    Preparation of Two-dimensional Nanostructured Carbon Materials with Inorganic-organic Hybridization Strategy and Their Capacitive Performance

    In this study,two dimensional nanostructured carbon materials were prepared through inorganic and organic hybrid method that glucose was intercalated into the laminates of iron(III) chloride hexahydrate. The obtained hybrid composite was then thermally carbonized and followed by acid etching. The microstructure and composition of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetric analysis (TG),X- ray diffraction(XRD),Ramanspectra and other characterization methods. A three electrode system was used to evaluate the electrochemical properties of the two-dimensional carbon materials and 6 mol/L KOH was used as electrolyte. The results showed that at 0. 5 A/g current density,the mass specific capacitance of the prepared two-dimensional carbon material electrode was up to 236 F/g. When current density increased to 10 A/g,the specific capacitance could still be maintained at 201 F/g,and the specific capacitance retention rate was 85. 2%,this indicated a good rate performance. In addition,the electrode also exhibited excellent cycling stability,which still maintained the initial specific capacitance after 1 000 cycles at a current density of 10 A/g.

    In this paper,the effects of ion species on material properties were investigated by ion doping modification of lithium titanate doped Al3+,Zr4+ and AlF3 prepared with high temperature solid phase method in laboratory. The structure and electrochemical properties of the four materials were characterized by methods of XRD,galvanostatic charge- discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance. The results showed that the doping of three ions could improve the electrochemical performance of lithium titanate materials. The performance of AlF3 doping was the best,the specific capacity was increased by more than three times and the specific capacity was not significantly attenuated after 200 cycles. The capacity retention rate was above 95%.

    A kind of metal-organic frameworks(Ni-PTA MOFs)was prepared with hydrothermal reaction method using nickel nitrate hexahydrate and p-phthalic acid(PTA)as raw materials. The structure and properties of the product synthesized were characterized by X-ray diffraction technique,cyclic voltammetry method and galvanostatic charge-discharge technique. The influences of reaction temperature and molar ratio of reactants on the structure and capacitive performance of the product were investigated. The test results showed that the MOFs obtained had high specific capacitance when the reaction temperature was 180 ℃ and the molar ratio of nickel nitrate to p-phthalic acid was 1∶1,the discharge time was up to 477 s and the specific capacitance was as high as 1 403 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g. However,only 45% of the initial capacitance value was maintained after 1 000 cycles of galvanostatic charge and discharge at a current density of 10 A/g.

    Associated with the rapid generation of large amounts of waste electrical and electronic equipments (WEEE) which are not only contaminants but also some valuable components,governments have been concerned about regulations to recycle and dispose these WEEE. This study focused on and compared the policies that have been applied for WEEE management in developed countries including German Netherland,America,and the developing countries including China,India and Brazil,along with the analysis of characters and advantages of these policies and strategies. The WEEE recycling system,fund subsidy,review process etc. were also studied to establish and improve a scientific and reasonable system for WEEE disposal in China.

    The benzene of volatile organic compounds(VOC)is a highly carcinogenic,disabling and teratological toxic pollutants in indoor environment. To ensure human health,the Ministry of Housing and Construction proposed a strict limit standard for benzene and TVOC in indoor environment.The pollutants of benzene and TVOC were separately determinated with the direct injection gas chromatography,but the results of the two methods for determination of benzene had quite poor comparability. A new method has been established,we followed the definition of the standard,sampled with Tenax- TA tube and took the thermal analytical temperature of 250℃ , to optimize the determination conditions of chromatograph,for determination of the benzene and TVOC. The method is simple and low cost;the results are more reliable,reproducible,rational and accurate.

    Taking Liuhe River of Taicang as the research object,the single-factor standard index method was used to evaluate the water environment quality. The results showed that in each monitoring section,the water quality monitoring indexes of dissolved oxygen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,petroleum and lead exceeded the standard commonly,this illustrated that the water quality of Liuhe River has not reached the requirement of surface water quality standard,and the water has been polluted in certain degree. The conclusions of this paper are of great significance for Taicang water supply,water safety and how to implement the objectives management of water quality.

    In the view of the well bore blockage issue in Dina-2 gas field,according to the chemical composition of well head foreign matter and well bore blockage,it was considered that the well bore blockage had three sources which were formation sand,crystal of carbonate scale under certain environment and organic matter. This paper summarized the unplugging measures experience of tubing perforation,plugging removal of coiled tubing,and replacement of pipe column and cleaning pitshaft. According to the actual situation of long opening thickness,non- full diameter pipe column,far distance between well bore block site and perforation bottom,this paper analyzed the feasibility of chemical solution such as plugging removal of acidization;it is considered that the acidization is a better solution at present.

    Objective To investigate the relaxant effect of rhein on mouse airway smooth muscle and the underlying mechanism. Methods SPF BALB/c male mice were sacrificed to isolate the tracheal rings(TRs). After balancing in the perfusion system,the contraction tension of the TRs was recorded with JH-2 tension recording system. The TRs were precontracted using 80 mmol/L K+ . When the muscle tension of the TRs reached a steady state, the rhein was accumulatively added at concentrations of 1. 00,3. 16,10. 00,31. 60,100. 00,177. 80,200. 00 μmol/L,respectively,and the tension changes were observed. The control experiments were also performed. The effects of rhein on the currents of the L-type voltage-dependent Ca2+ channels(LVDCC)were recorded using patchclamp technique. Similarly,the effects of rhein at different concentrations on the levels of intracellular Ca2+([Ca2+i)in airway smooth muscle cells were recorded using TILL calcium imaging system. Results The relaxant effects induced by rhein of 177. 80 μmol/L reached the maximal value(92. 7±8. 0)%. Rhein inhibited LVDCC-mediated currents and LVDCC-mediated increases of[Ca2+i,as well as contraction caused by calcium influx. Conclusion Rhein inhibits contraction of airway smooth muscle via inhibiting LVDCC.

    Objective To analyze the types and distribution range of ophthalmic diseases. Methods 393 cases of patients with ocular operation from January 2009 to December 2016 in cooperative hospital (General Hospital of the Yangtze River Shipping,Fifth Hospital in Wuhan,The People′s Hospital in Caidian District of Wuhan,etc.)of Jiangda Pathology Institute were selected for retrospective analysis of the clinical data and the pathologic type of ophthalmic diseases. The immunohistochemistry were examined in partial cases. Results In the 393 patients,according to the lesion sites,the top three were:lacrimal apparatus disease of 112 cases,28. 5%(112/393);conjunctival diseases etc. of 108 cases,27. 5%(108/393);orbital diseases of 35 cases,8. 9%(35/393)and so on. According to the type of disease,the top three were:a total of 102 cases of benign and malignant tumors,26. 0% (102/393),70 cases of benign,32 cases of malignant;85 cases of inflammation,21. 6%(85/393);62 cases of cyst,15. 8%(62/393)and so on. Conclusion According to the statistical analysis,it is found that tumor accounts for the first place in the eye diseases,the malignant tumor mainly are basal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma. The condition complicate and the diagnosis difficult are glaucoma,therefore,according to the actual work experience,we develop the corresponding main points for diagnosis.

    Objective To identify the expression of thyroid transcription factor 1(TTF-1)in the squamous cell carcinoma of lung,and to explore its diagnostic value in classification of lung cancer. Methods TTF-1 from 140 biopsy specimens of lung were detected with S-P staining of immunohistochemistry,and their clinical data were analyzed and relevant literatures were reviewed. Results In this study,27 specimens of lung adenocarcinomas have showed positivity for TTF-1,and TTF-1 was not expressed in 54 specimens of squamous cell carcinoma of lung,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01);in addition,the positive rate of TTF-1 was up to 95% in small cell lung carcinoma. Conclusion TTF-1 is not expressed in the squamous cell carcinoma of lung and has high expression in the lung adenocarcinomas. The correct determination of TTF- 1 contributes to correct classification of lung cancer.
    Diagnostic Value of Cytology Combined with Histopathology for Percutaneous Lung Biopsy in Qualitative Diagnosis of Lung Tumors

    Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of histopathology and imprinted cytology for percutaneous lung biopsy under CT guidance in qualitative diagnosis of lung tumor. Methods A total of 363 cases of lung biopsy specimens under CT guidance were reviewed. The difference between histopathology,imprinted cytology and the combinational diagnosis method were analyzed. Results Among the 363 cases,the histopathology revealed 119(32. 78%)malignant tumors,13(3. 61%) suspicious malignancy,4(0. 83%)atypical cells and 227(62. 78%)negative findings,whereas the corresponding numbers for imprinted cytology diagnosis were 98(27. 50%),14(4. 72%),12(1. 94%) and 239(65. 84%). For qualitative diagnosis of lung malignant tumors,the sensitivity and specificity of histopathology were 97. 14%(136/140)and 100%(223/223),while the corresponding numbers for imprinted cytology were 85. 71%(120/140),98. 21%(219/223),and those of the combinational method were 99. 29%(139/140),100%(223/223),respectively. The difference was statistically significant within the sensitivity between the two methods(P = 0. 001). The difference was not statistically significant between the histopathology and the combinational method within the sensitivity (P = 0. 367),however,three cases missed by histopathology were effectively supplemented by cytological diagnosis. The difference was statistically significant between the imprinted cytology and the combinational method within the sensitivity(P = 0. 000),while the difference was not statistically significant within the specificity between the two methods(P = 0. 013). Conclusion The examination of histopathology and imprinted cytology for CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy can complement each other,and may provide important value for the qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary tumor.
    Bacteriostatic Effect of Artemisia Selengensis Tea Extract

    In this paper,the bacteriostatic effects of Artemisia selengensis tea extract with different solvent on six strains(Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Proteus vulgaris,Bacillus aerogenes)were studied with orthogonal design method. The results showed that the extract with 90% ethanol solution at 95 ℃ for 75 min had the biggest bacteriostasis rings on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Proteus vulgaris and Bacillus aerogenes,respectively,and under this condition,the bacteriostasis rings of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa had higher value,therefore the bacteriostatic effects were better under this condition. According to the water extraction test,the best antibacterial effect was obtained under the condition of distilled water being soaked for 2 hours at 85 ℃. The analysis showed that the inhibitory effects of the extract of Artemisia selengensis tea on different bacteria were not significant,which indicated that it had broad spectrum bacteriostatic effect. Among the six kinds of bacteria,the extract of Artemisia selengensis tea had the least inhibitory concentration to Escherichia coli,this indicated that it had better inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli.

    Tree peony is a traditional medicinal and ornamental plant,it has been also considered as an oil- utilized plant in recent years. This paper introduces the germplasm resources and the distribution of ′Fengdan′ which is a main variety of oil peony,and summarizes the molecular breeding and traditional breeding of oil peony. At last,the author looks into the future for the breeding trend of oil peony. The study can provide references for popularization and further breeding research of oil peony.
    Effects of Different Nutrient Solution Formulas on Yield and Quality of Hydroponic Purple Flowering Stalk

    The effects of eight nutrient solution formulas on yield and quality of hydroponic purple flowering stalk(Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis var. perperea Hort.)were studied. The weight,length and diameter of the flowering stalk,and the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,vitamin C,nitrate and cellulose were determined,in order to select the suitable nutrition formula. The results showed that:the weight of main and side stalk,leaf width and leaf length cultured from nutrient solution D were significantly higher than those of the other nutrient solution formulas. Plant heights cultured from nutrient solution A and B were significantly higher than those of the others. The nutrient solution C developed larger leaf but less bolting. The flowering stalks cultured from E and F formulas were short,basically had no bolting. The contents of vitamin C and soluble protein of the flowering stalk cultured from nutrient solution D were significantly higher than those of the others,while the contents of nitrate and cellulose were significantly lower than those of the others. The results indicated that the flowering stalk cultured from D had the best quality. The different concentration treatment of salt in the Japanese gardening balanced nutrient solution formula(A)showed that once the nutrient solution concentration was too high,the nitrate content of the flowering stalk would be significantly increased,while the nutrient solution concentration was too low,the plant height and bolting were less.
