    Genome-wide association study(GWAS)is the main method to mine genetic information of important traits in crops. With the rapid development of sequencing technology,the cost of developing single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers has been greatly reduced. GWAS technology based on linkage disequilibrium(LD)has been widely used to study the complex traits of agronomy,quality and resistance of crops. In recent years,GWAS technology has been successfully applied to the genetic analysis of important traits of soybean,and a series of research progresses have been made. Based on the introduction of principle and implementation method of GWAS,the author summarizes and analyses the recent advances in genetic research on important agronomic traits,quality traits and stress resistance traits in soybean and the application prospects.

    To master the suitable sowing date of cowpea for the convenience of the producers and realize the expected marketing of cowpea,we compiled the data of 16 times on the sowing date and flowering day of cowpea in 16 years to conduct their correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of sowing date(x)and flowering day(y)was -0. 842,which reached very significant different level. Meanwhile,as the sowing date delayed,flowering day of cowpea gradually shortened. Furthermore,the model of sowing date and flowering day could be express as the following equation:y = 82. 854 - 12. 619 x + 1. 098 x2 - 0. 032 x3. In practice,the flowering day of cowpea can be estimated based on the sowing date to guide cowpea cultivation,as well as to determine the sowing date for marketing.

    The ′Bean Saint esprit a oeil rouge′ ′Bean White rice′ ′ 97-5 racks′ of common bean cultivars were chosen as raw materials. After seed germination,the cotyledons,stems and leaves of the beans were chosen as explants,respectively,and to culture them in MS medium with different concentrations of hormone(2,4-D,6-BA,KT)to observe the induction of callus and determine lectin level in callus. The results showed that the suitable medium of cotyledon,stem and leaf callus in the three common bean cultivars were MS + 3 mg/L 2,4-D + 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA + 0. 5 mg/L KT. The agglutination activity of plant lectin in the cotyledons and leaves callus of ′Bean Saint esprit a oeil rouge′ was the highest,it was 0. 27 HU. In conclusion,the cotyledons or leaves of ′Bean Saint esprit a oeil rouge′ were selected in medium of MS + 3 mg/L 2,4-D + 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA + 0. 5 mg/L KT which could produce the largest amount of lectin,it will provide the experimental basis and data support for further research of artificial production of bean lectin.

    In order to breed excellent sweet pea cultivars,field identification of 60 pea germplasm was carried out and 15 sweet pea cultivars were preliminarily identified. Four elite sweet pea cultivars of them were selected according to taste test results and pod number per plant. The results showed that WD-023 performed better on maturity,yield and quality traits,followed by WD-009 and WD-008. It is necessary to carry out trial of expanding planting area and test of multi-site production to evaluate the application value of these three cultivars.

Some existence and uniqueness results for the anti-periodic boundary value problem under the condition of the impulse were obtained by applying the fixed point theorem and the Banach contraction mapping principle.

    In this paper,the index system affecting total annual output value of animation industry was constructed from four levels. The author used two models(gray correlation degree and neural network)to analyze the relationship between each index factor and total annual output value of China′s animation industry. The results of the two models were compared,and the main conclusions were that the analysis of gray correlation degree could better illustrate the importance of each index,and among them,the income of network researched and developed in China mostly affected the total annual output value of animation industry. Finally,the author gave out the future development key points and related suggestions on China′ s animation industry from four levels including economy,culture, market and technology.

    Aiming at the defects and their causes of energy multipath routing algorithm in wireless sensor networks,the author proposed an energy multipath routing algorithm based on dynamic priority. The routing algorithm determined the priority of one node by replacing the path energy consumption cost with the hop count value between the node and the sink node,and constantly adjusted the priority of nodes in the data transmission process according to energy consumption of nodes,thus it reduced the complexity of the algorithm,and avoided time and energy loss brought by periodic routing maintenance. The simulation results showed that the algorithm could effectively reduce and balance the energy consumption of each node,and prolonged the lifetime of the whole network.

    In this paper,based on the convolutional neural network Inception-ResNet-v1 model,the training and learning were carried out to realize occluded face recognition. The model method was to embed the image into the Euclidean space of d dimension,and used Triplet Loss as the loss function to directly learn the separability among features. The experiments were conducted with the LFW (labeled faces in wild)data set and the face images collected by the camera. The results showed that the recognition rates of the model were 98. 8% in the case of eyes occlusion,98. 6% in the case of mouth occlusion and 96. 9% in the case of eyes and mouth both occlusion. The recognition rate was up to 98. 2% when the occlusion rate was 20%-30%. It can be concluded from the experimental results that the model can obtain better recognition results under certain occlusion conditions.

    With the rapid development of mobile communication and smart mobile phones,in order to make students access to campus teaching information more conveniently and timely,the author used Android as a platform,applied MyEclipse development tools to design and implement an Androidbased experimental center information management system. The system was developed with MVC framework,Jsoup data parsing and SQLites database,which could well realize the functions of the system management. The system could complete nine modules including laboratory introduction,curriculum query,equipment and environment,teaching staff,curriculum design,open experiment,experimental syllabus,competition and innovation,and information exchange. Students can access to relevant information anytime and anywhere,and communicate with teachers and classmates;it improves the level of school information management.

    The issue of urban environment with diversified solar radiation formed by rapid urbanization has led to difficulties in plant selection and community configuration. In order to solve this problem,this study adopted some digital technologies,such as Geographic Information System (GIS),Microsoft Excel and MATLAB software,to construct the Urban Plant Decision Support System (UP-DSS). For overall design,the three-database(model base,data base,knowledge base)management subsystems were used to manage the canopy model,the solar radiation model,the plant community model,the plant selection model,the plant data and the botany knowledge,respectively. Finally,the author introduced the design process,the controls and the characteristics of the graphical user interface of UP- DSS. This research may provide references for relevant theoretical research and practical work.

    With the development and progress of science and technology,teaching experimental equipments tend to be miniaturized and pocketed,and the teaching method of ″ pocket labs″ is gradually popular in colleges and universities. Based on the author′s experience in implementing ″pocket labs″ in the teaching of Fundamentals of Mono- chip Computers in recent three years,the author introduced the concrete process of equipment preparation,teaching materials preparation,teaching methods and teaching content arrangement in the implementation of ″pocket labs″,and made statistics and evaluation on the teaching effects. The enthusiasms in class,knowledge mastery and practical ability of the students have been significantly improved.

    Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)is a widely used brominated flame retardant with certain toxicity,which is a potential persistent organic pollutants(POPs). TBBPA is abundant in the environment and may adversely affect human health. This article mainly describes the metabolic transformation of TBBPA in mammalian rodent organ tissues,its acute toxicity to animals,endocrine disrupting effects,organ toxicity and so on. The results showed that a certain amount of TBBPA attenuated the body weight of the mice,it caused obvious damage to the liver,kidney and lung organs,and led to death with excessive amount. TBBPA affects the expression of triiodothyronine (T3),thyroxine(T4)and protein CD25,it causes thyroxine secretion and T cell proliferation block,makes endocrine imbalance,neuronal damage and immune function reduction.

    Objective To observe the clinical effect of tolvaptan tablets in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods 52 patients with refractory chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure therapy,and the observation group was given tolvaptan tablets orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the improvement effect of heart failure in the two groups was compared. Results After one week of continuous treatment,compared with the control group,the symptoms and signs of heart failure in the observation group,such as dyspnea,pulmonary congestion and lower limb edema were significantly improved;the serum NT-proBNP decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction increased,and the serum sodium ion concentration increased,the degrees were all better than those of the control group(P < 0. 05);meanwhile,there was no significant increase in blood creatinine level(P > 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti-heart failure treatment,oral tolvaptan tablets has a good clinical effect on refractory heart failure and has no obvious effect on renal function.

    Objective 21- hydroxylase deficiency accounts for the majority of congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Inadequate awareness of the disease by patients,family members and doctors often leads to delayed diagnosis and poor prognosis. Regular follow-up with precise hydro-cortisone replacement therapy can depress the production of adrenal derived sex hormones and avoid rapid growth of bone age,it enables patients to have normal puberty and fertility. Methods The author reported a female had this disease with treatment interruption for six years,combining with literature review to analyse the deficiencies in diagnosis and treatment. Results Due to the discontinued treatment,the degree of virilization was further increased,the final height was shortened,and the psychosocial orientation tended to male. Thus,early treatment is needed. Conclusion Lack of awareness of 21- hydroxylase deficiency and treatment delay are not uncommon. We need long- term follow- up and check for patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
    Influential Factors on Participation Frequency of Medical Undergraduate Interns in Clinical Teaching Activities

    Objective The investigation is designed to explore the influential factors on participation frequency of interns in clinical teaching activities and find ways to improve it. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 91 clinical medical undergraduate interns in a hospital affiliated to a university in Wuhan. Results Among each factor in the investigation,the influences of the frequency of interactive teaching activities in clinical departments and the satisfaction of clinical practice atmosphere,etc. on participation frequency of interns in clinical teaching activities were statistically significant. Conclusion It is possible to increase the participation frequency of interns in clinical teaching activities via the guidance of clinical teachers and the applying of interactive teaching models.
