The purpose of the study is to reform the traditional teaching model. The author constructed the fitness course of Jianghan University based on SPOC mixed teaching model. The effects of the two teaching models were compared and analyzed. Therefore,the author explored the way of reform suitable for the development of fitness courses in colleges and universities. The research methods included literature study,experimental teaching and mathematical statistics. The study concluded 1)The experimental group was more comprehensive in content,more active in learning style,more suitable for individualized learning,and its study was not restricted by time and space. 2)From the statistical results of the subject scores of the experimental group and the traditional group,the mean value of the total score of the final examination in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group. 3)Judging from the results of the technical and theoretical examinations,the experimental group was superior to the traditional group in the high score section of the technical examination;both the experimental group and the traditional group had the phenomenon of fail in the theoretical test,and the traditional group was especially serious,from which we can see that the students pay more attention to technology than to the theory in the course of study.

Unlike most research methods,these conditions do not require a quadratic differentiability of delay τ and τ′≠1. The results obtained generalize the corresponding results in the literatures. The author proposes a new method and design of intelligent system preventing from pressing accelerator pedal mistakenly based on MSP430 when emergency braking is required. The system used the throttle position sensor,the ranging radar,the throttle pressure sensor and the throttle acceleration sensor to collect the driving information of the car,and integrated these intelligent control parameters for comparison with the threshold values and for intelligent analysis. Thus,the driver′s intention to step on the throttle is accurately determined. After the confirm of pressing accelerator pedal mistakenly,emergency braking and engine idle speed control are adopted,which finally achieve the purpose of safe driving.

The boiler combustion control system is one of the main control systems of the thermal power plant unit. It has the characteristics of large delay,variable load,multi- disturbance and nonlinearity. The variables have coupling relationship. Therefore,it is difficult to establish an accurate control model. To this end,a new decoupling method was proposed,which introduced decoupling parameters to realize decoupling control of the system. The combustion control system was simulated in the Matlab environment. The simulation results show that the control precision of the system is greatly improved.

In the distribution system,voltage sag or swell will cause unexpected power load outage. Dynamic Voltage Restorer(DVR)is usually used to compensate the grid voltage. DVR detection unit should have good dynamic performance to detect voltage amplitude and phase changes in order to trigger DVR in the rapid compensation of distribution network voltage fluctuations. In order to improve the power quality in power system,a DVR control strategy based on double loop vector decoupling control was proposed to improve the dynamic performance of DVR in compensation process. The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can correct voltage sags more quickly than the traditional method,make DVR achieve better dynamic performance,and ultimately improve the power quality of the grid.

The author designed an intelligent flower watering system based on WeChat platform. The system consists of a client,a server,and a WeChat terminal. The hardware platform was developed with the open source hardware Arduino,which was the core;the server platform was based on the API of the WeChat public platform and developed with PHP;it was connected through a wireless network,and made SmartConfig through WeChat AirKiss technology. The system can automatically control the time and amount of watering according to the data set by the user on the WeChat official account,so that the intelligent watering can be realized.

Usually,ground take-off of solar unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)will consume plenty of energy,so it has to carry batteries of higher mass,which greatly reduces the UAV′ s endurance capability. Based on this ,the author designed a new aerial take-off system of UAV ,the system consisted of ground console,lift-off power module,sensor module,spatial positioning and position holding module,take-off ejection system and aerial taxiing assistant system. The physical model was built through theoretical deduction,the energy consumptions of aerial take-off and ground take-off were compared by simulation calculation,thus the superior scheme of UAV aerial take-off was obtained.

In order to detect carminic acid(CA)content in meat product with high sensitivity and specificity,an ELISA kit for CA was prepared to detect the CA content in meat product of market sale. At the same time,the detection situation was further confirmed by high- performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results showed that the dynamic range was from 7. 8 ~ 1 150 ng/mL with the limit of detection(LOD)1 ng/mL,and 50% inhibitive concentration(IC
50
)of CA was 95. 2 ng/mL;the cross-reactivity of the PAB toward carmine was 108. 7%,and no response was found with other four edible colorants. The spiked meat samples from meat product of market sale were detected by ELISA with intra- and inter-assay recovery ranges of 79. 1% ~ 103. 1% and 81. 6% ~ 98. 8% ,respectively. The relative standard deviations of intra- and inter-assay were less than 10%. Finally,the results for the samples were further confirmed by high- performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a high correlation coefficient of 0. 927,these demonstrated that the method in the study was sensitive, accurate, simple and fast, the method established the technical foundation for immunological rapid detection of carminic acid.

A simple and low- cost method for the determination of protein was established. This method was based on the terminal protection of small-molecule-linked DNA and used the DNAstabilized Ag nanoclusters(DNA-Ag NC). This sensor could detect the target protein streptavidin (SA)as low as 7. 92 ng/mL with a linear range from 10 to 1 000 ng/mL and exhibited good selectivity. Besides,this method could be used as a universal method for protein and cell determination by changing the corresponding small molecule. More importantly,the introduction of Exonuclease I(Exo I)hydrolyze probe DNA that didn′t bind to a target protein into mononucleotides,thus the DNA-Ag NC could not be formed,the background interference was reduced and the sensitivity was improved. Furthermore, the probe did not need to modify fluorescent dyes, and the raw materials for synthesizing silver clusters were cheap and easy to obtain,which greatly saved the cost.

The author has improved the teaching system of Horticulture Basic Experiment course,and also put forward the following aspects to realize the teaching system:the increase of comprehensive and designed experiments,the reform of experimental teaching methods, the improvement of assessment mechanism of experimental courses. Besides, in order to improve the innovation consciousness,it was necessary to feed the experimental teaching with scientific research,encourage students to participate in or declare the research projects and construct innovative teaching staff. Analysis of teaching effects showed that the experiment system had certain effect on promoting students′ comprehensive ability.

Objective
This experiment is conducted to select the appropriate concentration and time of serum and colchicine to synchronize breast cancer MCF- 7 cells at G0/G1 and G2/M phases, respectively.
Methods
MCF-7 was treated with different serum concentration to induce cell at G0/G1 stage synchronization,and treated with colchicine reagents to induce cell at G2/M synchronization. Cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry for 12,24,36 h.
Results
After 24 hours treated,in 1% serum concentration group,the percentage of MCF-7 at G0/G1 accounted for(72. 96 ± 0. 84)%;in 1. 0 μg /mL colchicine reagent group,the percentage of MCF-7 at G2/M stage was(73. 67 ± 1. 77)%. 36 hours after treatment,in experiment groups of 1% serum and the group of colchicine, cell apoptosis was induced.
Conclusion
In experimental groups,1% serum treating and 1. 0 μg/mL colchicine regents treating for 24 h can basically completed cell cycle synchronization at G0/G1 and G2/M phases,respectively.

Objective
To summarize the clinical manifestations, electroencephalogram and MRI features of febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome(FIRES),and to explore its pathogenesis and current treatment progress.
Methods
The clinical manifestations,EEG and head MRI features of a child with FIRES in neurology department of Wuhan Children′s Hospital were analyzed. The literatures were reviewed;the clinical,EEG,head MRI features,and diagnosis and treatment progress were summarized.
Results
The child was school- age male with acute onset, who showed fever,disturbance of consciousness and drug- refractory status epilepticus. The EEG showed that the background was diffuse slow wave activity. In EEG,the partial episodes of left frontal and anterior temporal regions were monitored. There was no abnormality in the MRI signal of the brain. After three days of treatment with ketogenic diet(KD),the seizure was significantly reduced and the patient was transferred to the general ward. After discharge,KD and anti-epileptic drugs were continued. After one month,the return visit showed the child was occasionally convulsed and the consciousness improved,intelligence was significantly lower than that before onset. The literature shows that the disease mainly occurs in previously healthy school-age children,often induced by fever,followed by refractory status epilepticus or cluster-like seizures. FIRES has a poor prognosis. Survivors often have drug-refractory epilepsy and severe cognitive impairment. KD is generally considered to have a significant effect on patients with FIRES.
Conclusion
The cause of FIRES is unknown and may be caused by immune mediation. FIRES always occurs in school-age children,often induced by fever, its seizures are fulminant,it is drug-refractory,KD is effective in controlling acute seizures and improving prognosis.

To analyze the etiology and treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis in recent five years,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis. The therapeutic methods included traditional Chinese medicine treatment(simple acupuncture,acupuncture combined with medicine,acupoint injection),integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, surgical treatment and other treatment methods. Traditional Chinese medicine had insufficient research on systematic summary of etiology of the disease and insufficient research on the corresponding treatment methods,and lacked research reports on the mechanism of acupuncture. If animal research was strengthened,Chinese medicine will make a big breakthrough in the treatment of oculomotor nerve paralysis.
