    Semiconductor quantum dots(QDs)have unique optical properties,so they have very high application value in displaying material domain. Comparing with traditional displaying materials,QDs optical devices have the advantages such as brightness,color purity and energy efficiency,which make them the ideal displaying materials. Based on the current works,introduces the optical principles,optical properties and common synthesis methods of QDs,also introduces the developments and challenges of QDs, and outlook the application of the QDs on flexible displayer.

    The quantum dots(QDs)have the feature that the emission spectrum can be regulated with particle size,the emission spectrum scope can be regulated with the element composition or the particle size of QDs,the luminous efficiency and the color purity are high. In recent years,QDs are widely applied in displaying and luminous domain. The surface ligands can influence the luminous efficiency of QDs,reviews the recent research status of QDs surface ligands at home and abroad,and the effects of different ligands on the nucleation, growth, shape, fluorescence properties and stability of QDs.

    A kind of alkyl phosphinate flame retardant named aluminum β-(N-phenyl carboxamide) ethyl methylphosphinate(Al (CEMP) )which containing characteristic functional group was synthesizedthrough 2-methyl-2, 5-dioxo-1, 2-oxaphospholane (OP)by two-step reaction of amidation and salification. The structure of the product was characterized by 1 H-NMR、 FTIR and XRD. As the flame retardant being used in PBT,the limit oxygen index (LOI)of PBT with 20wt% Al (CEMP)improves from 16. 6% to 28. 4%,and the vertical burning test reaches UL94 V-0 rating. The test of microcalorimeter confirmed that Al (CEMP)has a strong inhibition effect on heat release rate (HRR)of PBT.

    Towards generation of concept lattice of multi formal context,presents a generating method of object oriented concept lattice of multi context transverse synthesis. At first,utilizes every concept′s extension of each sub formal context,through operation,obtains the extension set of object oriented concept lattice of synthetic context. Then obtains the connotation of synthetic context through approximate operator operation to extension set,and further obtains the concept lattice of synthetic context. The validity and completeness of this method are proved and the experiment results show that this method improves the time efficiency.

    Cuckoo search is a novel meta-heuristic algorithm based on bionics. It has good ability to search for global optimum,but suffers from slow searching speed in the last iterations and poor accuracy.The cross-entropy method is embedded into cuckoo search algorithm and an improved cuckoo search algorithm is introduced. The testing results of benchmark functions show the improved algorithm obtains good performance of convergence speed and high accuracy. The proposed algorithm is employed as a new training method for artificial neural network.,and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms for training neural networks in terms of converging speed and avoiding local minima. Finally,the artificial neural network with learning algorithm based on the improved algorithm is employed to forecast total population of China.

    For battle field rescue,it is important to find wounded soldiers quickly and treat them timely,so it is meaningful for locating the wounded soldiers and acquiring the accurate personal information.The Beidou position and navigation system realizes soldiers information collection and command control, uses China independent developing system namely the Beidou position and navigation system to locate soldiers in battle field,through soldier status monitoring terminal based on Bluetooth to continuously monitor the physiological parameter of soldiers,when find the injury,in real time send the individual information and physiological parameter from terminal to command center,after receiving the data,the command center can plan the rescue route and scheme in real time base on terrain and so on information through GIS system,so realizes the timely rescue to injuries. Analyses functions and features of the Beidou navigation system,introduces the functions and components of soldier information collection system and command control system,elaborates on the design of soldier information collecting terminal,the method of vital sign information monitoring,the components and functions of command control system,and the design of GIS.

    In order to manufacture the crowd animation scene of the "Three Wonders of Lingbi" animation propaganda with the local characteristics,on the basis of the theory of distributed behavior with autonomous characters,through the use of MEL language in MAYA particle system,the script of distributed behavior of group cartoon is realized. This method solves two problems,which are self-collision between particles of MAYA and the path planning of crowd animation role. Using improved collision detection and collision avoidance algorithm to plan path for crowd animation role. This improved algorithm,which is based on the calculation of force can simulate objects naturally avoid obstacles under the action of force and achieve good results in computation speed and effect. The simulation results show the developed script makes the crowd animation of the "Three Wonders of Lingbi" animation propaganda,and the work is simple and low cost.

    The interior trimming panels of automotive doors are mostly in a slender form. Little scraps,small amount of warping panels and no welded lines are the key index which the users pay most attention in injection molding production. Taking the A-pillar panel in family car as example, adopts the Moldflow software to carry out the numerical simulation flow analysis on 3 different processing programs of injection molding. Finds out using the material PP-TD20 in hot runner injection molding can meet the productive and technical requirements of little scarps, small amount of warping panels and no welded lines. The practice proved that the stimulated data provide references for real mold design and injection molding production.

    Objective To study the effect of histamine in rat ventrolateral preoptic area on sleep-wakeful?ness cycle. Methods Histamine was microinjected into ventrolateral preoptic area through stereotaxic technique,sleeping and waking time phases were recorded and analyzed by electroencephalograph.Results Microinjection of 50 μmol/L histamine had no significant effect,but 100 μmol/L histamine decreased sleeping time and increased waking time significantly. Conclusion Histamine is involved in regulation of sleep-waking cycle and promotes wakefulness significantly in the ventrolateral preoptic area.
    Clinical Analysis of Hyperdense Cerebral Artery Sign Treated with Intravenous Thrombolysis

    Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of hyperdense cerebral artery sign,evaluate the safety and efficacy of hyperdense cerebral artery sign treated with intravenous thrombolysis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and follow-up results of 15 cases that were found out having hyperdense cerebral artery sign with CT and having neurological deficit symptoms,and the 15 cases were treated with intravenous thrombolysis. Among the 15 cases,5 were treated with urokinase and 10 were treated with alteplase(rt-PA) . Results After thrombolysis,re-examined with CT,CTA and MRA angiography followed up in 7 cases,DSA angiography followed up in 4 cases,follow-up time was 3 to 18 months,average 10.4 months. The clinical symptoms of all the patients are different degree improved,there were not infarction and hemorrhage happened again. Conclusion The hyperdense cerebral artery sign treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,and the safety is good.

    Based on the partition of cultivated land,making clear the key point and direction of utilization,it is the necessary work of optimization of cultivated land resources utilization. Taking the Chongyang County as studying area,based on cultivated land productivity calculation,introducing the methods of landscape pattern analysis and scale advantage index,builds up the index system of cultivated land utilization zoning,from 3 angles which are cultivated land productivity potentiality,spatial distribution pattern and agricultural production efficiency. A weighted system of clustering method is used to dividethe cultivated land in Chongyang County,points out the present situation and the developing direction of cultivated land in each partition. The results show that the difference of cultivated land utilization are obvious in each area,the terrain is the main factor for this difference. The cultivated land utilization in Chongyang County can be divided into 3 types:to strengthen intensive and scale utilization in the intensive utilization area,to integrate resources and optimize agricultural production efficiency in the optimized area,to pay attention to protection of high quality cultivated land and development of ecological agriculture in the coordinate development area.
