    This paper summarized the research progresses of lithium metal cathode materials in recent years, then the writers discussed the problems regarding uncontrollable lithium dendrite growth, low coulombic efficiency, easy pulverization, electrolyte loss, etc. Based on the discussion, the modification treatment methods such as artificial SEI coating, electrolyte modification, novel cathode design were introduced respectively. The development trend of metal lithium electrode was also prospected.

    The spinel-type Li4Ti5O12 has the advantages of high safety, good cycle performance, high lithium ion diffusion coefficient etc., it is considered to be the potential lithium ion battery cathode material.The research status of Li4Ti5O12 anode materials for lithium ion batteries in recent years has been reviewed. The breakthroughs and progresses were illustrated in three aspects, such as morphology, surface coating and ion doping, and the development of Li4Ti5O12 anode material has been prospected.

    Through the comparison of three different anode substrates (grassiness straw hydrolysate,glucose simulated wastewater, Co-substrate solution of glucose and grassiness straw hydrolysate)with the same COD concentration, the writer studied the effects of different anode substrates to electricity generation voltage, electricity generation time, power density, internal resistance, coulombic efficiency and substrate COD removal rate of MFC. The results showed that the Co-substrate solution of glucose and grassiness straw hydrolysate as MFC anode substrate could obtain higher voltage and stable electricity generation over a long period of time; the maximum power density was 380. 63mW/m2; it had the lowest resistance of 155. 97 Ω; the coulombic efficiency was 22. 64%; the substrate removal rate of COD was 83. 2%, the Co-substrate solution can be used as MFC anode substrate.

    In this work, the strawberry preservation was discussed with water chestnut peel as the main raw material, the sensory index, weight loss rate, hardness, total acid content, vitamin C(Vc) content, total sugar content, soluble protein content and other physical and chemical indexes were measured during the strawberries storing process(0-6 days)and a nature antibacterial compound based on water chestnut peel extract was developed with the study of its antimicrobial properties. The results showed that: the best combination compounds of antibacterial agent were water chestnut peel, rosemary and houttuynia with the ratio of 4∶3∶1. The antimicrobial compound can reduce the loss of moisture, decrease the mildew rate and maintain the high nutrient content of strawberry. This water chestnut peel extract based antibacterial compound has more outstanding antibacterial ability than that of synthetic antiseptic potassium sorbate to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Bacillus subtilis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Aspergillus flavus.

    This experiment adopted three types of polypropylene (PP) with the brand of FL7641L, TF400, PPH-T03 as toughening agent, and three kinds of polyolefin elastomer (POE) with the brand of 8540, 9071, DF810 and polyolefin elastomer grafted maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH) as compatibilizer, using the method of blending modification to study on toughening modification of nylon 66. The result showed that: the POE-g-MAH was apparent on toughening effect of nylon 66. The PP with brands of TF400 had toughening effect within a certain range, and the toughening effect of POE was not obvious; the toughening agents all made the mass flow rate (MFR) of blending material decrease; In PP/POE-g-MAH/nylon 66 blending material, when the content of PP was 8% (mass fraction, the same below), the content of POE-g-MAH was 15%, the content of nylon 66 was 77%, the impact strength of blending materials reached 11. 09 kJ/m2, it was 397. 5% as much as pure nylon 66. It can significantly improve the impact properties of nylon 66.

    In order to prepare the flat air pore canal of the lambda sensor chip, the method of screen printing was used. A suitable carbon slurry was prepared, and the optimum conditions were as follows: activated carbon and terpineol were chosen, the grading was mΦ6.5∶mΦ3 =1∶2, ball milling time was 12 h, dispersant content was 30%, rubber content was 5%. Under the optimal conditions, the smooth and stable air duct was prepared. The method has the advantages of high precision, controllable shape, low cost and simple operation.

    A novel optical filter combining ring resonator with Mach-Zehnder interferometer was designed. In this structure, four fiber ring resonators were cascaded and combined with Mach-Zehnder interferometer using coupler. Formulas of the transfer functions were deduced by fiber ring resonance theory and signal flow graph method and the simulation analysis was given as well. The results showed that output spectrum of this filter had excellent performance such as flatness filtering response, strengthening of rolloff in transition band, narrow bandwidth and high finesse. The numeral calculations showed that the fineness of this structure reached 69. 4, it is able to select and extract optical signal precisely in dense wavelength division multiplexing system.

    The chloridion transporter,EcClC,is a homodimer, which consists of two similar monomers. Based on the experiment of homodimer separation, with molecule dynamic simulation, the writer mutated two smaller and nonpolar residues (isoleucine) into two bigger and aromatic residues (tryptophan). In the simulation process, the writer calculated the contact area,the number of Hbond,the potential deviations of vdw and electricity between chain A and chain B,and the all had varying degrees of change. The most obverse change is the contact area between chain A and chain B.

    Liver is one of the main organs that regulate the body′s lipid metabolism, abnormal lipid metabolism may cause multiple metabolic associated disorders including fatty liver, obesity and hyperlipidemia. MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small non-coding RNA molecules, and it may be complementary to target mRNA and regulates gene expression on post-transcriptional level. More and more researches show that liver lipid metabolic disorder is often accompanied by abnormal expression of miRNA, a number of miRNAs have been identified as important regulators of lipid metabolism. Further understanding and studying the mechanism of miRNA in liver lipid metabolism and metabolic disorders are of great significance for finding effective targets and preventive methods for metabolic diseases. In this review, the writer focused on the most recent findings in the field of miRNAs in hepatic lipid metabolism, and highlighted the contribution of miRNAs in regulating metabolism of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL) and very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL).

    Estrogen is mainly secreted by the ovary and regulates a series of downstream gene expressions by binding to the estrogen receptor(ER), and plays an important role in various tumor formations. The expression of estrogen receptors is detectable in a variety of tumors, such as breast, ovary, lung, colon and prostate cancers; this suggests that the estrogen-signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence of a variety of tumors. A number of epidemiological studies have indicated that man with gastric cancer are about twice as many as women, and this difference disappears after menopause, indicating that estrogen-signaling is involved in the development and progression of gastric cancer. The study of this phenomenon will not only further elucidate the mechanism of estrogen action in gastric cancer, but also provide a novel theoretical basis for the treatment of gastric cancer. This paper reviewed the research progress of relationship of estrogen and gastric cancer.

    Objectives To make clear the life nursing situation of hospitalized elderly patients and to put forward reasonable suggestions for the management of life nursing. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the life nursing situation of the elderly in patients who had been hospitalized for more than 10 d in a grade A class-three hospital. Results 96. 2% patients could pay the medical expenses with security, but 54. 8% patients among them did not be satisfied with the life nursing, and asked for promoting the life nursing skills and personal ability of the nursing workers. 60. 9% patients hoped that the hospital could manage and train the nursing workers. Conclusion The standardized training for nursing workers and the establishment of perfect access system are important guarantees to improve the satisfaction of elderly hospitalized to life nursing.

    Objectives This study provided a scientific basis for narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas through exploring the development trend and causes of physical differences of primary and secondary school students between urban and rural area in Wuhan City in recent 10 years. Methods Vital capacity and vital capacity/body weight index of 14 400 primary and secondary school students in Wuhan City were statistically analysed based on the data of National Students′Physique and Health Investigation and Study Report of 2005, 2010 and 2014. The average values of vital capacity and vital capacity/body weight index of different areas were statistically analysed with test, The physical activities of students with questionnaire investigation in 2010 and 2014 were statistically analysed. Results In recent 10 years, the physical functions of the rural male and female students in the lower grades of Wuhan primary schools were better than those of the urban students, the advantages have been expanded in recent 5 years. The physical functions of rural male and female students gradually lagged behind urban students over 11(female)or 12(male)years old. In recent 5 years, the proportion of male and female students who exercised 1 h or more per day was lower than that of rural students in 9-12 years old, the proportion of male and female students who exercised 1 h or more per day was higher than that of rural students in 13-15 years old. Conclusions The 1 hour physical activity every day will improve the urban and rural students′ ployical condition, the students, parents,schools and society should make joint efforts to implement the physical activity.

    Objectives To evaluate and analyze the current situation of college students′ body composition, and the writer compares the specific differences of different types of subjects, for providing scientific and reasonable suggestions for students who have unbalanced proportion of body composition, in order to protect and improve the health of university students. Methods A total of 548 students from Jianghan University, including 290 males and 258 females, were tested with the BC-420 body composition tester(Korean production)for their body composition. Results According to BMI, the standard body weight ratio of male and female was equal which are all more than 80%, and the proportion of underweight of female students was higher than that of boys, while the proportion of overweight and obesity was lower than that of male students. According to body fat rate, the ratio of standard health of male students was lower than that of female students, while the proportion of low fat and high fat was higher than that of female students, and there were a few obese students. According to BMI together with body fat rate, the ratio of standard and emaciated of male students were lower than the female students, and the other types were higher than the female students. Conclusion The body composition of university students is in a normal distribution, there is a certain proportion of students body composition in non standard range, among them, male students with the low body fat and obesity phenomenon is more prominent, the female stu.dents with the thin, low body fat phenomenon is more prominent, and the situation of male students is worse than that of female students. It is worthy of attention and further study for college students suffer. ing from low body fat or even emaciation. Emaciated, low body fat and obese students should adjust their diet and exercise to achieve fitness standards.
