The electrochemical behavior of parathion at the sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry( CV) and linear sweep voltammetry( LSV).Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode, the sensor showed good catalysis for the redox of parathion due to porous structure of nano-Al2O3 and excellent conductivity of graphene. Samples of a 1Cr13 martensitic stainless steel were plasma nitrided at different atmosphere proportions. Effects of different atmosphere proportions on performance of plasma nitrided layer of martensitic stainless steel were studied. The results showed that 1Cr13 stainless steel obtained the best microstructure and properties of nitrided layer after low temperature plasma nitriding when the atmosphere proportion of ammonia and argon was 8 ∶1. The surface hardness was 1 100HV 1 which was four times of the untreated samples and had a good gradient. Besides, its thickness was 85. 7μm. When the atmosphere proportion changed from 4∶1 to 8∶1,the hardness and thickness of nitrided layer were improved. The thickness almost remained the same when the proportions were 12 ∶1 and 16 ∶1,but the black substance formed on the surface of stainless steel made the hardness of surface and nitrided layer perform inhomogeneity. When the proportion was 16 ∶1,the central hardness declined to 625. 0HV 1 ,that was 450HV 1 lower than the hardness of the edge.

A tooth of reel asteroid gear fractured abnormally during operation. In order to find out how it occurred,fracture of the gear were analysed by macroscopical observation and microscopical examination. The results showed that the gear failure was multiple origins fatigue fracture,and cracks were also found at the dedendum of most other teeth of the gear. There were bainite and ferrite in gear base material,which showed the quenching cooling rate was too slow. Surface quenching was uneven. All of these problems lead to the decrease of the gear comprehensive mechanical properties. Some fatigue crack origins occured at the dedendum of teeth under the circulation work stress and stress concentration and the cracks expanded, finally caused the gear fracture.

The cutting induced residual stress of weak-rigidity parts has great influence on part distortion because of the weak rigidity and large material removal. So,the study of influence of residual stress on machining distortion is of momentous significance. The finite element model(FEM)of hub brake cap cutting process is established. The influence rules of the cutting parameters on the residual stress are obtained with the analysis of the residual stress distribution along with the depth of the workpiece caused by different cutting parameters. The rules are validated by experiments. At last,the influence rules of the residual stress on the machining distortion are obtained by the analysis of the machining distortion due to residual stress induced by different cutting parameter,which provide the basis of machining process optimization.

The formation effects of protocorm of cymbidium induced by four kinds of explants are discussed,as well as the influence of hormone proportion to proliferation and differentiation of protocorm induction. The experiment results showed the best explants for protocorm induction were stem tips,the inducing rate reached 76. 0% after 60 days culture. The three other explants could not effectively induce the protocorm. With 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA +0. 1 mg/L NAA treatment,the formation rate of protocorm induced by stem tip reached 87. 8%,and the proliferation rate of protocorm induced by stem tip with each hormone treatment all reached 100%,the proliferation and differentiation of protocorm were the best with the treatment of 1. 5 mg/L KT + 0. 5 mg/L IBA,the proliferation coefficient and the differentiation coefficient are 5. 19 and 2. 80, respectively.

Objective
To study the effect of polysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw. on hyperlipidemic mice.
Methods
28 mice were randomly divided into four groups. The hyperlipidemic mice models were established. Then the content of TC、 TG、 MDA and the activities of SOD in mice blood were determined.
Results
After 15 d treatment, the TC,TG and MDA content in Opuntia dillenii Haw. group were lower than those in model group,and SOD content was higher than that in model group.
Conclusion
Polysaccharides from Opuntia dillenii Haw. has the funtion of reducing the blood lipid in mice.

Objective
To find out the blood lipid,glucose and uric acid level of 2 099 college staff members,to reveal their anomaly detection rates and the relationship with gender,age and occupation so as to facilitate those disease prevention and promote preventive healthcare.
Methods
Carried out statistical analysis of 2 099 cases data from college staff participating in the health examination.
Results
Overall,the anomaly detection rates of TG,LDL-C,GLU,UA were higher in males than those in females,whereas the anomaly detection rate of TC appears no statistical difference between males and females.Those biochemical indexes of males and females rise with age,so does the anomaly detection rates. There exists statistical differences of biochemical indexes among teaching staff,administrative staff and logistic staff.
Conclusion
The biochemical indexes and anomaly detection rate of college staff are closely related to the gender,age and working position. The routine physical examination can effectively detect the anomaly of biochemical indexes which is helpful for diseases prevention and treatment. It is also beneficial for colleges staff to keep fit and maintain a quality life.

Objective
To know the target hitting situation of TCM( traditional Chinese medicine) service and TCM resource allocation of community health centers ( CHCs) in Hubei province, and to provide references to TCM service construction in CHCs.
Methods
With the questionnaire made by State Administration of TCM of China( SATCM), the application situation of human resource, department and office allocation, Chinese herbs, and TCM service in“Six in One” function in CHCs in Hubei were surveyed, referred to“Primary Management Standard of TCM Services in CHCs” issued by SATCM in 2003, to calculate the rate of reaching standard of the TCM resource allocation and TCM service in CHCs in Hubei.
Results
There were 234 CHCs in Hubei, 95( 40. 6%) in big cities, 73( 31. 2%) in middle cities, 66( 28. 2%) in small cities.( 1) In CHCs in big, middle, small cities in Hubei, the reaching standard rates that TCM doctors in total sum of doctors higher than 15% were 17. 9% , 16. 4% , 37. 9%( P =0. 003), respectively. The reaching standard rates that the clinicist received TCM training higher than 50% were 2. 1% , 4. 1% , 1. 5%( P = 0. 158).(2) The reaching standard rates that the TCM department was independently set were 70. 5% , 32. 9% , 51. 5%( P < 0. 001).(3) The reaching standard rates that the TCM pharmacy was independently set were 94. 7%, 79. 5%, 81. 8%( P = 0. 008).(4) The reaching standard rates that prepared slices of Chinese crude drugs higher than 250 kinds were 75. 8%, 52. 1%, 47. 0%( P < 0. 001), and the rates that Chinese patent drugs higher than 50 kinds were 88. 4%, 56. 2%, 65. 2%( P < 0. 001).(5) The reaching standard rates that utilized TCM to prevent communicable disease were 77. 9%, 68. 5%, 62. 1%( P = 0. 088), the rates that used combination of TCM and western medicine to treat more than 2 kinds of chronic disease were 86. 3%, 74. 0%, 63. 6%( P =0. 004), the rates that the TCM health records were set reached 83. 2%, 65. 8%, 66. 7%, the rates that utilized the TCM therapies more than 4 kinds were 97. 9%, 83. 6%, 75. 8%( P < 0. 001).( 6) The reaching standard rates of TCM health care were 84. 2% , 72. 6% , 60. 6%( P = 0. 003), the rates of TCM rehabilitation were 94. 7%, 87. 7%, 69. 7%( P < 0. 001), the rates of TCM health education were 90. 5%, 82. 2%, 71. 2%( P = 0. 007),the rates of TCM technique service of family planning were 74. 4%, 49. 3% , 54. 5%( P = 0. 002). ( 7) In CHCs in big, middle, small cities in Hubei, the reaching standard rates of TCM human resources were 2. 1%, 0. 0%, 0. 0%; the rates of TCM agency configuration were 66. 3%, 24. 7%, 39. 4%; the rates of Chinese medicine allocation were 66. 3%, 42. 5%, 37. 9%; the rates of application of TCM in“Six in One” were 55. 8% , 23. 3% , 25. 8%( P < 0. 001); the comprehensive reaching standard rates were 2. 1% , 0. 0% , 0. 0%( P < 0. 001).
Conclusion
The human resources allocations in CHCs in small cities in Hubei are higher than those in big and middle cities, other CHCs resources in big cities are higher than those in middle and small cities, the reaching standard rates of TCM in CHCs in big cities are the highest and in small cities are the lowest.

Objective
To explore the value of color doppler flow imaging( CDFI) in diagnosis of celiac artery( CA) stenosis.
Methods
The patients with abdominal pain were examined by CDFI to evalutate the initial segment of CA on observations of plaques, thrombus etc. And the peak systolic velocity( PSV) of stenotic location was measured. 30 out- patients for healthcare were the control group, the twodementional sonograms were revealed and the PSV of CA initial segment were measured.
Results
24 cases with CA stenosis were detected by sonography, including atherosclerotic plaque in 16, embolism by thrombus from rheumatic heart disease or acute myocardium infarction in 7, isolated dissection complicated with thrombus in 1. The maximum and minimum PSV at stenosis location was 420 cm/s and 228 cm/s respectively with an average of( 304. 52 ± 53. 75) cm/s. In patients without CA stenosis, the maximum and minimum PSV at initial segment was 178 cm/s and 81 cm/s with an average of( 113. 33±19. 70)cm/s, which were lower than those in stenotic group with statistical significance( t =16. 242, P <0. 000 1).
Conclusion
CDFI is of great value in diagnosis of CA stenosis, which can accurately display the location and degree of stenosis and the hemodynamic changes, which plays an important role in etiological screening for patients with abdominal pain.
Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Plus Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride to Herpes Zoster in Old Patients

Objective
To compare the therapeutic efficacy of recombinant human interferon α- 2b plus trimetazidine dihydrochloride and trimetazidine dihydrochloride alone on old patients with herpes zoster( HZ).
Methods
66 patients admitted to our institute during 2010 to 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group has 34 patients and the observateion group has 32 patients. Data were obtained about several clinical indexes, side effects during treatment, clinical efficacy and the incidence of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster.
Results
The clinical efficacy is significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Pain scores of the patients in the observation group are significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidences of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster between the two groups are not statistically different ( P > 0. 05).
Conclusion
The therapeutic efficacy of recombinant human interferon α- 2b plus trimetazidine dihydrochloride is better than trimetazidine dihydrochloride alone on old patients with herpes zoster, and do not have more side effects. But it has no obvious effect in reducing heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster.

In this text, the author uses DAG graph and task-resource allocation graph to define the grid task scheduling model, and utilizes dynamic programming method to propose workflow task scheduling algorithm based on communication cost. By using extended topological sorting algorithm, dependent tasks are divided into subsets, according to them, obtains corresponding phases. At each stage, carries out task allocation of resource nodes which meet constraint conditions and optimal objective function based on computing cost, communication cost and the success rate of implementation, so it can get the most optimal workflow task scheduling. Uses the GridSim tool package to realize the scheduling algorithm, and compares with the Min- Min algorithm. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has good adaptability, and can solve grid scheduling problem better under different network environment and large number of data transmission circumstances.

Computer hardware is the basic and keynotes in teaching of computer science including electronic and information engineering, computer technology and information technology. With the ideal virtual reality system it can observe hardware model as a whole, or in part or in detail by employing real time panorama picture, zooming in and out or rotating the model. In this report, 3DS MAX is utilized to establish electronic plank card which is then introduced into the virtual reality program; moreover, the DirectX interface is applied to the virtual reality program as well. In the improved virtual reality system,all types of hardware model could be re-built. Because of the diversities of plank card functions, and numerous types of plank card produced by many manufacturers, it is impossible for any business enterprise to obtain all types of plank cards. In addition, the improved virtual reality system can establish a situational scenario, which provides a platform for the customers including both technologists and students to understand and familiarize them with the hardware in terms of configurations, functions and applications at low cost.
