Abstract: The author designed an intelligent flower watering system based on WeChat platform. The system consists of a client，a server，and a WeChat terminal. The hardware platform was developed with the open source hardware Arduino，which was the core；the server platform was based on the API of the WeChat public platform and developed with PHP；it was connected through a wireless network，and made SmartConfig through WeChat AirKiss technology. The system can automatically control the time and amount of watering according to the data set by the user on the WeChat official account，so that the intelligent watering can be realized.
