Abstract: LTCC internal electrode silver paste was faced the co-firing match problem with green tape. The gap of shrinkage rate between co-firing and green tape was reduced by adjusting the particle size and grade of silver powders, and by optimizing the type and content of resins. The optimum conditions were as below:silver powder particle size distribution D50 was 3. 9 μm,silver powder grade was mSIL31∶mSIL32 = 1∶1,resin type was ethyl cellulose(EC4,EC10)and acrylic resin, content of the resin in the organic carrier was 20% 。Under the optimized conditions, the substrate co-fires flatted, and the silver layer showed high conductivity, the electrical resistivity was 0. 048 Ω·mm2/m.
