    Phosphorus-containing polycarbonate was synthesized through melt-polycondensation with bisphenol A,diphenyl carbonate,triphenyl phosphite as raw materials and LiOH/LiAc as cata?lysts. The structure,molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,glass transition temperature and thermal stability of the products were characterized with infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetric analysis,respectively. Phosphorus-containing polycarbonates with M n =8 700 g/mol,PDI=4. 27,t g =115. 09 ℃ ,700 ℃ carbon residue of 25. 51% and M n =8 000 g/mol,PDI=9. 36,t g =109. 91 ℃,700 ℃ carbon residue of 24. 11% were obtained by the reaction catalyzed with LiOH and LiAc, respectively.

    Aluminum Iron methyl cyclohexylphosphinate double salt(AlFe(MHP) )was synthesized initially by neutralization reaction of methylcyclohexylphosphinate acid with NaOH,followed by reacting with metal compounds. The product was characterized by FTIR,XRF and XRD to analyse its structure. When AlFe (MHP)was used as flame retardant in epoxy resin (EP) , the flammability and thermal stability of the composite were discussed preliminarily. The results presented that the Limit Oxygen Index (LOI)of EP with 10 wt% filler loading improved from 19. 8% to 28. 4%,and the vertical burning test achieved at UL94 V-0 rating. TG analyses showed that AlFe (MHP)had excellent thermal stability. The tests of flammability revealed that AlFe (MHP)had a strong inhibition effect on Heat Release Rate (HRR)of the composites.

    Alginate mangane microspheres were prepared by dipping the alginate solution in the manganese chloride solution,and then used to adsorb the pyrrole monomer. Using acidic potassium permanganate solution as oxidation agent,the pyrrole monomer was polymerized to form the polypyrrole(PPy)on the surface of the alginate manganese spheres to form the composites microspheres of PPy/alginate manganese. The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the compositespheres were characterizated by the infrared spectroscopy,SEM and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that there was PPy microspheres with 200 to 500 nm diameter on the surface of the composites spheres of alginate manganese. As increasing the solidification time,PPy/alginate manganese alginate composite spheres had a tighter structure with a lower polypyrrole amount, its ca? pacitance decreased. Such spheres with the biocompatible and conduct properties will be widely ap? plied in the novel electrode field.

    The temperature control of silicon steel industrial annealing furnace has the features of strong coupling, pure lag, multidisturbance. The control method represents the solution of a class of nonlinear control systems. The control object is the temperature control of silicon steel industrial an? nealing furnace, the intelligent learning system based on Double Across Limit Control is introduced and used to solve control problem of this kind of nonlinear system, and the module programming is used to realize the function. The results show the method improves the index of precision and anti-disturbance compared with traditional method of PID control,it is a valid method to solve such problem.

    :Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of several existing methods for description of distance between clusters,based on it,presents a calculation method for distance between clusters based on gravitation model. This method is an important improvement for direct addition of gravitation value between each particle, which simulates the synthetic principle of force in physics. Theoretical analysis and computing results show the presented method is more applicable than direct addition of gravitation.

    Objective To study the relation between the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with anemia and inflammation. Methods According to the anemia standard,the 273 cases of AECOPD were enrolled. 40 cases of anemia in COPD (anemia group)and 40 cases of non-anemic in COPD(non-anemia group)were selected. Lung function(FEV1%),and interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were determined,and the count of CD4 + and CD8 + T cell were measured with flow cytometry. The correlation was studied. Results The level of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were significantly higher in anemia group than in non-anemic group (P< 0.05) . The ratio of CD4 + /CD8 + in anemia group were significantly lower than non-anemic group (P< 0.05) . Conclusion COPD with anemic may be related inflammation.

    Objective To study the clinical predictive value of Cystatin C(Cys C)level to coronary artery stenosis degree of aged Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) . Methods Retrospectively analyzed 185 cases of aged CHD diagnosed with coronary angiography. According to the results of coronary angiography,185 cases were divided into single lesion group(89 cases)and multivessel lesions group(96 cases) ,detected Cys C level and graded Gensini score in all selected cases,analyzed the difference of level of Cys C,also the correlation of Cys C level and the coronary artery Gensini score in two groups. Results (1) The Cys C levels in multivessel lesions group( (1. 55±0. 32) mg/L)was obviously higher than that in single lesion group( (1. 28 ± 0. 20)mg/L) (P<0. 01) . (2)In two groups,the Cys C levels were positive correlated with Gensini score(multivessel leisions group,r=0. 78,P<0. 01;single lesion group,r=0. 75,P<0. 01) . Conclusion With Cys C level detecting,the coronary artery lesion degree can be predicted,as the increasing of Cys C level,the artery stenosis degree become more seriously.

    Objective To investigate the combined effects of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound and low frequency electromagnetic fields in promoting fracture healing. Methods 40 ordinary healthy grown Japanese rabbits were prepared forelegs bilateral radial middle cross-section fracture model and the rabbits werer and only divided into four groups : Ⅰ a ,Ⅰ b and Ⅱ a ,Ⅱ b ,each consists of 10.Left side of rabbits from groupⅠ a and Ⅱ a was carried combined treatment of the low-intensity pulsedultrasound and low frequency electromagnetic fields(group U),on the right side with only the lowfrequency electromagnetic field therapy(group E) ;Left side of rabbits from groupⅠ b and Ⅱ b only for low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy( group B) ,and right side carried out sham treatment as control group(group C) . The intensity of ultrasound treatment is 40mW/cm 2 ,20 minutes a day of treatment. The intensity of low frequency electromagnetic field is 0.9mT. 40minutes a day of treatment. X-ray index evaluation of fracture healing was taken after two weeks treatment of groupⅠ a ,Ⅰ b and 4weeks treatment of group Ⅱ a ,Ⅱ b . Results Semiquantitative analysis of X-ray film evaluation showed that regardless of 2weeks or 4weeks treatment ,fracture healing of group U,B,E are significantly faster than the control group C(P<0.05) ,but no significant difference among group U,B,E(P>0.05) . Conclusion The low-intensity pulsed ultrasound and low frequency electromagnetic fields can promote fracture healing by affecting fracture healing period and modeling period,but the effect of combination of the two treatment to accelerate fracture healing is not obvious.

    Objectiive To evaluate the influence of health education lecture on bone health behavior and osteoporosis prevention knowledge of aged hospitalized patients. Methods Chose 110 cases in aged ward from 60 to 75 years old, the situation were in accordance with osteopenia and osteoporosis diagnosis standard,evaluated the relevant prevention knowledge and bone health behavior of the patients,send out the questionnaires and carried out statistical analysis before intervention and 3 months after intervention. Results After intervention,the patients’knowledge of risk factors and fracture harm of osteoporosis improved obviously,and the relevant prevention knowledge of the patients improved in a certain degree(P<0.01) ;compared with pre-intervention,the health behavior of the patients improved significantly(P<0.01) . Conclusion The health education intervention with the content of osteoporosis prevention knowledge and with the form of special knowledge lectures,can help the patients to understand the disease and harm of the disease,thus improves the bone health behavior and life quality of the patients.

    Objective To know the sub-health status and variation tendency of Jianghan University students. Methods With the same human energy detector(sub-health detector)which is made in German to detect bioelectricity feedback repeatedly of 168 students from April to May in 2012 and the same period in 2013. Made a tracing research for sub-health situation of the students and conducted a questionnaire investigation for their daily life. Results In the tested students,60% of the male students and 81.5% of the female students were under sub-health condition. Younger the tested male students were,higher their sub-health situation percentages were;on the contrary,older the tested female students were,higher their sub-health situation percentages were. From variation of their sub-health in a year, only 4.8% of the students turned to be better, however, 42. 9% of the students changed from healthy situation into sub-health condition. What′ s more,for their daily life,those physical situations have improved and remained health conditions were better than those physical situation turned to be bad and remained sub-health condition generally. There were some causes for their sub-health situation as follows:firstly,their sleep quality was not very good;secondly,they were under strong pressure because of employment and other reasons;thirdly,lacking of systematic health education leaded to unscientific and unhealthy lifestyle. Conclusions It is alarming for the physical situation of college students, most of the college students were under sub-health situation or transforming into the sub-health situation. The universities should develop healthy education for students actively and take measures to protect physical and mental health for students.

    Cherry blossom is very important ornamental flowers. The history and characteritics of cherry blossom of Wuhan University, cherry blossom garden of East Lake, Qing Liang Zhai scenic zone of Huangpi district of Wuhan were researched. Cherry blossom of Wuhan University started at 1939, had characteritics of a long time cultivation, landscaping, ornamental history, and proceeded systematic researches of the cultivated technology of cherry blossom; cherry blossom garden of East Lake started at 1979, had characteritics of big varieties, abundant resources and high cultivation management technology; Qing Liang Zhai scenic zone of Huangpi district of Wuhan started from wild cherry blossom which was zhonghua cherry blossom, had characteritics of original ecology, large quantities , long flowering period and rustic charm. The purpose of the research is to study the history and characteritics of cherry blossom, serve for "travel of ornamental flower" and "economy of ornamental flower" of Wuhan.

    Aimed to screen out transferable SSR(simple sequence repeat)molecular markers from cowpea(Vigna unguiculata)to pea(Pisum sativum) . Using thirteen cowpea SSR primer pairs,eight primer pairs were successfully cross-amplified in pea. Five of the eight primer pairs exhibited polymorphism,and then to study the genetic variation of eleven pea cultivars and five cowpea cultivars. Results showed that genetic parameters of the average number of alleles,the average effective number of alleles and the average Shannon′s index are 2. 00,1. 64,0. 55 in the pea cultivar group,and 2. 00,1. 80,0. 53 in the cowpea cultivar group,respectively. These indicated that a moderate level of genetic diversity was revealed in the two cultivar groups. In addtion,UPGMA clustering showed that the pea cultivar group and the cowpea cultivar group clustered into their own branches,respectively. Within each group,most of the samples can be distinguished from each other. Especially,within the pea cultivar group,all the samples can be divided into two subgroups,which are consistent with their geographical origin.

    Objective To study the influence of nonylphenol on CAT and T-SOD enzyme activities in loach liver tissue. Methods The loaches were exposed in different concentration of nonylphenol. The concentration of nonylphenol were 50,200,500,1 000 μ g/L. Determined the activities of T-SOD and CAT after 6 hours. Results Low concentration of nonylphenol has an inducing effect on the activities of T-SOD and CAT in loach liver tissue, as the concentration of nonylphenol increased, the activities of CAT and T-SOD was restrained. Conclusion The concentration of nonylphenol in water is direct related to the CAT and T-SOD activities in the liver tissue of loach, as concentration of nonylphenol increasing, the CAT and T-SOD activities are all expressed in an inducing-repressing manner. The CAT and T-SOD activities have indicative function for early pollution of nonylphenol.
