    Catalytic Oxidation of Toluene Over Cu-modified Manganese Oxide Octahedral Molecular Sieves Synthesized with Different Methods

    Cu/OMS-2 catalysts were prepared with different methods,and their catalytic performance was investigated for the oxidation of toluene. The catalytic activity was revealed as sequence below: OMS-2 > Cu/OMS-2(ion exchange method)> Cu/OMS-2(pretreatment method). It was found that OMS-2 had best catalytic performance;it achieved 90% toluene conversion at 225 ℃ due to the better reducibility. The material characterization results showed the addition of Cu reduced the Mn3+/Mn4+ electron pairs on the surface of OMS-2 catalyst,it reduced the reducibility and oxygen mobility on the surface of OMS-2 catalyst,which led to the decrease of catalytic performance of Cu/OMS-2 compared with OMS-2.

    Thermogravimetric analyzer was used to study the factors influence on calcining decomposition of nanoscale calcium carbonate under pure nitrogen atmosphere,the factors included heating rate, environmental atmosphere,etc. The results were compared with two routine calcium carbonates,meanwhile,the calcining decomposition kinetics of nanoscale calcium carbonate were also analyzed. It was found that the decomposition of nanoscale calcium carbonate was more active than that of routine calcium carbonates,and the decomposition temperature was lower under the same reaction condition. The decomposition reaction moved to the high temperature area with the increase of the heating rate. The partial pressure of CO2 greatly affected the decomposition of nanoscale calcium carbonate,which resulted in a great delay in its decomposition temperature. The decomposition of nanoscale calcium carbonate is controlled by the mechanism of nucleation and growth(n=1). The activation energy of nanoscale calcium carbonateis is generally lower than that of the other two routine calcium carbonates.

    In UV absorption,it is commonly to use molybdate -perchloric acid precipitant to deposit nucleic acid molecules in order to correct the interference caused by undistinguishable UV absorption with small molecules,it has been a routine experimental method for nucleic acid quantification and has been recorded many times in teaching materials. In this paper,the problems of molybdate - perchloric acid as precipitant has been discussed and an improvement method which used ethanol as precipitant was proposed. The detection method and conditions were determined through researching on the pH value of ethanol,the amount of ethanol,the precipitation time,the centrifugal speed and the centrifugal time. The results showed that the molybdate -perchloric acid precipitant had a strong absorption at 260 nm and this might result in detection error and poor reproducibility. However,with pH 3. 0 and 95% ethanol as a substitute precipitant,it had smaller error(below 5%)and better sample recovery(97. 7 ± 2. 1)%. The simplification,safety,easy operation and reliability features make this a good method for conventional quantification of DNA samples and also a good experiment example for teaching.

    Objective To compare the endotoxin levels in plasmid purification with different plasmid DNA extraction kits. Methods Six commerical kits(QIAGEN Plasmid Mini Kit(12123),QIAGEN EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Kit(12362),CWBIO PurePlasmid Midi Kit(CW0502),EndoFree Plasmid Midi Kit,Endo-free Plasmid Mini Kit,Endo-free Plasmid DNA Mini Extraction Kit)were applied to purify plasmid,endotoxin levels were determined with the gel-clot technique and Limulus amebocyte lysate chromogenic method,respectively. Results The yields,A260 /A280 and A260 /A230 values of plasmid DNA extracted with the six kits were appropriate,the endotoxin levels were different,and the endotoxin levels extracted with endotoxin- free kits were relatively much lower. With QIAGEN EndoFree Plasmid Maxi Kit(12362),the endotoxin level was less than 0. 125 EU/μg. Conclusion The endotoxin levels in plasmid DNA extraction with six kits were significantly different,which shall be selected according to the actual situation.

    The Bi2WO6 catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method with (Bi(NO33·5H2O)and (Na2WO4·2H2O) as raw materials,using NaOH and NH3·H2O as pH regulator,respectively. The properties of the catalyst were investigated by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis,and BET tests,the effects of different alkali liquor on crystal form,morphology,absorbency and specific surface area of the catalyst were analyzed. The results indicated that the samples using NaOH to adjust pH had better crystal form,regular sheet structure and smaller energy band gap with 2.88 eV because of UV-Vis absorption edge red-shift. The specific surface area of the sample using NH3·H2O was 34% bigger than using NaOH. According to degradation of simulated wastewater of Rhodamine B in the visible region of λ > 400 nm,the results showed that the photocatalytic efficiency of Bi2WO6 with pH regulated by NaOH was higher,while using NH3·H2O was relatively lower.

    A portable online monitoring system based on Internet was designed for small and medium rotating machinery. The system design was made up of local and remote systems. The data monitored by the local system was collected and processed by LabVIEW software after parameter tuning,the SQL Server database management system was formed,the local data was released by DataSocket technology and B/S networking mode,the remote users could monitor the corresponding remote running state according to their needs. At the same time,it needed to consider network security and permissions settings. Through the experiment,it was proved that the system could realize fast change signal simulating and slow change signal simulating for one second with eight channels,and the fault channel was displayed by optical alarm,sound alarm and pop-up alarm dialog box,which could store and monitor the fault channel. It could realize the data storage and recall of the instant library,the hour library,the day library,the month library and the fault database,and could analyze fault data and real-time data to achieve remote real-time monitoring,analysis and interaction.

    The hot blast stove is an important heat exchange equipment in blast furnace ironmaking. Its temperature control system has the characteristics of non- linearity,large time lag,etc. It is difficult for the current manual stove to meet the requirements of energy saving and combustion optimization. In this paper,the opening of the gas flow control valve was used as the auxiliary manipulated variable,and the dome temperature was used as the main controlled variable. The DMCPID cascade control system was designed to control the dome temperature of the hot blast stove. The simulation results showed that the design scheme had strong ability to suppress interference,and the system's rapidity and stability were further improved. The application results showed that the DMCPID cascade control system could achieve a reasonable ratio of gas flow and air flow in the combustion process of the hot blast stove,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing combustion and saving energy.

    Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Jieduyihao(JDYH)on the development,transfer and expression of methamphetamine(METH)-induced sensitization in mice. Methods The mice models of METH- induced hyperactivity with single dose administration and METH- induced behavioral sensitization with repeated intermittent administration were established. The effects of JDYH on the METH-induced hyperactivity and sensitization in mice were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the locomotor activity and hyperactivity of mice have no change after being treated with low- dose(14. 12 g/kg) and high- dose(56. 48 g/kg) of JDYH. Compared with the model group,the development,transfer and expression of METH- induced sensitization in JDYH treated mice were significantly suppressed. Conclusion JDYH can extraordinary inhibit the development,transfer and expression of METH-induced sensitization in mice,it suggests that JDYH may be a promising candidate for the management of METH addictions.

    Objective The aim of this study is to research the improvement effect of Jieduyihao (JDYH) on methamphetamine- induced learning and memory impairment in mice. Methods The experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups,the control group was given normal saline,the model group was given methamphetamine(10 mg/kg),the drug treatment groups were given different doses of JDYH(14. 12,56. 48 g/kg). The spatial learning and memory were assessed with the Morris water maze,and the effects of JDYH on methamphetamine-induced spatial learning and memory impairment in mice were investigated. Results Compared with the control group,the escape latency in learning phase significantly prolonged in model group(P < 0. 05),which indicated the learning ability went down in the model group;In the model group,the times of the mice crossed platform in testing phase significantly went down(P < 0. 05 ),which indicated the impairment of memory in the model group. Compared with the model group,the escape latency in learning phase significantly shortened in low dose group( P < 0. 05),and the times of the mice crossed platform in testing phase significantly went up( P < 0. 05);Compared with the model group,the escape latency had the trend of going down in high dose group,and the platform crossing times and time had the trend of going up,but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion JDYH can improve the learning and memory impairment induced by methamphetamine in mice.

    Objective To measure and compare the tissue oxygenation of gastrocnemius during ischemic and reperfusion(I & R) to lower limbs through two different ways,and to establish a method for remote ischemic preconditioning(RIPC)through intermittent seiza and observe its effect on capillary fragility of forearm skin. Methods 1)12 college students participated in the measurement of tissue oxygenation in gastrocnemius during I & R either through intermittent seiza or blood pressure cuff inflated at 200 mmHg around thigh,taken 5 min reperfusion following 5 min ischemia as a cycle,three such cycles was one RIPC. 2)The capillary fragility was checked in the forearm of 61 students whom were randomly into experimental group(34)and control group(27)at pretreatment, two weeks(partial cases)and four weeks after the daily intermittent seiza RIPC. The BP and platelet (platelet 14 cases in each group)were checked while checking the capillary fragility. Results Tissue oxygenation in gastrocnemius changed regularly during I & R in both methods,but seiza could make it decrease more rapidly and thoroughly than that of blood pressure cuff inflation. The skin capillary fragility reduced significantly compared with that of the control group after 4 weeks daily intermittent seiza RIPC. No significant changes were observed for BP and platelet count. Conclusion Intermittent seiza is an effective and easy way for RIPC;it can improve the quality of skin capillary.

    Objective To conduct clinical observation on the treatment of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture operation by low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage. Methods 160 cases of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture surgery in department of orthopedics in Wuhan No.1 Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected,the patients were divided into A,B,C,D four groups,40 cases in each group. The A group as the control group underwent routine nursing education,the B,C,D group as the observation groups accepted low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupucture points,manipulation massage and low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage,respectively. The apparent rate and total effective rate of constipation relief after lumbar vertebral fracture operation in the three observation groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the apparent rate and total effective rate of the three observation groups were higher than those in the control group. The apparent rate and total effective rate of low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage group were higher than those of low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points group and manipulation massage group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of high fiber food intake and routine rehabilitation training,the low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points and manipulation massage can significantly improve the symptoms of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture surgery,and the effect of the combination is better.

    Objective To investigate the effect of intra-articular cavity injection of autologous plateletrich plasma on osteoarthritis of knee. Methods A prospective control study was conducted in 84 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint from July 2016 to July 2017 in the Hospital of Wuhan Sports University. According to the principle of random and equalization,the cases were divided into the study group(intra-articular cavity injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma)and the control group(intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate). The joint function,pain condition and safety of two groups were compared on six months after operation. Results After treatment and at the end of treatment,both groups had higher Lysholm knee score than that before treatment,and WOMAC score was lower than that before treatment(P < 0. 05 ),and the study group was better than the control group(P < 0. 05 );after treatment and at the end of treatment,the pain score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0. 05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P < 0. 05 );during the treatment,the difference of adverse reactions incidence of the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion The therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis with intra-articular cavity injection of autologous platelet-rich plasma is more ideal,it can improve joint function,relieve pain,and has less adverse reactions,it is worthy of popularization and application.
    Application of Tumor Markers in Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for Cervical Cancer

    Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on tumor markers levels in cervical cancer and to explore the role of tumor markers in the evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients received chemotherapy and radical surgery of cervical cancer in Wuhan Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The size of the masses before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was determined with abdominal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging,and the lymph node metastasis around the uterus was determined with the pathological results of lymphocyte. Tumor markers levels(carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag))before and after two rounds of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radical cervical cancer surgery were compared to evaluate the correlation between the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the levels of tumor markers of cervical cancer. Results The levels of tumor markers in cervical cancer decreased significantly after chemotherapy and surgery,the differences were statistically significant(CEA:F = 11. 07,P < 0. 05;SCC-Ag:F = 8. 84,P < 0. 05;CA125:F = 10. 18,P < 0. 05 ). Neoadjuvant chemotherapy reduced the ratio of locally advanced cervical cancer( χ2 = 7. 17,P < 0. 05). After neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the tumor markers levels in the patients whose tumor diameter shrunk ≥ 1 cm were lower than those shrunk <1cm,and the difference of the level of squamous cell carcinoma antigen was statistically significant(t = 2. 4,P < 0. 05). However,the levels of tumor markers after chemotherapy could not reflect the lymphatic metastasis of patients. Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly reduce the levels of tumor markers,the serum tumor markers are indicators for the effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

    Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jidesheng Sheyao combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of wasp stings. Methods 68 outpatient cases of wasp stings from March 2015 to December 2017 in Hospital of Jianghan University were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 34 cases underwent conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 34 cases received routine western medicine treatment combined with Jidesheng Sheyao,two groups received treatment of one to six days,the curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 10%,significantly higher than that of the control group 72. 41%(P < 0. 05);the cure time,redness and swelling fading away time,pain disappearing time and white blood cells back to normal time of the control group were (4. 62 ± 1. 37),( 2. 69 ± 0. 31),(2. 46 ± 0. 34),(3. 32 ± 1. 02)days,respectively;in the treatment group,they were(2. 57 ± 1. 21),(1. 30 ± 0. 25),(1. 16 ± 0. 21),(1. 34 ± 0. 91) days,respectively;the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of Jidesheng Sheyao combined with conventional western medicine on wasp stings shorten the course of disease,the efficacy is accurate,and it is suitable for popularization in primary hospitals.
