Abstract: Learning is a continuous progress of raising, analysing and solving problems, and knowledge has scenarios character. Question，students，teaching media, and teachers are four elements of question situation. The position and action of the four elements has importance influence on felicity of situation creation. Explains the importance of four elements in problem scenarios and role requirement in scenarios creation，provides reference for creating suitable situation.
