a hotspot research. The utilization of hybrid aggregation method can effectively solve the single mode of polymerization deficiencies in the way of curing. Reviews the recent advance of UV-curable new type of optical fiber coating at home and abroad,and prospects its development.

    A prediction method for time series based on Hilbert-Huang transform and ARMA model is proposed. The Hilbert-Huang transform is used to decompose the original time series into a number of intrinsic mode function components and the instantaneous frequencies and amplitudes of each intrinsic mode function component are obtained. Then the ARMA model of each instantaneous frequency and amplitude sequence is established. Finally,ARMA prediction model of the original sequence is obtained through compounding. Experimental examples demonstrate that the method based on Hilbert-Huang transform and ARMA model can be applied to predict non-stationary time series effectively.

    Established a model of three-energy-level system from the laser rate equation theory,and then analysed the molecular dynamic processes and laser mechanism of the THz laser produced by optically pumped CH3OH. According to the experimental parameters,the CO2 lasers were used to pump CH3OH to emit pulsed THz laser lines. When the 9P(36)line of CO2 lasers pumps CH3OH,the 118.8 μm line radiation was obtained,and then analysed the three-energy-level system's particles number and the characteristics of the output waveform at the pressure of 10 Pa and the temperature at 20 ℃,as well as the influence of buffer gas pressure ,intracavity temperature and output coupler reflectivity on laser output power. The results show that the theorectical computation can well reflect the process of generation of THz laser produced by optical pump.

    Flexible hinge has been considered as a good way to realize high precision displacement transmission. Introduces a classic precision displacement system model which is assembled by flexible hinge and single lever amplification mechanism,establishes the dynamic modal and verified the validity via the finite element method,analysis its stability factors and the vibration response of the system briefly through impulse motivation. The analysis shows that increasing of the damping ratio and natural frequency is an effective way to reduce the setting time. It provides a theoretical method for the final engineering application.

    Designs a point light source tracking system based on TI Company′s MCU MSP430F149. The system is composed of four parts:white LED driver circuit,light source detecting circuit,data processing and tracking control device. The MCU processes the data of light intensity which detected with photosensitive resistances device,and two stepper motors moving in X/Y direction with PWM method,so as to make the laser pen track the light source. Introduces the working principle of the system,gives the hardware design circuit and part of mechanical structure,and elaborates the key tracking algorithm. The experiment results show that this system can track the light source better and has self-adaptability;it has good reference value in the tracking of solar energy.

    The residues of Ethinylestradiol,Diethylstilbestrol,4-Nonylphenol and Estradiol benzoate in food were determined simultaneously by SPE-HPLC.The samples were ultrasonic extracted with acetonitrile,centrifuged,concentrated and purified by C18 solid phase extraction column,analyzed with the HPLC method. This study optimized the conditions of SPE,and four components were well separated. The detection limit of the method was ranged from 6 to 12 μg/kg. The recovery rates were 80. 3%~107. 8%. The calibration curves were linear with correlation coefficient ranged from 0.998 8 to 0.999 8. The relative standard deviations were 0. 124%~1. 72%. This method has high sensitivity,fine separability,simple sample preparation,and can reduce the inteference of impurities,which is satisfied with the estrogen analysis.

    Adopts high performance liquid chromatography to analyse the kinds and content of glycosidic alkaloid in root,stem,leaves,pedicle in eggplant,the results show that the 4 non-eating section of eggplant all contain 3 glycosidic alkaloid which are α-solanine,α-chaconine and α-solasonine,the content of each glycosidic alkaloid in each place is statistical significance(P<0. 05),the content distribution of α-solanine is pedicle>leaves>root>stem,α-chaconine is root>stem>leaves>pedicle,α-solasonine is root>stem>pedicle>leaves,the total content of glycosidic alkaloid is pedicle>root>leaves>stem. The research lays a foundation for overall development and utilization of non-eating part of eggplant.

    To screen high yield and good quality Prunella vulgaris L. varieties,which could be suitable for cultivation at Qichun areas,yield and quality of three Prunella vulgaris L. varieties(Hubei Qichun,Q;Jiangxi Zhangshu,J;Henan Queshan,H)were evaluated with an orthogonal experiment,according to the same plot,three different sowing dates(B1,B2,B3,respectively)and different fertilization treatments(F0,F1,F2,respectively). The results showed that:In F2 fertilization treatment,⑴ In the B1 period,wet weight,total effective number and dry grain of fruit ear of Q variety were higher than that of J and H varieties(P < 0. 05),and rosmarinic acid content of three varieties was consistent(more than 0. 36%),indicating that Q variety is better in the B1 period. ⑵ In the B2 period,wet weight,total effective number and dry grain of fruit ear of H variety were higher than that in the other two cultivars(Q and J)(P < 0. 05),and rosmarinic acid content of three varieties was consistent(0. 27%~0. 29%),indicating that H variety is better in the B2 period. ⑶ In the B3 period,all parameters of three varieties(Q,J,H)were no significant differences. The content of rosmarinic acid of the fertilization F1 and F0 in different sowing dates was lower than that of F2 fertilization. Comprehensive evaluation showed that the Q variety could be used as the preferred cultivation and planting variety,with sowing date in the B1 period and F2 fertilization treatment,and the H variety could be moderately developed in Qichun areas.

    Chooses two disinfectant,CTP-5 and carbendazim designs seven concentration gradient between 0~20 000 mg/L,after mushroom culture material handling,Inoculates mush-room strains and cultures. Researches the sterilizing effect of CTP-5 by observing the growth of mush-room mycelium and the growth of bacteria. The results show that CTP-5 and carbendazim both have obvious disinfection effect to mushroom culture material,the valid disinfection concentration of CTP-5 and carbendazim are respectively 10 000 mg/L and 8 000 mg/L. compared with high temperature sterilization group,the growth of mushroom mycelium is slower in medicone group. Compared with carbendazim group,the difference of disinfection effect and mycelium growth is not obvious in CTP-5 group. CTP-5 is a kind of new disinfectant which is innoxious and noresidue,can substitute for carbendazim to complementary disinfection and pollution prevention in mushroom culture material.

    The eutrophication problems of Lianhua lake have caused extensive concern of various departments in Caidian District of Wuhan since the past few decades. To understand the nutrientsubstance content in sediment,monitored the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediment in the lake,and the level of pollution was evaluated by single-item indexes. The results showed that high-levels of total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)were observed in sediment in Lianhua lake. The total nitrogen and total phosphorus content were 0. 130%~0. 170% and 0.074 4%~0. 137% . The single-item indexes results showed the high-level pollution in sediments in Lianhua lake.

    Snail was the first member of zinc finger protein superfamily,it plays a positive role in transcriptional control,formation of structure of suppressant chromation,cell signaling and growth. It can cause diseases because of control relaxation. Many researches have been discovered that Snail can induce epithelial-mesenchymal transition and E-cadherin and desmoglein degradation,Snail showed high expression in many tumor tissues ,such as in stomach,colon,liver cancer,ovarian cancer,head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,which was considered a contributing factor to tumor invasion and metastasis. Deep study of Snail can not only elucidate the mechanism of Snail,but also provide theoretical foundation for tumor treatment which take Snail as target spot. Reviews the structure,function of Snail and the relationship with tumor's growth and invasion.
    Curative Effects Comparison of Standard Dose Rosuvastatin and Simvastatin in Unstable Angina Pectoris Patients

    Objective:Objective:To investigate the diffent efficacy of standard dose Rosuvastatin and Simvastatin in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods:Chosed 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris diagnosed by coronary artery angiography in the affiliated hospital of Jianghan University from January 2011 to December 2012 and divided into A group(40 patients)and B group(40 patients)in randomized controlled methods,A group taken Rosuvastatin 10mg once daily,B group taken Simvastatin 40mg once daily,to compare the remission rate of angina pectoris and the effect of blood-fat regulating after treatment of eight weeks. Results:(1)The Rosuvastatin group(92.5%)has higher total clinical remission rate than Simvastatin group(86. 7%)(P< 0.05).(2)The two groups have lower total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C)than those before the treatment(P< 0.05). The Rosuvastatin group have higher reduction rate of TC and LDL-C than Simvastatin group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Rosuvastatin is superior to Simvastatin in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
    B-mode Ultrasound Guided Vacuum Assisted Mammotome for Treatment of Non-palpable Breast Masses:A Clinical Analysis of 210 Cases

    Objective:To study the clinical value of B-mode ultrasound guided vacuum assisted Mammotome for the treatment of non-palpable breast masses. Methods:210 cases with 452 non-palpable breast masses were taken B-mode ultrasound guided vacuum assisted Mammotome. Results:210 cases with 452 masses,maximum diameter ranged from 4-17mm were resected. No serious complications except postoperative hematoma in one case. Pathological diagnosis showed that:417 masses were benign,35 were malignant,which received breast resection and Ⅰ,Ⅱ level axillary lymph node dissection in next step. 132 cases of benign masses were followed-up after 3 - 6 months,no residue and recurrence;46 cases were lost.Conclusion:B-mode ultrasound guided vacuum assisted Mammotome is a safe,effective,slight trauma and rapid recovery operation method. There is great value for the treatment of non-palpable breast mass and early diagnosis of breast cancer.
    Medication Self-management Investigation for Non-hospitalization Patients in Chronic Rhino-sinusitis

    Objective:To investigate the medication for non-hospitalization chronic rhino-sinusitis patients and provided a basis to improve the safety of medication. Methods:200 patients were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire. Results:The medicine mostly used in rhinosinusitis patients listed as follows:anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antihistamines,Chinese patent drug,decongestants,etc. 85% patients took medication following the doctor′s advice at home,71% patients with symptom did self-medication,36% patients read the instructions carefully before use,31% patients regularly checked the expiry date,45% patients with the discomfort would seek medical help during the treatment. Conclusion:Patients with rhino-sinusitis do not fully understand the knowledge of medication,there is hidden danger in medication,it needs to strengthen the patients and their caregivers medication knowledge education,makes them master the medication self-management knowledge and reasonable medication.

    Objective:To discuss the comprehensive application of 64-slice spiral CT scan techniques on the diagnosis value of nodular goiter and its differential diagnostic value.Methods:41 cases of nodular goiter,thyroid tumors and other nodular thyroid diseases,which had been verified by pathology,were selected to conduct 64-slice spiral CT scan and dynamic contrast-enhanced scan plus follow-up reconstruction. With observing the size,shape,density,edge,enhancing characteristics of the lesion as well as its infringement and metastasis,imaging characteristics of the lesion were concluded. Results:The imaging manifestations of nodular goiter,thyroid tumors and other nodular thyroid diseases overlap only in small portion on CT,but mostly they are different. Conclusion:The comprehensive application of 64-slice spiral CT scan techniques can considerably di? agnose the representations and characteristics of nodular goiter and similar diseases,which is significant to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of nodular goiter.
