    Response of Different Varieties of Kidney Beans Under NaCl Stress

    During seed germination,seven different concentrations of NaCl solution(0. 5,1. 0,2. 0,3. 0,5. 0,7. 0,9. 0 g/L)were used to study the response of three different varieties of kidney beans under NaCl stress. All the three varieties of kidney beans showed the trend that high concentrations of NaCl solution decreased seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,root length,bud length,lateral root number,fresh weight,SOD activity while increased the MDA content of seedlings. However,the effects of low concentrations on seed germination index, seedling growth index and physiological index were related to the concentration of NaCl and the variety of kidney bean. The results of comprehensive evaluation of membership function showed that the salt tolerance of the three varieties was in the order: safflower white kidney bean > Xiza 2 (wide) kidney bean > Xiza 2 kidney bean.

    The effects of different concentrations of auxins IBA(indole butyric acid), NAA(naphthalene acetic acid)and cytokines 6-BA(6-benzyl adenine),KT(kinetin)on the induction of adventitious buds and roots were studied from the cotyledonary node of "Bean white rice" common bean,and the common bean′s tissue culture seedlings were cultivated and transplanted. The results showed that the optimum medium for buds induction was MS + 1. 0 mg/L IBA + 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA + 0. 1 mg/L KT,the cofficient of the bud differentiation was 2. 89. The optimum rooting medium was MS + 0. 1 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate was 100%. The common bean′s tissue culture seedlings can survive after transplanting.

    The oscillation of the three-order functional differential equation was further studied,and some lemmas of the oscillatory solution of the differential equation were given by the operator and the integral technique. By means of these lemmas,some results in the recent literature were extended and improved,and a sufficient condition for the oscillation of solutions of the three- order functional differential equations was given. The results fully reflected the effect of time delay on vibration of equations.

    Label location detection is an important part of intelligent manufacturing based on the computer vision. The author used ROI technology to choose the label area quickly,and enhanced the edge detection after label image preprocessing by the Gaussian filtering and morphological method,then obtained the maximum contour with the external minimum polygon encircling method, it achieved fast and accurate location detection of the label by calculating the centroid and direction features of the maximum contour.

    In order to solve the problem of the shortest path with weight under complex network conditions,a tabu search algorithm based on compression graphs was proposed. With the constraintbased graph compression algorithm,the weighted shortest path problem under complex constraints was transformed into travelling salesman problem(TSP),and the optimization of the tabu search algorithm was used to solve the weighted shortest path problem under complex constraints. The simulation results showed that the tabu search algorithm based on compression graph had the advantages of fast solution,low time complexity,fast convergence,and insensitivity to graph scale and constraint conditions.

    In order to accurately grasp the geotechnical engineering problems of different foundation pit of Wuhan Metro,according to the engineering geological properties,the author divided the rock and soil in Wuhan area into six types of rock groups. According to the different combinations of each rock group,19 types of geological structure of rock and soil were distinguished. The geological problems of shallow foundation pit,deep foundation pit and ultra deep foundation pit of Wuhan Metro in various geotechnical and geological structures were discussed in detail,and the suggestions for various kinds of foundation pit support and groundwater treatment were put forward.

    Weak surrounding rock tunnel construction with shallow burying under unsymmetrical pressure is a common type in engineering construction. This kind of tunnel has poor stability, difficulty in construction technology and high quality requirement. In order to successfully complete the construction task and ensure the construction quality,it is necessary to strictly implement the construction technology. This paper introduced the construction process flow and technical measures of the weak surrounding rock tunnel construction with shallow burying under unsymmetrical pressure, and pointed out the problems required attention in the construction,it can provide inspiration and reference for similar engineering construction.

    The PHA method is a system safety analysis method that analyzes various risk factors,occurrence conditions and possible consequences of accidents in the early stages of the project. It has the advantages such as simple and easy to use,low operating cost,being well organized,rigorous analytical structure,short analysis cycle etc. Based on a large amount of collected information,this study used PHL analysis and PHA analysis methods to identify various hazards,dangerous effects,danger grades and hazard levels existing in climbing formwork technology of cable- stayed bridge pylon,and then formulated corresponding prevention and control measures. In order to prevent the occurrence of accidents,we can achieve the forward-looking and pre-control of safety control with the analysis method. Through the implementation of this scheme,the PHA method was used to analyze and prevent the construction safety risk in climbing formwork technology of cable- stayed bridge pylon,and the feasibility and reliability of the method were studied.

    Combined with the case of batch finishing of ultra high rise residential buildings project(golden bridge of the central iron century of Hanyang District in Wuhan),the author discussed the problems in traditional batch finishing,it had the defects such as inefficiency,need or use great effort,diseconomy. The traditional batch finishing and pre-strategy finishing were compared in this article. Then the author introduced the pre- strategy application into the real case,to solve the disadvantages of traditional batch finishing,and discussed the problems that need to pay attention on application of pre-strategy finishing. The application adapted to the situation of building market of fine finishing project,it provided an economical and effective way for real estate development companies to implement finishing projects.

    Based on the theory of dissipative structure,the formation mechanism of the dissipative structure of the ice and snow sports industry in China and its self-organizing development path were analyzed under the background of the continuous evolution of the ice and snow sports industry from "organized" to "self-organizing". The results show that keeping the openness is the prerequisite for the formation of dissipative structure in the ice and snow sports industry in China,and keeping away from the equilibrium state is the necessary condition for the formation of the dissipative structure in the ice and snow sports industry in China. Nonlinear interaction is the internal basis of the formation of dissipative structure in China′s ice and snow sports industry and the fluctuation mechanism is the development basis of the formation of dissipative structure of China′s ice and snow sports industry. On the basis,combined with the current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on optimizing the self- organizing development path of ice and snow sports industry.

    The influence factors on the ice and snow sports tourism industry were analyzed with the Delphy method,it was found that the main factors included the expansion of consumption,the training of professionals,government policy,technology and product development. This paper used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) structure model for ice and snow sports tourism industry development, to analyze the weight and index of correlation matrix. The results showed: the influencing factors on the development of ice and snow sports tourism industry contained four first level indicators,including“expanding consumer”accounted for the maximum weight;13 second level indicators,of which the“ski facilities”and“ski coach training”had high weight. According to the order of weight value,some suggestions were put forward to promote the development of ice and snow sports tourism industry in China.

    Based on the theory of diamond model,according to the current situation of skiing industry,from the angles of production factor,demand conditions,related and supportive industries,enterprise strategy and peer competition,government,and opportunity,this paper systematically analyzed the skiing industry and established the evaluation system of the core competitiveness of the skiing industry. The indexes weights of the evaluation system were determined with mathematical statistics and structural entropy weight method. The results showed that the evaluation system of core competitiveness of skiing industry contained six primary indexes and 18 secondary indexes,the enterprise strategy and peer competition were the most important factors in primary indexes,and peer competition had the greatest influence on the indexes. Finally,the practical application of the system was discussed in order to help the development of skiing industry in China.
