The research progress of off-line and on-line analysis technology in chemical compositions analysis of atmospheric particles are discussed. The sampling technology and sample pretreatment technology of atmospheric particulates are compared.The off-line analysis technology,including atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS ),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF ),ion chromatography(IC ),gas chromatography-masss pectrometry (GC-MS),thermal optical carbonanalyzer(TOT/TOR)are discussed deeply. The developing tendency of on-line analysis technology in chemical compositions analysis of at mospheric particulates is forecasted. The on-line analysis technology including water-soluble ions,OC/EC ,chemical composition,particle mass concentration ,single particle feature monitoring are also expounded. The research provides a scientific basis for chemical compositions analysis of at mospheric particles and controlling of mist.

Cuprous oxide was prepared with copper sulfate and glucose under ultrasonic condition ,the polypyrrole - cuprous oxide composites were synthesized by using in-situ polymerization of pyrrole and cuprous oxide with ferric chloride as oxidant. Some factors that influenced the degradation of methyl orange catalized with polypyrrole - cuprous oxide composites were studied. The results indicated that the photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange was up to 95. 23% when the composites amount was 0.10g,the methyl orange initial concentration was 20mg/L,the illumination time was 2h,the solution pH of methyl orange solution was 9 to 10. The infrared spectra showed the characteristic absorption peak of polypyrrole were at 3433.36、3319.55、3003~3077 and 1655.15cm
-1
,which is consistent with reports.

The flavonoids were extracted effectively from purslane ,houttuynia,glycyrrhiza ,wild chrysanthemum ,pueraria,mulberry leaves,the flavonoids content is determined with colorimetric method;Iron element of the six kind of medical and edible plants were extracted with wet digestion method,and the iron content was determined with atomic absorption spectrometry ;Researched the correlation of scavenging effect of DPPH free radicals and flavones/iron content of the plants. The results showed the six medical and edible plants all contain a certain amount of flavonoids and iron ,and the scavenging effect of DPPH free radicals has a certain correlation with flavonoids and iron content.

Caprolactam(C6H11NO)is one of the most important material in the polymer industry, dehydration is the most important edulcoration technology in the final caprolactam purification. However ,caprolactam is heat-sensitive substance, for prevention of degradation under high temperature, the dehydration of caprolactam with pervaporation (PVP) is studied. Cotton as membrane material and is firstly dessloved in the alkaline solution, then the regenerated cellulose(RC)is prepared by phase inversion method. The influence of concentration of casting solution on the membrane structure is investigated. The results show that the 4 wt % cellulose concentration is suitable to prepare the PV membrane. But the flux and separation factor of pure RC membrane are not ideal. Therefore ,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA ),Polyvinyl-Py-rrolidone(PVP )and β -cyclodextrin (β-CD )are selected to modify the RC membrane. The degree of swelling ,contact angle and PV performance of the modified membranes are tested. RC-PVA has better properties and the strength ,the flux and the separation factor are improved. With the addition of β -CD , the separation factor of membrane is enhanced, and it has a little influence on flux.

Objective
To investigate the pathomorphology ,biologic characteristics and the relation?ships of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC),non triple-negative breast cancer(NTNBC) and basal like breast cancer(BLBC).
Methods
HER2 ,ER,PR,CK5 / 6 or EGFR protein were determined with immunohistochemistry(IHC )in breast cancer, 3 cases of HER 2 IHC 3 + and 5 cases of HER2 IHC 2 + were analysed for HER2 gene amplification with fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH). CK5 / 6 or EGFR were checked in 22cases of TNBC. The cases were divided into the TNBC,NTNBC and BLBC groups according to the examination results.The pathomorphology and biologic characteristics of the three groups were compared.
Results
Of the 96cases,27. 08% (26/96)were confirmed to be TNBC in which grade Ⅱand Ⅲ caseswere 53. 85%(14/ 26)and 46. 15%(12/26)respectively ,lymph nodes metastasis rate was 61. 11%(11/ 18);BLBC accounted for63. 64%(14/22)of TNBC ,in which grade Ⅱand Ⅲcases were 57. 14%(8 / 14)and 42. 86%(6 / 14)respectively ,lymph nodes metastasis rate was 55. 56%(5 / 9);There were no grade Ⅰcases in TNBC andBLBC. 7 2 . 92%(70/ 96)wereconfirmedtobeNTNBCinwhichgradeⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲcaseswere 28. 57%(20/ 70),57. 14%(40/ 70)and 14. 29%(10/ 70)respectively ,lymph nodes metastasis rate was 44. 44%(16/36). The percentage of poorly differentiated cases and lymph nodes metastasis rate were higher inthe TNBC and BLBC group than those in NTNBC ,besides there was no gradeⅠcases in TNBC andBLBC group. Of the 5 HER2 IHC 2 + cases,one case there was gene amplification ,one equivocaland threenegativeand of 3 HER2 IHC 3 + cases,theFISH resultwasconsistentwith IHC.
Conclusion
More than 1 / 4 of breast cancer are TNBC or BLBC in our study.Compared with NTNBC,eventhough TNBC and BLBC share agreat dealof overlap and have a poor differentiation with aggressive behavior and increased local recurrence or distant metastasis,indicating a poor prognosis,theymaybe independent histopathologic entity. CK 5 / 6 or EGFR can be used to differentiate the BLBC fromTNBC.IHC 2 +cases should be examined with FISH in order to avoid misleading treatment.

T cells (P < 0 . 001 ). (2) Hyaluronidase treatment can enhance HIV infectivity, by adding 100 μg of exogenous HA can reverse the function of hyaluronidase treatment(P<0. 001). (3) 100 μg of exogenous HA can reduce R5-HIV binding to CD4
+
T cells, while hyaluronidase treatment can enhance R5-HIV binding to CD4
+
T cells (P <0. 001).
Conclusion
Exogenous HA can reduce R5 -HIV in?fectivity on un-stimulated CD 4
+
T cells, while hyaluronidase treatment can enhance R 5 -HIV binding to CD 4
+
T cells,and R5 -HIV infectivity.

Objective
To develop the ganciclovir oral disintegrating tablet and evaluate the clinical utility.
Methods
Using ganciclovir as raw material medicine to develop orally disintegrating tablet,controlling the quality with ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and HPLC method,applying for the treatment of AIDS patients complicated with cytomegalovirus retinitis.
Results
The characters,identification,inspection,content determination indexes meet the quality control requirement,the effective rate for the curative treatment of AIDS patients with cytomegalovirus retinitis was 85. 71%.
Conclusion
The anciclovir oral disintegrating tablet developed had stable quality,and the quality analysis method is feasible. The adjuvant treatment of AIDS complicated with cytomegalovirus retinitis has obvious effect.

Objective
To explore the application effect of intraoperative autotransfusion in operation of orthopedics department.
Methods
Chose 62 cases of bone surgery from Mar. 2013toAug. 2014as research object ,divided them into observation group and control group according to the length oftail number of odd ,respectively 32cases and 30cases. The control group was treated with center suction for bleeding in operation field ,and the observation group was treated with intra operative auto transfusion.
Results
There were no statistical significance on Hct ,Hb and bleeding amount between observation group and control group before and after surgery (P > 0 . 05);the allogeneic transfusion amount of observation group was obviously lower than that incontrol group (P < 0 . 05);the allogeneic transfusion cases of observation group was obviously lower than that in control group (P <0 . 05).
Conclusion
Application of intraoperative autotransfusion in orthopedic surgery, can effectively avoid or reduce allogeneic transfusion and the complications,it can be popularized in orthopedic department.

Objective
To research the effect on micronucleus formation induced by lectin from varieties of kidney beans.
Methods
Giving the mice lectin of three kind of kidney beans by intraperitoneal injection for 6 days. Bone marrow cells were collected and microscope slides were prepared by Giemsa staining. Micronucleus ratio was analysed under a light microscope, then judged the mutagenic effect of different kidney bean lection.
Results
There was no significant difference between experiment group and negative control group, but positive group was obviously higher than experiment group and negative control group(P<0. 05) . Micronucleus ratio had a dose-effect relationship,but it was independent with gender.
Conclusion
The three levels of lectin of three kind of kidney beans have no effect on micronucleus formation of bone marrow cells in mice,they can be used for development of biological preparations.
