    Demolding Process of Butyl Rubber Plug Based on Intelligent Manufacturing

    To solve the problems such as difficulty in demolding and defects,the demolding process of butyl rubber plug was studied. We constructed the constitutive equation of butyl rubber plug material,and established the calculation model of butyl rubber plug demolding force. The effects of vulcanization temperature,demolding speed,and friction coefficient on the demolding force were simulated. The simulation results showed that the structure of butyl rubber plug was the critical factor to determine demolding force,the influence of friction coefficient on demolding force decreased with time,the higher demolding temperature,the smaller demolding force,and the demolding speed during production should not exceed 8 mm/s. The proposal of optimizing the process parameters laid the foundation for the intelligent manufacturing process planning of butyl rubber plug.

    Based on the analysis of intelligent manufacturing line process of butyl rubber plug,we determined the critical production process and essential parameters of the process affecting the quality of butyl rubber plug,using the statistical method of statistical process control. The quality control points were established,and the control limits of metering data and counting data at the control points were determined. Based on establishing the quality pre- analysis model,the quality pre- analysis system of butyl rubber plug was developed.

    Currently,aerospace products have generally been in the development stage of batch and industrialization,the development mode of the aerospace industry has been changed to paying attention to both design and manufacture from only paying attention to design. The aerospace digital workshop is the primary carrier where the digital technology is applied to the aerospace industry,the improvement of aerospace digital workshop′s digital level is essential for improving the capability of aerospace product′ s rapid design and manufacture. The aerospace company should establish the evaluation indices system of the digital workshop with aerospace characteristics,which should be divided into three levels from four aspects,including basic digital equipment construction,digital function apply,digital support system,and digital aggregate efficiency. The subordinate relations and interrelated relations among all indices should be differentiated clearly,so that all indices can include all-sided evaluation aspects,and each index can be independent as soon as possible. Based on the evaluation indices system of aerospace digital workshop,the weight coefficients of each index should be figured out by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation result relating to evaluation total mark should be ensured. Above all steps, a suit of evaluation, the guideline would be established to guide every aerospace company in evaluating its digital workshop,so that the workshop disadvantage can be found for mending. As a result,the digital degree of the aerospace digital workshop can be improved stage by stage.

    A novel eight-channel wavelength division multiplexer(WDM)based on the three-ring series resonator array was designed by using signal flow graph theory and microring resonance theory in this paper. The output spectrum of this device was simulated by MATLAB. By optimizing the coupling coefficient and the radius of the micro-ring resonator of the device,the output spectrums with the quality factor reached 1 687. 09,the fineness reached 13. 59,and the shape factor reached 0. 651 were obtained in this structure. We can construct a dense wavelength division multiplexer structure by using the multiple microrings array coupled bus waveguides. It was also the foundation for the design and manufacture of the multi-channel WDM device.

    The characteristics of Digital Signal Processing course are that the theories are abstract,the engineering practices are strong,the students′ performances are uneven. In response to the above characteristics,by using MATLAB GUI tool and combined with FPGA,a comprehensive experiment system was designed based on the integration of demonstration,layering and engineering. The system includes three levels of experiments:verification,application,and engineering training. Taking into account the differences in students′ abilities,the system can meet the needs of students at different levels;it combines abstract algorithms with practical applications to deepen students′ understanding and mastery of theory. Through the completion of FPGA engineering experiments,the engineering practice ability of students can be improved. The practice results showed that the system has assisted the students in mastering the class theoretical knowledge effectively and forming the hardware design thinking;therefore better teaching effect was obtained.

    To obtain modified regenerated cellulose membranes and understand its properties,the modification experiments were carried out with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)1750±50,1799 and multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWCNT)as materials,respectively. The features of the modified membranes were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and tensile strength tests. The results showed that PVA1750 ± 50, PVA1799, MWCNT had excellent compatibility with regenerated cellulose;both PVA1750 ± 50 and PVA1799 could improve the tensile strength of the modified membranes. When the content of PVA1750±50 was 1%,the thermal decomposition temperature and thermal stability of the modified membranes increased. The swelling capacity of the modified membranes was improved compared with that of pure RC membranes,and the water absorption performance was enhanced.

    To study the self-assembly process of supramolecular hydrogel,we monitored the selfassembly process of glutathione-silver ion(GS-Ag(I))hydrogels by molecular fluorescence spectrometry. The results showed that when the concentration of GS-Ag(I)as a gel increased from 0 to 0. 008 mol/L, the fluorescence excitation wavelength of hydrogel shifted from 350 nm to 370 nm. The data of excitation wavelength showed that the critical concentration of the hydrogel is 0. 005 mol/L,which was also confirmed by the rheological data and fluorescence microscopy photo. When the gelator concentration reached 0. 005 mol/L,the hydrogels had self- assembled into filamentous threedimensional network and changed from Newtonian fluid to non-Newtonian fluid. Therefore,the selfassembly process of hydrogels can be directly monitored by molecular fluorescence spectrometry when the fluorescence excitation wavelength of the hydrogel shows a spectral red shift relative to the monomer gelator of the hydrogel.

    LTCC internal electrode silver paste was faced the co-firing match problem with green tape. The gap of shrinkage rate between co-firing and green tape was reduced by adjusting the particle size and grade of silver powders,and by optimizing the type and content of resins. The optimum conditions were as below:silver powder particle size distribution D50 was 3. 9 μm,silver powder grade was mSIL31∶mSIL32 = 1∶1,resin type was ethyl cellulose(EC4,EC10)and acrylic resin,content of the resin in the organic carrier was 20% 。Under the optimized conditions,the substrate co-fires flatted,and the silver layer showed high conductivity,the electrical resistivity was 0. 048 Ω·mm2/m.
    Emission Characteristics of PM2.5 from Domestic Biomass in Rural Areas of Wuhan

    The four kinds of domestic biomass,including firewood,bamboo,oil crop straw(soybean straw and peanut straw) from rural areas of Wuhan were selected for combustion experiment in a furnace,and we collected and analyzed the fine particulate matter(PM2.5)emitted from the combustion. The results showed that emission factors of PM2.5 were influenced obviously by biomass fuel types. The emission factor of PM2.5 in oil crop straws was significantly higher than that of bamboo and firewood,and the PM2.5 emission factor of firewood increased with the increase of water content. Carbonaceous components were the most common components of PM2.5 in four kinds of biomass,which TC accounts for 55. 55% ~ 87. 91% of PM2.5. The TC emission factor of oil crop straw was up to 5. 61 g/kg,and which was 12. 5 times that of firewood. The OC/EC ratio of oil crop straw was up to 10. 69,which was much higher than that of firewood(1. 88),indicating that the combustion of oil crop straw had an essential effect on the formation of the secondary aerosol. The heavy metals emission factors of Cr,Mn,Ni,As,Cd and Pb in four biomass were significant different,and the heavy metal emission factors of oil crop straws were significantly higher than that of firewood. The results showed that the emission factors of PM2.5,carbonaceous components and heavy metals in the commonly used firewood were much lower than those of the other three kinds of biomass,and the emission factors of dry firewood were more depressed than those of wet firewood. Therefore,we suggested that the local villagers should use the air-dried firewood for cooking and treat the oil crop straw in other ways,so as to reduce the adverse effects on the atmospheric environment.

    Objective The effects of different extraction methods on the extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle were studied, which provided a basis for the industrial removal of active constituents of honeysuckle. Methods We extracted chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle by water decoction method,Soxhlet extraction method,alcohol extraction method,acid alcohol extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method,and determined its content by HPLC. Results Compared with several extraction methods,the extraction rate of acid alcohol extraction method is the highest. The extraction rate of Soxhlet extraction method is slightly lower than that of acid alcohol extraction method,but the extraction of impurities is less. Considering the Soxhlet extraction method is better. Conclusion The advantages of Soxhlet extraction method are high extraction rate,fewer impurities,simple operation,low cost,and can be used for industrial production.

    Objective To understand the efficacy of BTK inhibitor Ibrutinib in the treatment of recurrent/refractory B-cell lymphoma,and to provide a chemotherapy-free treatment for B-cell lymphoma. Methods Retrospective analysis on clinical data and the BTK inhibitor Ibrutinib treatment effect of 1 patient of B-cell lymphoma Ⅳa period with unfortunate effect after multiple courses of chemotherapy. Results The patient was sensitive to Ibrutinib treatment and had a good prognosis. Conclusion The new targeted drug BTK inhibitor,Ibrutinib,has good therapeutic effects on refractory or recurrent Bcell lymphoma.

    The distribution of the endangered aquatic fern Ceratopteris pteridoides at Hubei Chilong Lake National Wetland Park in China was investigated. The relationship between its distribution and water quality was analyzed. We studied the population characteristics of Ceratopteris pteridoides using Braun- Blanquet′ s method and visual method. The results showed that Ceratopteris pteridoides was mainly found in lake branches,ponds and ditches at Shajing village,Shijiatang,Xiamiao village and Suwei village of the Wetland Park. The population area,number and coverage of four Ceratopteris pteridoides populations were significant different,and their abundance were smaller. It was found that 13 aquatic plant species belonging to 12 families and 11 genera in the community. Nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N)and total phosphorus(P)in the main lake(Hengfeng Lake)of Chilong Lake was 0. 4 mg/L and 0. 2 mg/L,indicating the main lake is eutrophication. Human activity such as excessive breeding and the deterioration of water quality might be the main factor responsible for the extinction of the species.

    To understand the wintering situation of black storks(Ciconia nigra)in Tianxing Village,Hongshan District,Wuhan City,Wuhan Bird Watching Association monitored the wintering habits of black storks along the fixed line of the layout during 2018 to 2019. The direct counting method was used to record the number,distribution area,behavioral characteristics,and threatened state of black storks. The monitoring results showed that Tianxing Village was a stable habitat for the wintering black storks,and the maximum individual count was 21. The main activity area of black storks was the outflow sandbar at the western end of Tianxingzhou(Zhoutou). Tourism and illegal fishing activities on the Yangtze River brought varying degrees of interference to black storks behavioral ecology. According to current study,further recommendations including strengthening the publicity of wildlife protection,setting up protected areas,and cracking down illegal fishing are suggested.

    The effectiveness of knowledge representation methods and knowledge reasoning methods are the basis for the correct decision-making of expert systems for crop pests and diseases. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional representation methods,modern representation methods and hybrid representation methods for common knowledge of expert systems for crop pests and diseases were summarized,and its applications were concluded. Furthermore,the trend of development was analyzed and prospected. The hybrid representation methods applies widely,since they can overcome the limitations of single representation and make full use of the advantages of various methods effectively. The neural network knowledge representation indicates good application prospects due to its fast,high accuracy and high flexibility.
