Abstract: The investigation into the researchers’ satisfaction about researching encouragement in the local universities shows that most of researchers are satisfied with the encouragement in the form of money, spirit and development, but their needs should also be satisfied in the aspects as perfecting researching material guarantee, strengthening the growth energy about researching spirit of the local universities, reinforcing the construction of researching “circle culture”, etc.
