With the improvement of the differential signal rate, the influence of differential vias on the signal integrity of the high-speed differential signal is more and more noticeable. Aiming at the design requirements of low reflectance,high-transmission and stable impedance of differential vias in high-speed PCB,the antipad prediction was calculated by equivalent vias model. According to the estimated value, different shapes of differential vias antipad were simulated and analyzed. Differential vias in a 16-layer PCB were modeled in 3D and simulated with HFSS,and the model was simulated and analyzed in eye diagram with software of Designer. The results showed that the larger the area of antipad in a certain frequency range, the better the high frequency characteristics of the differential vias.

The power-voltage(P-U)curve of the photovoltaic(PV)array under uniform illumination is a single peak, and the voltage-current(I-U)curve is a single ladder. When the PV array is covered by clouds, mud, trees, etc.,partial shading occurs in the PV array. The output P-U curve of the PV array have multi-peak values, and multiple steps appear in the I-U curve, resulting in a decrease in the output power of the PV array. The author used Matlab/Simulink to construct the model of the PV array under the shadow condition and carried out several simulations. Some characteristics of the P-U curve and the I-U curve were drawn and their regularities were summarized. The research provided the theoretical basis for maximum power point tracking(MPPT)under shadow conditions.

Based on rapid determination technology research of soil organic carbon content in scene, an analysis method of visible and near infrared reflectance spectroscopy for soil samples was proposed. The 400 ~ 1 100 nm band spectrum was pretreated by S-G smoothing and with first order differential filtering, and the prediction model of soil organic carbon was established by partial least squares regression analysis(PLSR). The results showed when the ratio of the sample number of the modeling group and the sample number of the predicted group was 52∶53(about 1∶1),the determining coefficient was R2 =0. 98, and the standard deviation of the root mean square error of calibration was RMSEC = 0. 25. These results indicate when the ratio of the sample number in the modeling group and in the prediction group is set to 1∶1,it is the best condition to establish the prediction model based on PLSR for soil organic carbon.

Alumina reinforced aluminum matrix composites with different Al2O3 content were prepared with powder metallurgy and vacuum hot pressing sintering. The effects of microstructure and morphology on hardness of the composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that with the increase of Al2O3 ranging from 1% to 4%,the hardness of the composites increased firstly and then decreased. When Al2O3 remained 2%,the sintering temperature was 400 ℃ and the pressure was 50 MPa,the hardness of the composites reached the highest of 38. 7 HV. It could be found in XRD patterns and metallographic pictures, the increasing hardness was attributed to the addition of Al2O3,which led to refining of the grain size and the microstructure of Al matrix.

In order to study the effects of exogenous 2,4-epibrassinolide on the heat tolerance of peony, the 3-year-old Paeonia ostii ′Fengdan′ container seedlings was taken as materials which treated with 0. 1,0. 5,1. 0,1. 5 mg/L of epibrassinolide through spraying them on the leaves, under the artificial climate simulating the heat stress(40 ℃ /35 ℃,day / night),the related physiological and biochemical indexes and ultrastructure in leaves of Paeonia ostii ′Fengdan′ were determined in the experiment. The experimental results showed that: exogenous epibrassinolide increased net photosynthetic rate and reduced the relative electrical conductivity of leaves of Paeonia ostii ′Fengdan′. The accumulation of malondialdehyde was inhibited effectively and the soluble sugar content was decreased. The content of soluble protein was increased and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was enhanced. The exogenous epibrassinolide could slow down the rate of Paeonia ostii ′Fengdan′ cell damage by the high temperature and let the cells remain relatively intact structure. It could also inhibit the disintegration of cell membrane, the deformation of chloroplast and mitochondrial. Appropriate concentration of exogenous epibrassinolide can enhance the heat resistance of peony, and the concentration of 1. 0 mg/L is the best.
