Abstract: In this paper，the index system affecting total annual output value of animation industry was constructed from four levels. The author used two models（gray correlation degree and neural network）to analyze the relationship between each index factor and total annual output value of China′s animation industry. The results of the two models were compared，and the main conclusions were that the analysis of gray correlation degree could better illustrate the importance of each index，and among them，the income of network researched and developed in China mostly affected the total annual output value of animation industry. Finally，the author gave out the future development key points and related suggestions on China′ s animation industry from four levels including economy，culture， market and technology.
