    Abstract:In the process of control,utilization of state feedback controller with memory can make the system have better performance and less conservativeness. Adopted T-S fuzzy system with state uncertainty to describe the nonlinear control system,through the design of fuzzy feedback controller with memory,applied Laypunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique,to realize the stability of closed-loop system,at the same time,found an upper-bound of the cost-guaranteed function.

    CIC- type chloride ion channel proteins play important role in regulating the metabolism process of biological system. On the base of CIC-ec1 crystal structure,in accordance with the principle of homology modeling,using SWISS-MODEL net server,constructed the spatial structure of a kind of CIC-0 chloride ion channel protein, and analyzed the reasonableness of the obtained structure. Through measuring the Z-score of the structure,analyzing the fluctuation of space coordinates of the structure,and comparing the modeling CIC-0 structure with template structure,discovered that the spatial structure of CIC-0 protein by homology modeling complied with the requirement of further study,which makes the further simulation and computation be easy.

    Mainly introduces a kind of measuring methods for raindrop size. On the basis of the theory of distance transformation and image segmentation,the raindrop can be mapped to stain pixel,and its diameter is calculated easily. According to the experiments,the relation between the raindrop diameter(d) and the stain diameter (D) is d =0. 356 1× D 0.723 3. This image processing method is highly accurate and efficient because it is not affected by splash burr.

    Based on the plane- wave pseudo- potential and generalized gradient approximation,the structure,electric property and optical property of poly- para -phenylene vinylene(PPV)were studied.Analyzed the relationship between the distribution and structure of electronic states. Gave out the density of states and the band structure of system before and after doping of PPV. Under the standard conditions,the atom in PPV cell are in the same plane,the structure constants such as bond lengths and bond angles are consistent between experiment and theory. Replaced the C atom with N atom in PPV,formed poly ppyridyl vinyline(PPyV),after calculating,found out the energy band has slight difference with PPV materials,and the wave form of absorption spectrum are nearly the same,however,obvious blue shift occurs in absorption peak. The results comply with the existing literature.

    Since the concept of "click" chemistry was introduced by Barry Sharpless in 1999,it has gained considerable attention and developed quickly. In this review,the definition and classification of "click" reaction have been introduced. Among the different types of "click"reaction , the application of Cu(I)-catalyzed Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azides and terminal alkynes(CuAAC)to form 1,2,3-triazoles is remarkable. Its applications in labeling of biomolecules were reviewed from four parts:labeling of peptides and proteins,DNA and RNA,lipid in living cells,and viral surfaces.

    The heteropolyacid nano enviromental composite materials have good application prospect in photoelectric catalysis and biosensor domain. The synthesis method is simple,enviromental,and has good catalytic performance. With solely polyoxometalates(POMs) as reducing,bridging and encapsulating molecules, obtained Ag nanoparticles NPs- decorated carbon nanotubes (CNTs).The modified electrode resisted the methanol interference,and had very high electrocatalytic oxygen reduction activity;The synthesis of metal nanostructures Au NPs,Pt NPs,Pd NPs and Ag nanonet(NN)- decorated graphene nanosheets(GNSs) have been reported,they can be used as good biological sensing materials and fuel cell electrode materials. Under high temperature with NH3,Ag nanoparticles(NPs) @POMs-decorated graphdiyne was prepared,realized non-metal high electrocatalytic oxygen reduction activity.

    The CAS genes were analyzed by bioinformatics methods and over-expression vectors of CAS genes were constructed. Bioinformatics analysis show that CYS -C1 and CYS -D1 have ten exons and nine introns,while CYS -D2 has nine exons and eight intron. CYS -C1 and CYS -D1 locate at chromosome 3 while CYS -D2 locates at chromosome 5. Furthermore,the amino acid sequences of CAS genes share a high similarity. However,CYS -C1 is basic protein and functions at mitochondria,whereas CYS -D1 and CYS -D2 are acidic protein and function at cytoplasm. The over- expression vectors of pBI121- 35SCYS-C1 ,pBI121-35S- CYS -D1 and pBI121-35S- CYS -D2 were constructed,and the recombinant plasmids were transformed into agrobacterium GV3101.

    Because of the asynchronous characteristic of I/O,Node.js is quite suitable for developing server-side JavaScript applications. To implement concurrent asynchronous I/O control,developers have to write tedious code manually,it becomes a barrier to developers. Based on the concurrent counter,a concurrent flow- control framework can be constructed. The framework achieved concurrent control between multiple asynchronous I/O in a direct viewing way. Thus,it benefits server- side JavaScript developments and also promotes the efficiency of development.

    With traditional rectangular bi-window to detect non-ideal edge,iteasily detects an error about the edge point in the vicinity of the edge,and the test results will appear offset. Aiming at the limitation of traditional rectangular window that the function smoothing effect is poorer,designed a kind of Gauss-Gamma type double window function algorithm,by using the ROC curve to compare and evaluate the two kinds of dual-window detector performance used in SAR images.The results showed that the new method of detection had a better edge connectivity,the marginal error near the edge was less,and was sig? nificantly better than the rectangular bi-window detector.

    Rotating packed bed is a kind of new reaction device in industrial chemistry process,used the centrifugal force generated by materials filling in high speed rotating to imitate the hypergravity enviroment,the liquid contacted reversely with the gas phase at high relative velocity in curving hole of packing bed under the conditions of high dispersion,high turbulence,strong mixture and quick renew of interface,it strongly intensified the gas-liquid mass transference.     An heat absorption device based on heat recovery of oven was designed. This device united the oxygen free copper tube which had good thermal conductivity and excellent welding performance with stove bracket into a whole,it closely absorbed lost heat of the flame around the stove,and heated up the water for daily use. Improved the out-water device,made it form a recycled structure with heating device to achieve the target of protecting the whole system. The innovative device enhanced the effect of energy utilization,reduced energy consumption and achieved the goal of energy saving.
