In the work of German Ideology, Marx and Engels have completely criticized “single person” from three links of the Max Shidina’s idealistic basis, the idealist conception of history inevitably caused by his idealism and the abstract man inevitably produced by his idealist conception of history. They have scientifically expounded and proved that the real man in the sight of idealist conception of history can never be fixed as figure of selfishness of abstract man, that selfishness has in a certain degree reflected “existent state of narrow German petty bourgeoisie” and that only collectivism represents future of the real man. The growth of collectivism is not a kind wish, but an objective practice progress. The conclusion of the text is: It is against materialist conception of history to believe everlasting of selfishness and to believe to construct realistic society only by eliminating selfishness through persuasion, not by authoritarian collectivism in the present Chinese economic social developing level.

The raising and the practicing of theory about socialism with Chinese characteristics makes the socialism of our country not restrict to classic socialist category, but one with its own “characteristics”, which is more in line with Chinese reality. Thus, in order to be stick to the socialism with Chinese characteristics and to make China develop to a higher level, the theory should be clarified: the connotation of the “characteristics” about, the theoretic basis for and practical problems of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

To obtain honorable house in the settlement and to be well included into the society are two essential challenges for the immigrants. By the investigation on the immigrant higher schools teachers in Zhangzhou, Fujian shows that the teachers realize social inclusions in housing and marriage rapidly, and housing plays active role in social inclusion. The investigation also shows that the effects of rural-urban immigration on housing and social inclusions are insignificant, and migration distance negative effects are weakened by the immigration time effect though still strong. Such profile of immigrant higher schools teachers forms striking contrast to that of the migrant farmers who have taken more than thirty years in trying to be included into the urban society. The active role of high human capital can be clearly observed in crossing “the immigrants’ bridge”. But compared with the local teachers, the living condition of the immigrating teachers are poorer. The degree of their social and cultural inclusions and determination are relatively low and they are facing devaluation of their education background.

In recent years, our country has experienced greater inflation for three times. By analyzing fluctuation of the CPI, the fact of food price leading price raising can be examined. One of the reasons is price elasticity of food demand is small. The second is the increasing speed of farming labour productivity is far behind other industries. The third is the total output increasing rate of farming products is lower than the other industries. And the last is the price of framing products returns to their real value. In order to keep the sustainable increase of food price, our government should do its best to support the development of farming, to encourage and to provide financial support for farming technological innovation, and at the same time to reduce administrative interference to market and to support self development of the market.

In order to have a full sight into the present state of the students’ subjective well-being in universities, middle and Primary schools, we have adopted ‘Scale of Teenagers’ subjective Well-being compiled by Zhang Xinggui et al to make investigation among 1821 students from above-mentioned universities and schools. The finding shows that the students’ well-being is healthy, but at the same time, some of them lack well-being in the dimensionality in the aspects as totality, family and studying. To raise the level of their well-being, we should strengthen their ability of well-being and their view about well-being as to increase their well-being by knowledge.

The ecological practice ability is a direct manifestation of the effects of ecological literacy education of medical students. Its basic connotations consist of mastering a wealthy knowledge of ecological civilization, establishing ecological mode of thinking, promoting ecological behaviors and building eco-psychological expectations.In the context of the ecological civilization construction, there is a special value forging the ecological practice ability of medical students. It is necessary to strengthen the theory research of ecological literacy education, consolidate the foundation of the ecological practice of medical students, deepen the teaching reform of the ecological literacy education, and identify the entry point of the ecological practice of medical students . We should attempt to create a campus atmosphere of the ecological practice of medical students, optimize the educational environment of the ecological practice, strengthen the social practice of ecological civilization,and expand the social space of the ecological practice. With increasing severity of social illness caused by excessive pursuit of GDP growth, the happiness index is paid special attention to by all sectors of the society. Happiness index once again declares the ultimate value of development, vividly interprets connotation of national politics, and plays an active role in decreasing worshipping GDP, judging social movement, monitoring public psychological orientation, and covering shortage of social function of GDP. Meanwhile, problems, as being difficult in evaluation, low in validity and hard in finding a united statistic tool, exist in happiness index. Thus, the government should be cautious in using happiness index. Happiness index can be used as a sub-index to comprehensively judge social development and harmony, but cannot be used as the only standard in checking the achievements of the administrative officials.

In the world society, state power depends on comprehensive state power with purpose of guarantee national safety, the standardization and legality of which are lower than domestic power, with multi-functions. The cause for the difference between international power and domestic power is decided by the field differences of the international society and domestic society, and the field influences state power in two ways. Physical structure of the field determines differences of the state power in subject and object, and in origin and aim of the state power. The second is the effectiveness and efficiency of the rules. In the international society, the weakness of the rules causes weakening of legality and standardization of the international power, and makes the power with multi-forms.

The interpretation of Seventh Clause of Tort Liability Law on liability without fault is: “When actor offends other’s civilian’s right, whether the actor is with or without fault, law putting forward to bearing tortuous liability shall prevail.” Some people consider that the interpretation not only reflects connotation of liability without fault, but also solves the dilemma in understanding “liability without fault, and problems of constructing elements of principle about liability without fault. The product liability in the fifth Provision, liability of environment pollution in the eighth provision, highly dangerous liability in the ninth provision and the damage liability caused by raising animals stimulated by Tort Liability Law are suitable in using special tort of liability without fault.

People’s petition system is an important system with Chinese characteristics reflecting masses’ benefits created by the CPC. At the beginning of the foundation of the People’s Republic of China and facing complex situation home and abroad, the creation of people’s petition system carried out and developed Marxist theory about masses’ line. At the early stage of the People Republic of China, the creation of the Party’s people’s petition system experienced three stages of theoretic preparation, legislation and practice, and the process of creation showed that the Party and leaders of our government paid special attention to the characteristics as establishment and improvement of the organization, introduction of talents and reform of working methods. Special attention and guidance of the leaders of the Party and the government, the main stream concerning consolidating newly-born power and recovering economy and the purpose of taking as the purpose of the political movement promoted and mobilized by the Party and the government are the historical experiences obtained at the early stage of the foundation of the People’s Republic of China. Ways in applying for legal remedies for damages caused by weather modification are many, one of which is judicial remedy of the law court, an important one. The court should promote the idea of taking legal management as a stand, and protect civil rights by the principles of carefully, properly and tactically selecting laws. On the basis of this, courts can make full use of judicial function by their own management innovation, offer suggestions of improving legislation by investigation, provide government with management advice by judicial suggestion and regular guidance and cultivate fine atmosphere of social management innovation by communication.

University student dormitory is an important place for the work of the Party’s development and ideological political education among the students, but it is often neglected as a education place for the university student work. By analyzing the findings made from the questionnaires about the function of the student Party members in the dormitory, they are generally active and progressive in behavior in the dormitory, and their pioneering roles are acknowledged by the other students. But roles played by part of the Party members are poorly evaluated by the non-party members. Their pioneering function in the dormitory is not acknowledged. The reasons for this are their weak consciousness of models, being short of activeness, few chances of practical activity taking service as subject made by the basic Party organizations, inefficiency of effective monitoring and encouraging mechanisms, etc. Thus to probe into the methods for the Party members to make the effective function in the dormitory, and the pioneering and modeling function played by the Student Party members are inevitable choice for the ideological political work for the university student Party members in the new era.

Modifying the basic law is with three different layers of “allowance” in significance: “the interpreting method by using the basic law only”, “the allowance to modify the basic law in system and procedure is without time limitation”, and “the opportunity of modifying the basic law”. Modifying the basic law is with its own lawfulness from the angles of law and practice of the basic law. Modifying the basic law is with restrictive characteristics, which must be “legally restricted” by the basic policies having been made by the People’s Republic of China for Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions. At the same time we must notice the relevant important problems concerning “the tentative direction”. The irrelevance in procedures of modifying the basic law and its modification may cause logical contradiction between the interpretation and modifying the basic law, which can be solved by the special right specially authorized by the National Congress to the Standing Committee of the National Congress and to the Legislative Committee and the Chief Executive of the special administrative regions, otherwise the insurmountable paradox will occur in the practice of modifying the basic law.

Forestry cooperative economic organization is an effective method realizing “economy of scale”. The research group has made an investigation of questionnaire survey into 300 farmers in the ten counties (cities) of Wuling and Dabie mountain regions. The group members have made interviews with the farmers and the chief officials of the local forestry bureaus (stations) and the forestry cooperative economic organizations. They have made survey and analysis into the factors of farmers’ individual performance about joining in the forestry cooperative economic organization and the education background which influences farmer’s willingness joining in the organization, of operation profit of the organization and of the degree of the social network. The investigation indicates that there exist problems, in the present foresting economic organization, as non-standard of establishing registration, imperfection of operating mechanism, incomplete of democratic system, the outer developing environment needing to be optimized, etc. The investigation also puts forwards the suggestions as active guidance by establishing new-type forestry cooperative economic organization system, optimizing construction of the system, establishing fine developing environment for the cooperative economic organization, and strengthening service function by promoting productive development of the economic organization.

In the progress of early Chinese modernization, Shanghai and Wuhan were outstanding representative cities among other cities. The two possessed many similarities and differences. From the aspect of sources for the happening of modernization, the two belonged to “later extrinsic developing modernization”. Because Shanghai was twenty years earlier in the modernization than Wuhan, the gap between the two in the early modernization came into being. But from the aspects of connotation of modernization, the modernization of the two cities was incomplete. Their common prominent characteristic was strangely rapid development in economy, without realization of political democracy and multicultural development. Compared with Wuhan, Shanghai was ahead in the degree of opening and development, which was relatively weakly controlled by the feudalist government. Shanghai was more democratic in politics and more widely open in culture. But from the aspect of development progress of early modernization, the two cities were “prosperous because of commerce”. And Wuhan was more with this feature. Owing to the above mentioned reasons and the other reasons, the dynamic factor of the early modernization of the two cities were different, thus with different influence.

Since the starting of the policy for the normal student of free charge, “the normal students of free charge” are especially noticed, both from good and bad angles, by the different fields of the society, because of their special identities. Each of them has his own opinions about the role identification of the normal students of free charge. At present, the first grade graduates of free charge have taken their posts, which causes new interpretation on their role identification originated form their working practice, with further research and understanding of connotation, theoretical layers and influencing factors about the role identification of the students of free charge. Two measures can be taken to strengthen identification of the students’ roles. The first one is the way of “research and practice”, which is a way of innovating normal education, and elevating the enthusiasm of the life-long pursuit for the education of the students of free charge. The second is the way of “practice and introspection”, which can construct the new system for normal education and raise educational teaching abilities of the normal students of free charge.

With the coming of low birth-rate and aging society, the university age population of the higher education is decreasing, thus the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology started structure adjustment in 2011 by establishing “University Structure Reform Committee”, which is specially in charge of closing private universities and dismantling and merging national universities and formally promotes the work of university structure adjustment. The critical assessment criteria for the adjustment includes: rate of undergraduates, rate of employment, rate of full-time teachers, rate of enrollment of the freshmen, student management, etc. The committee urges the lower 15% of the universities of the assessment to formulate “reform project of own structure”, to promote automatically the structure reform of the merging of same disciplines and universities, etc. The effect of the structure reform is profound, thus the government and the universities should make the following efforts: to emphasize quality more than quantity, to formulate legislative laws for university reorganization and structure adjustment, to strength constructing universities with their own characteristics and to look for effective replacing financial resources.

As one kind of practical text translation, tourist translation should pay more attention to the effect in transferring information, i. e. the information reciprocity between original text and translated text, not the parallelism in languages. It is not very difficult to find out the differences in the tourist texts from the point of cultural differences. Thus the translation tactics should focus on the difference of the English and Chinese tourist translation texts in styles, on adopting strong points of the translated text in expression, on taking advantage of translating language, and on making efforts to reduce problems in the cultural communication to achieve expected function of tourist translation.

Since the beginning of the new century, the poverty in Africa has appeared with new characteristics, i. e. the problems of the economic growth co-existing with extreme poverty become increasingly prominent. Making great efforts to cast off poverty in Africa is not only a demand of African self-development, but also an urgent developing demand of the world as a whole. The origin of the obstacles to casting off poverty in Africa could be traced in the history of colonial rule, improper government management and inequality of international trade order, each with its own reason, but none of them hit the point and could not fundamentally solve the problem. The key to casting off poverty in Africa lies in self-development. Recently, regional cooperative organizations, headed by the AU raised demands about formulating the unifying social policies in fighting against poverty. The organizations have made new probe into main social policy fields as social protect, construction of employment and labor market, education and health, etc., which can be considered as a essential critical step towards the way of self-development for the Africa. No doubt, the step is with profound policy significance for the Africa casting off poverty in the nearest future.

The issue of time and space utilized by the ruling ecological system of the Communist Party of China is associated with that of optimal control. In reviewing history and summing up experience, the utilization of time and space of the ruling ecological system of the CPC were relatively fine in the most of time. The practice in the new period shows that the ruling ecological system of the CPC is basically correct in the controlling of time, in the utilizing of space and in the regulating and controlling of the relationships among time, space, material, energy and information, the degree about optimizing the system is greater, its controlling ability has been strengthened and its ruling ability has been improved.

Before seizing state power, the Communist Party of China had practiced successful ruling in three periods in parts of China, i. e. from establishing temporary central government of Soviet Republic of China in the central Soviet region in Jiangxi Province, to establishing anti-Japanese democratic power in Yan’an, and to establishing people’s government in Northeast China. In practicing ruling in the three periods, the CPC had been taking constructing clean government as the most important content of self-construction. The CPC construction of the clean government in the three parts of China was not only with outstanding historic characteristics and rich contents, but also had made outstanding achievements. It not only guaranteed the justice and cleanness of the Party and the revolutionary power in the periods ruling in parts of China, but also promoted healthy development of the revolutionary cause and laid solid political foundation fro the final victory of the Chinese revolution. The earnest summery of the historical experiences is with important realistic significance in improving its present ability against corruption and maintain Party’s advancement.

Social justice has become a more and more noticeable problem in the contemporary social development in China, and the construction of theory about the social justice should be carried out cautiously. In order to construct contemporary outlook of social justice with Chinese characteristics, we should take Marxist social justice ideology as guidance, and critically examine Rawls’ and Nozick’s theories of social justice and the outlook of the social justice passed down by Chinese traditional culture. We should take their essence and discard their dross for providing theoretic guidance for realizing social justice.

Constitution implementation by law is the realization of internal living modes and external social order. The provisions of constitution text must be implemented by specific law, which enforces the constitution. The hierarchy of law system determines the constitution implementation by the specific law. The spirits and value of the constitution dominate specific law field. The constitution makes its standardized text, its value spirit, its fundamental system and its policy declaration into procedures of legislative power, judicial power and administrative power. Once there is no constitutional query, the constitution will be implemented properly.

In the over-all environment of constructing geological parks in China, the construction of geological parks in Hubei also begin to take its shape, and Mulan Mountain has already become one of the six geological parks in the state level. The national geological park of Mulan Mountain is with rich geological heritage, good regional traffic conditions, but its disadvantage is insufficient propaganda and promotion and poor management. Its opportunity is demands for geological parks, the active support from the government. And the threat to its development is fierce competition of ecological tour and poor brand advantage of the park. We should gradually promote the construction of Mutain Mountain geological park by sustainable development, scientific management, personnel resources, exploitation and protection and propaganda and marketing.
