    Hand gesture is one of the most important means in human-computer interaction. Due to the characteristics of non-contact interaction,vision-based hand gesture recognition has been more and more widely used in the area of artificial intelligence. However,due to the restriction of the conventional 2D optical camera,the quality of collected gesture images is easily affected by the light conditions and cluttered backgrounds,which is a major challenge in hand gesture extraction,and severely restricts the practical application of vision-based hand gesture recognition. In recent years,the emergence of depth camera technologies has brought new opportunities to address the above problems. With the help of depth data,new vision-based hand gesture recognition approaches are emerging in an endless stream, and the recognition accuracy is steadily improved,which effectively promotes the practical application of vision-based hand gesture recognition.In this context,from the data angle,we reviewed the latest developments of the depth data based hand gesture recognition from three aspects:depth data acquisition,common hand gesture datasets and depth data based hand gesture recognition methods,and make forecasts on its future developments.

    A particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Morlet wavelet mutation was presented to overcome the problems of low convergence precision and easily falling into local extremum. Morlet mutation operation was implemented for each dimension of global extremum,the mutation results were used as new positions of particles, which was selected in certain probability. This strategy made full use of the advantage information of global extremum to guide the particle to approach the optimal solution quickly. At the same time, the fine tuning feature of wavelet function helped the particle jumping out of the local extremum. The simulation experiments on 12 classical test functions showed that the improved algorithm had better performance than SPSO, CLPSO, DEOPSO and HPSOWM algorithms and was suitable for solving function optimization problems.

    In order to improve the efficiency of filing and arranging of Chinese herbal specimens,and to expand the amount of information on specimens of Chinese herbal medicine,the specimen database was constructed with NFC tag as information indexes carrier and with herbal specimen as medica. An information management system for TCM specimen with front and back platform interaction was established with Android handset client as NFC information reading device. It was proven by practice that the system designed in this paper made the management of the specimen more convenient and more efficient,and made it more interesting for students to study in herbarium.

    Innovation and entrepreneurship education develops rapidly and has an important position in universities. It is of great practical significance to study the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneur? ship teaching ability. At present, there are some problems in the evaluation mechanism of education capability of innovation and entrepreneurship, mainly focusing on the qualitative evaluation method, and the non-linear quantitative evaluation method is less used. In the evaluation process, the particularity of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching is not considered, which is very different from other courses.In addition, the development function and efficiency of evaluation are low. Aiming at the problems in the evaluation, the writer designed a comprehensive evaluation system which highlighted innovative entrepreneurial ability of teaching. The improved BP neural network evaluation method was led into the evaluation of teaching ability of university teachers on innovation and entrepreneurship, the neural network training was improved to promote efficiency of evaluation and simulate the experts′ thinking. The proposed method has high evaluation validity, it is worthy of popularization in evaluation of teachers′ ability on innovation and entrepreneurship.

    The USA is the largest tourists source country in the world, while is one of the most important remote tourists source country for trareling to China. Since 2007, the USA tourists for travelling to China have developed steadily, but there is still adequate space for development. This paper sorts out the characteristics of the tourist market for the USA tourists travelling to China from four aspects:the development and change of tourist market, the characteristics of the tourist demographics, the flow of the tourist space and the output source of the tourist, then the writer analyzes some concerns of the USA tourists market in China from depression of the USA economy, impact of tourism environment, lack of enough tourism products and shortage of tourism promotion and tourism image, etc. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategies of further expanding of the tourist market for the USA tourists travelling to China from communication and cooperation , exploration and improvement of tourism products, enhancement of tourism promotion, and strengthening of construction of tourism hardware and software, etc.

    In this study, taking tourists in Changchun City Jingyuetan ski field and other places as objects, to obtain relevant data with questionnaires, the writer constructed the relationship model and carriedout model verification and regression analysis, the result showed that the ice and snow sports tourism consumer cognition scale(5 items)and consumer motivation scale(4 dimensions, 15 items)had good reliability and validity; gender in demographic characteristics had no significant difference on the ice and snow sports tourism consumption behavior, age and income had significant difference on consumption motivation; consumer cognition, consumption motivation and consumption behavior had significant correlation, the regression analysis pointed out the relationship.

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of service quality of commercial fitness club on consumer satisfaction.According to the SERVQUAL scale and the consumer interviews, the questionnaire of commercial fitness club service quality was produced,an investigation of 281 members of commercial fitness club of Changchun City was conducted. The Pearson correlation coefficient method was used to analyze the close relationship of overall service quality and consumer satisfaction,the relationship between five dimensions of service quality of commercial fitness clubs(tangibles,reliability,response,assurance and empathy)and consumer satisfaction was analyzed by stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the whole and all levels of service quality of commercial fitness clubs and consumer satisfaction were positively related and there was a linear relationship between them,the reliability had the highest explanatory power to consumer satisfaction.

    Urban disease refers to the urban population, industry, transportation and other malpractices caused by excessive concentration . It brings a lot of trouble and inconvenience to the people living in the city,and also has some undesirable effects on the operation of the city,so people call it "urban disease". According to the data of Beijing statistical yearbook ,the writer adopted the principal component analysis theory,with the help of MATLAB ,to study the problems related to the urban diseases in Beijing City and the establishment of Xiong′ an District,and then the writer put forward some suggestions for scientific and reasonable city planning.

    Cardiac amyloidosis is a kind of disease which results from deposition misfolded protein fragments on myocardial extracellular matrix. These protein may derive from monoclonal immunoglobulin, transthyretin (TTR), etc. The manifestations of patients with cardiac amyloidosis may perform as valvulopathy, cardiomyopathy, heart failure and various kinds of arrhythmia etc. In spite of multitudinous noninvasive diagnostic methods, myocardial biopsy remains the gold standard in the diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis. Actually, the previous treatments focus on improving the symptoms of heart failure and arrhythmia, at present, advanced chemotherapy regimens, immune therapy, stem cell transplantation, regulation of gene expression and more progressive methods are rising up. This paper describes the new research progress of diagnosis, treatment of myocardial amyloidosis.

    Objective To investigate the situation and the reasons of dental anxiety among undergraduate,and to explore the effect of nursing intervention for relieving dental anxiety. Methods Questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis were conducted with DAS scale for 100 students randomly, the 49 patients whose score more than ten and need follow-up were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group 24 cases taken routine oral treatment and nursing intervention, the control group 25 cases taken routine oral treatment, the comparisons of dental anxiety relief of two groups were conducted with DAS score. Results The detective rate of dental anxiety of students was 49. 00%, the effective rate of the intervention group (75. 00%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (20. 00%), P < 0. 01. Conclusion The reasons of dental anxiety are various, the most common reason is fear of pain, it has the close relationship with psychological factor. The targeted nursing intervention can effectively relieve the dental anxiety symptoms; also can improve the treatment effect and patient′s satisfaction.

    Gene expression induced by developmental and stress conditions often depends on epigenetic modifications including DNA methylation, histone modification, chromatin structure and small-RNA. Extensive researches suggest that these epigenetic modifications play a very important role in plant gene expression under stress. Most of these modifications induced by stress can return to their original levels after stress being relieved, however, some modifications are very stable, these modifications as "stress memory" can be inherited by mitosis and meiosis.The epigenetic stress memory may help plants respond more effectively to subsequent stress.

    With the soybean protein isolate(SPI), carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and pea starch(PS)as film-forming material, and with glycerin, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol(peg), Tween as the plasticizers, the three- element compound protein membrane SPI/CMC/PS was prepared with tapecasting, and the influence of several plasticizers on the properties of the composite wax was studied. The infrared spectra was used to characterize the composite film of various kinds of plasticizers.The experimental results showed that the tensile strength and elongation of three-element compound protein membrane SPI/CMC/PS were better with the plasticizer glycerol and sorbitol.The infrared spectrum showed that the three-element compound protein membrane SPI/CMC/PS plastified was of good compatibility.
