Activated carbons were prepared from Chinese Herbal Medicine residual and were used for the adsorption of Cr(VI)from waste water. The influence of pH,ion concentration,additive amount of activated carbon and adsorption time on the adsorption performance were investigated. Furthermore,the adsorption mechanism was preliminarily studied. The results were listed as followed:the activated carbon had a good effect on treatment of waste water of Cr(VI)that the adsorption conditions are pH=2,ion concentration for 80mg/L,the additive amount of activated carbon for 0.1 g and adsorption time for 1 h. The adsorption isotherm of activated carbon adsorption on Cr(VI)conformed with the Freundlich model,the quasi second order model can better describe the adsorption kinetics of the activated carbon adsorbing Cr(VI).

-NaOH system,the absorption performances of rotating packed bed with the gas-liquid distribution inducer were investigated. Furthermore,the characteristics of the absorbent flow and the performance of mass transfer resulted from the three different installation forms and structures of the gas-liquid distribution inducer were discussed. The experimental results showed that the absorption performance of rotating packed bed could be influenced by the installation of the liquid distribution inducer,when used the liquid distribution inducer in clockwise deflection and the gas distribution inducer in radial without deflection,the gas and liquid two phase were downflow contact,it can prolong the contact time of liquid absorbent and gas,obtained better mass transfer effect. Used citric acid as a modifier for surface treatment of talc,the modified talc and polypropylene(PP)were prepared by melt blending and obtained a series of PP/talc composites. With infrared absorption spectrum,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),impact properties test,tensile properties test and other experimental methods,researched the modified talc influence of the internal microstructure,mechanical properties and flow properties to the composites. The results showed that:the talcum powder after citric acid modifing can obviously improve the compatibilitys between talcum powder particle and PP,promote the talcum evenly dispersed in PP matrix,and improved processing flow properties,impact properties,tensile properties and other mechanical properties,toughened and reinforced PP.

Objective
To investigate the different effect of Sorafenib and TRAIL on proliferation inhibition and apoptosis inducing of K562 cells.
Methods
Inhibition of K562 cells proliferation by Sorafenib alone and combined with TRAIL were studied in vitro using CCK-8. Apoptosis inducing rate of K562 cells by Sorafenib alone and combined with TRAIL were accessed by Western-Blot detection.
Results
Combination with Sorafenib and TRAIL synergistically increased the growth inhibition effects and enhanced the apoptosis rate of K562 cells.
Conclusion
Combination treatment of Sorafenib and TRAIL showed a synergistic anti-proliferative effect in K562 cells.

Objective
For acute posterior wall myocardial infarction patients and healthy people,compared the routine lead ECG with head-chest lead ECG on diagnosis.
Methods
36 acute posterior wall myocardial infarction patients and 52 healthy people were selected. Routine lead ECG and head-chest lead ECG were recorded simultaneously,and then the two kinds of ECG results were contrasted with coronarography confirmed diagnosis. The confirmed rates and false positive rates of diagnosis based on routine lead ECG and head-chest lead ECG were calculated by χ 2 test.
Results
For routine lead ECG and head-chest lead ECG,the confirmed rate were 88. 8% and 97. 22% in 36 patients of acute posterior wall myocardial infarction,and the false positive rate were 13. 4% and 3. 85% in 52 healthy people. There is a significant statistical difference(P < 0. 05).
Conclusion
Head-chest lead ECG is better than routine lead ECG in the diagnosis of acute posterior wall myocardial infarction. It is worthy of clinical popularization.

Objective
To investigate the curative effect of acyclovir ointment on herpes labialis,to improve the cure rate and to reduce the duration of treatment.
Methods
In 105 cases of herpes labialis,randomly choosed 58 of them to be treated with acyclovir ointment,and the rest of 47 to be treated with cream of erythromycin. Compared the cure rates and the duration of treatment between these two groups.
Results
The group treated with acyclovir ointment:in 58 cases,55 of them were cured(94. 8% of total group),excellence was 3(5. 2%),positive and invalid were 0. The group treated with cream of erythromycin:in 47 cases,9 of them were cured(19. 1% of total group),excellence was 6(12. 8%),positive was 5(10. 6%)and invalid was 27(57. 4%).
Conclusion
Compared with cream of erythromycin,acyclovir ointment is better for herpes labialis treatment. It′s easy to apply,and has a lighter side effect. It is worthy to be popularized.

Objective
To compare the locking proximal femul plate(LPFP)and proximal femur naill(PFN)in treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
Methods
There were 82 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture of femur,42 patients were treated with LPFP,40 patients were treated with PFN. The incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,clinical healing time of fracture ,post operative complications and the excellent and good rate in Harris score were recorded.
Results
There was significant difference between the two groups in the incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,postoperative complication s(P < 0. 05). The LPFP group incision length,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,post operative complications were higher than those of the PFN group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical healing time of fracture and the excellent and good rate in Harris score( P > 0. 05).
Conclusion
In the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture of the femur ,the LPFP group has a longer incision,longer operation time,more bleeding,more postoperative complications and higher postoperative complications than PFN group. In the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures should be carefully used and here recommends the PFN. But for medullary cavity is too small,and patients with larger femur anterior arch curve,LPFP is preferred.

The fragrant artemisia one′ s dual-purpose seedling of roots and artemisia which use soil ,grass carbon,perlite and chicken manure as substrate were studied. Used randomized block design and analyzed the effects of different treatment on the growth and development of plants. The results showed when the substrates proportion of soil ,grass carbon,perlite and chicken manure was 1∶2∶5∶2,it could improve the seedling index and seedling establishment rate,and could increase the plant height ,the plant wide and leaves number ,promote the growth of stolons. It is the perfect substrate in the experiments.

Objective
To identify two Xinong Saanen dairy goats whom were obtained through somatic cell cloning technology with microsatellite DNA technology.
Methods
Extracting genomic DNA of two cloned Xinong Saanen dairy goats,two recipient Xinong Saanen dairy goats,donor Xinong Saanen dairy goat and two control group Xinong Saanen goats,then microsatellite DNA analysis was performed with microsatellite DNA sequences which were amplified from five pairs significant different polymorphic primer.
Results
Genotype of two Xinong Saanen dairy goats are the same as the donor cells,but the microsatellite DNA polymorphism of recipient goat and control group goat are different from the above mentioned.
Conclusion
Genomic DNA of two Xinong Saanen dairy goats come from the donor cells.
