    Effects of Different Molar Ratio on Capacitive Performances of Ni-Based Metal Organic Frameworks Materials

    In this paper,a kind of Ni- based metal- organic frameworks (Ni- BTC MOFs) was successfully synthesized based on the reaction of Ni(NO3)2 ·6H2O and 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (BTC) by one- pot hydrothermal method. The electrochemical properties of Ni- BTC MOFs obtained under the different molar ratio of Ni∶BTC were investigated with cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge technique. Their structure and surface morphology were characterized with XRD and SEM. The experimental results showed that the discharge time was up to 784 s and the specific capacitance was 1 016. 3 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g,Ni-BTC MOFs synthesized at the Ni to BTC ratio of 1∶1,the reaction temperature of 140 ℃,while the prepared Ni-BTC MOFs was used as the supercapacitor electrode material. The specific capacitance retention rate was 62. 1% after 950 cycles at the current density of 10 A/g.

    Carbon-based electrode materials and transition metal oxide materials have their properties as the common electrode materials for supercapacitors. In this paper,graphite was used as the matrix,and metal nickel oxide was coated on the graphite surface with a sol- gel method to form a new capacitor electrode composite. The structure and electrochemical properties of graphite and graphite coated with nickel oxide were characterized by N2 adsorption- desorption analyzer, X- ray diffractometer,electrochemical workstation,and charging and discharging tester. The experimental results showed that the nickel oxide coating could effectively improve the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the graphite matrix. The specific surface area of the material significantly increased, and the pore volume also increased. The nickel oxide coating exhibited obvious characteristics of tantalum capacitance. In the first discharge,the specific capacity of graphite coated with nickel oxide at the current density of 0. 2 A/g was 203. 13 F/g . At the current density of 5 A/g,the discharging specific capacity of graphite coated with nickel oxide was 130. 45 F/g,and graphite was only 90. 02 F/g,and the specific capacity of graphite after nickel oxide coating increased by 45%. There is a synergistic effect between the graphite and nickel oxide coating,and the nickel oxide coating can reduce the impedance of the graphite and improve the cycle performance.

    A novel triazine-containing diamine monomer 2,4-diamino-[N,N′-bis(4′-p-aminobenzylphenyl)]-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine was synthesized with 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane and 2,4-dichloro-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine as materials,with the anhydrous sodium carbonate as catalyst and dioxane as solvent. Orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the reaction conditions for the synthetic experiment. The suitable experimental conditions were as follows,the reaction temperature was 160 ℃,the reaction reflux time was 4 h,the amount of 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl methane was 8 times as the amount of 2,4-dichloro-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine,the amount of anhydrous sodium carbonate was 3 times as the amount of 2,4-dichloro-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine material. When the experiments were performed under these suitable conditions,the yield could reach as high as 95. 56%. The melting point of the diamine monomer was determined to be 183. 59 ℃ with DSC(differential scanning calorimeter),characteristic vibration absorption peaks of functional groups of the diamine monomer were characterized by FT-IR spectrum,chemical shift and proton peak area and peak area ratio were characterized by 1H-NMR spectrum. The structure of the diamine monomer was determined.

    With the rapid development of urban transportation,the convergence and coordination of different transportation tools are always one of the problems that need to be considered and perfected in urban construction. The connection between the traditional rail transit and the conventional bus is not so close,which makes the running cost and the riding cost higher. To solve this problem,with the purpose of minimizing total cost including waiting time cost,riding time cost and running cost,the author set up a mathematical model and used the hybrid genetic algorithm to design urban rail transit connecting bus routes. A specific example was given to illustrate the feasibility of the algorithm in the end;the results showed the convergence rate of the proposed algorithm was better than that of the genetic algorithm.

    In digital image processing,the requirements for the input image are high,and if there exists noise and interference in the input image,the feature extraction and the following detection and recognition will be inaccurate. To solve the problem,this paper proposed an image denoising algorithm based on non-subsampled shearlet transform. The algorithm used non-subsampled shearlet transform to decompose the image from multiple dimensions and directions,which could describe the detailed information better,such as outline and curve of the image. Besides,the algorithm utilized the coefficients after the threshold value decomposition,to achieve noise removal. The results showed that the algorithm could keep the detailed information of image after noise removal,which contributed to the image detection and recognition.

    At present,the data related to Chinese herbal medicines on the internet is increasing by tens of thousands. It is of great significance to excavate the potential relationship behind these data, establish commodity specifications and price warning mechanism to guide the smooth and orderly running of the market. Taking the information collection of Tiandi website of Chinese herbal medicine as an example,a spider based on Scrapy was designed to extract the information of Chinese herbal medicine name,specifications,origin,price and so on. Firstly,the structure of the target page was analyzed and the XPath path of the target element was extracted with the help of the web page elements reviewing tool of the browser. Then,the web spider project was constructed with the Scrapy framework,and the parsing rules of the target elements and the storage methods of the elements were designed in the corresponding files. Finally,the spider was used to collect the information of the target website for testing. Taking Panax quinquefolium and Panax notoginseng for example,the data collected on-line were compared with the data collected off-line and on the spot. The results show that the designed spider can obtain the information of the target website quickly, efficiently and accurately,it is consistent with the off-line field survey data,also it can provide data support for subsequent study.

    Objective To explore the clinical value of gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with laparoscopy on the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in children. Methods The clinical data of children with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in the Department of General Surgery,Wuhan Children′ s Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2016 were collected and analyzed. Results The difference of positive rates was not statistically significant between ECT combined with laparoscopy group and gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with laparoscopy group(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with laparoscope model has important clinical significance. It can one-step find the site of gastrointestinal bleeding,and can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in children.

    Persistent pulmonary hypertension of the new-born(PPHN)is one of the critical diseases in the neonatal period. Its diagnosis,treatment,and care have always been major clinical challenges. In 1992,Kinsella successfully applied inhalation of exogenous nitric oxide on the treatment of PPHN at the first time,which opened up new methods and ideas for the treatment of PPHN. In recent years,the studies have showed that inhaled nitric oxide ( iNO ) therapy combined with non-specific vasodilator drugs could significantly improve the therapeutic effect of PPHN,also it could improve the children′s blood gas parameters and signs of pulmonary hypertension more effectively,more quickly and more securely. However,there were still many problems. In this article,the author summarized PPHN,and reviewed the treatment with nitric oxide and the treatment with iNO combined nonspecific vasodilators on PPHN.

    To prepare diclofenac sodium thermosensitive gel and investigate its release characteristics in vitro. The medicines were given with diclofenac sodium as main medicine,poloxamer 407 and poloxamer 188 as gel materials,polyethylene glycol 2000,polyethylene glycol 4000 and polyethylene glycol 6000 as osmosis promoter,the diclofenac sodium gel was prepared with cold cut method;the effects of different types of polyethylene glycol and proportion of gel materials on gelation temperature were investigated. In this paper,the percutaneous experiment of Franz diffusion pool and the UV method were used to investigate the releasing rule in vitro. The in vitro releasing results showed that with the gelation temperature at 32,34,36 ℃ environment,on preparation of diclofenac sodium into thermosensitive gel with addition of polyethylene glycol,the process could significantly increase the drug dissolution rate.

    Objective To explore the value of comparative imageology teaching mode based on picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in teaching of target area delineation in cervical cancer radiotherapy. Methods 46 students accepted standard training of clinical radiological oncology from Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were divided into the experimental group(23 persons)and the control group (23 persons) randomly. The experimental group was taught by comparative imageology teaching mode based on PACS,and the control group was taught by lecture based learning mode. The application value was evaluated by test score and students′ satisfaction questionnaire. Results The image reading test score,practical test score and satisfaction score of the experimental group were (17. 11 ± 3. 10),(22. 73 ± 2. 53)and(8. 40 ± 1. 99),respectively;these indexes of the control group were(14. 52 ± 3. 69),(20. 79 ± 2. 18)and(7. 94 ± 2. 10),respectively;the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The comparative imageology teaching mode based on PACS can improve performances on image reading and target area delineation.

    Objective To study the applicability of establishing the OSCE (objective structured clinical examination)assessment mode into in nursing teaching. Methods With implementation of OSCE in Basic Nursing course in grade 2016 among 60 nursing students,the examination and results analysis were carried out.     The rapid propagation technology of begonia × elatior was optimized with leaves as the explants. The results showed that MS was the suitable basic medium for adventitious bud differentiation,the differentiation rate reached 100%,and the differentiation coefficient reached 10. 8. 1. 0 mg / L 6- BA + 0. 2 mg/L NAA was beneficial to the differentiation of adventitious buds,the effective adventitious bud differentiation coefficient reached 6. 8. The liquid medium was favorable for the formation of effective buds of the adventitious buds. 1/2 MS+0. 1 mg/L NAA was suitable for root inducing. The survival rate of test tube seedlings grown on the seedling substrate for 20 days could reach 50%.

    Taking the scoring ability of Xinjiang team and Guangdong team in the CBA Finals in 2016-2017 match seasons as the research object,the performances of the two teams were analyzed. The results showed that the scoring ability of three points and free throw of Xinjiang team was better than that of Guangdong team,the scoring ability of two points of Guangdong team was stronger than that of Xinjiang team,and the overall scoring ability of Xinjiang team was superior. Analyzing on different positions,the ability of guard and forward of Xinjiang team was better than that of Guangdong team,and the ability of center position of Guangdong team was stronger than that of Xinjiang team. Analyzing on the first start team,Xinjiang team′s scoring ability was stronger than that of Guangdong team,and the difference of substitutes′ scoring ability between the two sides was not significant. Analyzing on foreign players,foreign players of Xinjiang team scored better than foreign players of Guangdong team,and the difference of scoring ability of local players was not significant. Finally,from three aspects of tactics,foreign aid,injury,the causes of the difference of scoring ability between the two teams were analyzed.

    This study aimed to explore whether children′ s interesting field and track sports are superior to traditional physical education in terms of their impacts on students′ physical qualities. The author selected the grade three pupils of four classes of Nanmen Primary School in Zhenghe County Fujian Province as the research objects. Through experimental research and data comparison,the following conclusions were drawn:after the children′s fun field and track course,experimental group had very significant improvement in the projects of 30 seconds rope skipping,25 meters round-trip, standing long jump and single-leg jump,which indicating children′s fun field and track can develop children′ s physical ability to a certain extent,especially in children′ s lower limb explosiveness,balance and systemic coordination.
