    Introduces the test results of filtering pressure drop and fractional filtering efficiency on a new kind of ePTFE membrane filter. Under the test wind speed is between 0. 5~2. 5 m/s,the pressure drop of this clean membrane filter is about 27~171 Pa;Under the test wind speed is at 1.2 m/min,its collection efficiency is more than 98% for PM2. 5.

    Reviews the research status of volatile organic compounds catalytic oxidation process and mechanism,such as catalyst characterization,research methods of catalytic process,and different research systems. In-situ technology and X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) in catalyst characterization can preferably elucidate the catalytic process and mechanism. The research of catalytic oxidation process mainly include reaction kinetic models (the Power-rate Law, the Mars-van Krevelen Model, and the Langmuir-Hinshelwood), reaction monitoring technology (In-situ FTIR, In-situ NMR, transient technique, isotopic tracing) , quantum chemical calculation, et al. Generally, reaction kinetics is one of the most widely techniques for the mechanism research of catalytic oxidation. The reaction products can be directly detected,which adsorb more attention. The research of quantum chemical calculation is just used for proof.

    In 1994,Mitchem and Simoson introduced the notion of super edge-graceful graphs when they studied the problem of labeling graph. In the course of subsequent study,it was proven that some graphs were super edge-graceful and some conjections on super edge-graceful graphs were introduced. The super edge-graceful labelings of the dandelion graphs are constructed by recursion,and it is proven that dandelion graphs are super edge-graceful graphs.

    Using the superposition principle and equivalence principle of elastic mechanics,take the supporting system as a whole to study it,based on the priciple of energy conservation of elastic mechanics,the potential energy functions for the supporting system are derived by applying the theorem of superposition for multiple displacements under the assumption that every internal force is acting on the supporting system in turns. A new algorithm for the supporting system is also obtained by using the principle of minimum potential energy. This algorithm is simple,accurate ,and can be widely used in various types of engineering calculations.

    Through the analysis of working mechanism and technological process of foam molding machines,adopting PLC and touch screen technology to foam molding machines in a factory for bulk modification,designs the electrical control system of a foam molding machine based on Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. With a touch screen interface, the action time for each process can be input,the mode of operation can be selected,and the process parameters can be displayed. The control system improves the production efficiency and production quality of foam products.

    In modern experiment teaching and data processing technology,there are many non-linear function verification′ s experiments. It is difficult to use the traditional method to determine the function relation with drawing process,and it leads to a large amount of calculation and poor efficiency,it is easy to have error. Origin software drawing,linear fitting,normalization treatment,Lab Talk programming functions have been used to deal with experimental data of light intensity response rate in spectrum detection system,and finally obtains the light intensity response rate. It is simple, accurate and directviewing to deal with data with Origin software,and it is convenient for theoretical analysis and experiment teaching of optics.

    Objective To explore the relationship of cytokones associated with Th17 cells in serum and acute graft-versus-host disease from patients with hematologic diseases who were undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods In this study,78 patients with haematological diseases were undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Th17 cell-associated cytokines in serum were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)from patients with acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD)(n=12),without aGVHD(n=14),and patients with aGVHD who were effectively treated(n=10). Healthy volunteers(n=10) were severed as control. Results ①The serum cytokine levels(pg/mL)of patients with aGVHD(n=12)were significantly higher compared with healthy control group(n=10)and non-aGVHD group(n=14)(P <0. 05). On contrary,The TGF-β1 level(pg/mL)(1 156. 61±458. 04) was significantly lower than the healthy control group(2 978. 34±1 647. 71)and non-aGVHD group(2 541. 62±1 805. 16)(P<0. 05). IL-22:non-aGVHD group was significantly higher than healthy control group(22. 14±2. 49,19. 18±1. 24)(P<0. 05);IL-21,IL-22,IL-23 were higher than healthy control group(P<0. 05),there was no statistical difference about other cytokines between healthy control group and non-aGVHD group(P>0. 05). ②After treatment,the cytokine levels above in 10 cases of effective treatment decreased to considerable extent ,and there was significant difference between before and after effective treatment(P <0. 05),but the IL-22 showed no significant difference between before and after effective treatment(P>0. 05). Conclusion Th17 cell-associated cytokines(IL-17,IL-23,IL-21,IFN-γ,TGF-β1)in serum are assocoated with pathogenesis,development and treatment efficacy of aGVHD,whereas acute GVHD is no relationship with IL-22 cencentration in serum.

    Selected three kinds of bacteria which are most common in mushroom culture medium and are difficult to be killed(E. coli,Bacillus subtilis,Aspergillus)as the test object,to test the sterilization effect of sodium percarbonate and microwave. The sodium percarbonate had the concentration gradient as 20 000,10 000,1 000,100,50,10 mg/L. The experiments showed the amount of three bacteria reduced as the concentration of sodium percarbonate increased. The E. coli and the Aspergillus were all killed at the concentration of 10 000 mg/L,the Bacillus subtilis were all killed at the concentration of 20 000 mg/L. As the time of microwave increased,the amount of bacteria reduced,the Aspergillus were all killed at 210 s of microwave,the E. coli were all killed at 240 s of microwave,the Bacillus subtilis were all killed at 300 s of microwave,the experiment reached the complete sterilization.
    Application of Quality Control Circle on Nursing of Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

    Objective To implement the quality control circle(QCC)for reducing the incidence of adverse events resulting from nursing the patients hospitalized for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Sets up the organization of QCC. Through measures of proposing program,grasping current situation,setting goals,analysing main reasons,formulating and implementing countermeasures,confirming the effect,to ensure the smoothly implementation of the QCC. Compares the incidence of adverse events before and after implementing QCC. Results The incidence of adverse events resulting from nursing the patients hospitalized for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning reduced from 17% before implementing the QCC to 5% after that. The extent of improvement was 64%. Conclusions The implementation of the QCC reduces the incidence of adverse events resulting from nursing the patients hospitalized for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,improves the patients satisfaction,ensures the safety and effectiveness of medical services.
