    High-temperature resistance prepreg was prepared with modified epoxy resin adhesive and appropriate glass cloth. The gelation time of the adhesive, as well as weight loss ratio of dust, adhesive flow, peel strength, resistance to soldering, dimensional stability and coefficient of thermal expansion of the prepregs were studied for the preparation and the subsequent service performance. It was found that the comprehensive performance of the prepreg was excellent, the prepreg completely met the manufacturing requirement of rigid-flex board and multilayer printed circuit board.

    The recent progress and development prospects of high safety lithium ion batteries were reviewed in this paper. The writer mainly introduced the reasons and mechanism of lithium ion battery′s thermal instability from the aspects of high temperature stability of electrode and electrolyte.The deficiency of the existing commercial lithium ion battery system at high temperature was explained.The development of high temperature electrolyte,positive and negative electrode′s modification and external battery management were proposed to design a high security lithium ion battery.Finally,the writer discussed the expectation of the safety lithium ion battery.

    Hollow and pod-like Mn2O3 nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning method. The morphology and structure of two kinds Mn2O3 nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and specific surface tester. The possible formation mechanism of two kind of Mn2O3 nanofibers was discussed. The two kinds of nanofibers were used as the electrode materials for supercapacitor in 6 mol/L KOH,the cyclic voltammetry and the galvanostatic charge-discharge were carried out for performance test. Hollow Mn2O3 nanofiber electrode showd a high specific capacitance of 198 F/g which was higher than 146 F/g of pod-like Mn2O3 nanofiber electrode. This behavior may be attributed to its high specific surface area,which is beneficial for electrolyte transport during the charge-discharge process.

    It can generate the cluster states for quantum computing in the spin chain with XY interactions by two step operations. The fidelity of the generated cluster states becomes smaller and smaller with the increase of the spin number when we take the next-nearest-neighbor interactions into account.The research showed that the periodic dynamical decoupling(PDD) could effectively suppress the noise of next-nearest-neighbor interactions. As everyone knows,Uhrig dynamical decoupling(UDD) generally performs better than PDD on noise suppressing. We provided the scheme of eliminating the next-nearest-neighbor interactions with UDD,the results showed that the fidelity of cluster states with UDD was bigger than that of PDD when the number of applied pulse was the same,that is to say,UDD was better than PDD for suppressing nextnearest-neighbor interactions in XY model.

    In order to solve the problems of single function and poor mobility of the sensor experimental equipment,the sensor experimental platform based on the ZigBee technology was presented after analyzing the structural characteristics of sensor and detection technology experimental platform in the writer′s school. Based on the ZigBee wireless communication function,the existing sensor experiment platform was reformed to meet the needs of the experimental courses of sensor technology and wireless sensor network. The system consisted of sensor experimental templates,ZigBee terminal nodes,ZigBee sink node and PC. Each terminal node was connected with different sensor templates,the collected data was transmitted to the sink node through the ZigBee wireless network,and finally transmitted to the PC. Af? ter introducing the hardware and the software design of the experimental platform,taking the wireless strain sensor experiment based on ZigBee as an example,this paper introduced how to use the platform to carry out the experiments. The results showed that the experimental platform was reliable in data transmission and met the needs of experimental teaching.

    The research direction of improving photocatalytic activity of ZnO in recent years was reviewed to provide supports for broadening the range of ZnO photo-response,accelerating the separation of photogenerated electron hole pairs and improving the separation time of photogenerated hole pairs,including transition metal ions doping,noble metal compositing and preparation of compound ZnO with semiconductor,the photocatalytic activities of the catalysts were introduced. The development trend of ZnO based photocatalysts was also prospected.

    For a gas-fired boiler,the CO content in the flue gas is a key thermal parameter that measures its combustion efficiency. In this paper,several CO detection methods were analyzed and compared. According to the actual working condition of the gas-fired boiler,the online detection device of CO detection based on the principle of electrochemical method was selected. The working principle,con? stitution and application effects of the CO online monitoring device were briefly introduced. Finally,the research direction of CO online monitoring device was prospected.

    Population characteristics and community structure of wild Artemisia argyi at Qichun in China were surveyed with α-diversity index. The main results were as follows:the population area of Artemisia argyi was 15~20 m2,coverage was 3%. The population was small population,the plant number was about 25 individuals. It was found that there were 13 plant species belonging to 10 families and 13 genera in the community,among which Robinia pseudoacacia,Phyllostachys acuta, Dendran -thema indicum,and Stephania japonica were dominant species. The vegetation was called Robinia pseudoacacia + Phyllostachys acuta + Dendranthema indicum Ass. α-diversity index analysis indicated that Simpson index(D),Shannon-Wiener index(H′),and Pielou evenness index(J)were 0. 867,2. 180,and 0. 850,respectively. Human disturbance and excessive collection might be an important factor affecting the wild populations of restoration and regeneration.

    Plasmid DNA is most common carrier for genetic engineering and gene vaccine,it is widely applied in biomedical and environmental science in recent years. Purification of plasmid DNA is the common techndogy in molecular biology,while solid phase carriers such as magnetic nanoparticles and chromatographic techniques have promoted the methods of purification of DNA. We present the methods of purification of plasmid DNA,endotoxin removal strategies and automatic nucleic acid purification device which are suited for plasmid DNA isolation,to privide the supports for application of plasmid DNA.

    Objective To observe the protective effect of Allium macrostemon extract on acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats,and to explore its mechanism. Methods An acute myocardial ischemia injury model was established with ligation of the left coronary artery in rats,after intervention of Allium macrostemon extract and nitroglycerin,the changes of ST segment of ECG Ⅱ lead before and after mod? eling in rats were monitored;the levels of serum glutathione transferase(GSH-Px),cholinesterase(TChE),nomesterified fatty acids(NEFA)and malondialdehyde(MDA)were measured;pathological changes of myocardial ischemia injury were observed under microscope. Results Compared with the sham operation group,the ST segment of ECG in the model group was obviously upshifted,the serum GSH-Px activity was significantly decreased( P <0. 01),the activity of TChE,the content of NEFA and MDA increased significantly( P <0. 01),and the pathological study showed that the myocardial injury was more serious;compared with the model group,the ST segment of ECG was lower in the medicine groups( P <0. 01),the serum GSH-Px activity was significantly increased in the medicine groups ( P <0. 01),the activity of TChE and the content of NEFA and MDA were significantly decreased in the medicine groups( P <0. 05 ,P <0. 01),the degree of myocardial damage reduced in pathologicalfindings in the medicine groups. Conclusion Allium macrostemon extract has a protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia injury in rats.
    Guiding Significance of Ultrasonic Classification for Treatments of Neck Lymphatic Tuberculosis

    Objective To explore guiding significance of ultrasonic classification for treatments of neck lymphatic tuberculosis,and to provide selection basis for clinical therapeutic regimen. Methods The clinical data of 145 patients with neck lymphatic tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed,according to the treatment plan were divided into the internal medicine group and the surgery group,and statisti? cal analyses of the cases number,the cure rate,the recurrence rate of different ultrasonic classification were conducted in the two groups,the difference of cure rate and recurrence rate were compared in the two groups. Results All the cases of type I and IV were treated with internal medicine and the cure rate was 100%.Type II 78. 9% took internal medicine treatment,the cure rate was 90. 0%,the recurrence rate was 10%,21.1% took surgical treatment,the cure rate was 100%. Type Ⅲ 71.2% adopted surgical treatment,the cure rate was 95. 2%,the recurrence rate was 4. 8%,28. 8% adopted internal medicine treatment,the cure rate was 76. 5%,the recurrence rate was 23. 5%. Conclusion For ultrasonic classification of type Ⅱand type Ⅲ,internal medicine and surgical treatment had no statistical significance in the difference,but the case number of recurrence in surgery group is less than that in internal medicine treatment group.The ultrasonic classification has guiding value in selection of therapeutic regimen for treatments of neck lymphatic tuberculosis.
    Comparisons of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty and Conservative Treatment on Osteoporosis Vertebra Compression Fracture:a Meta Analysis

    Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)and conservative treatment for osteoporosis vertebra compression fracture with Meta analysis. Methods Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Embase,SinoMed,CNKI and Wanfang Standards Database were searched.The retrieval date was before May,2017. The data were percutaneous kyphoplasty and conservative treatment on osteoporosis vertebra compression fractures with a randomized controlled trial. The writer strictly evaluated the quality of the methodology incorporated into the study and extracted the data,with statistical software RevMan 5.3. Results A total of 6 randomized controlled trials with 475 cases were included,233 in the PKP group and 244 in the conservative treatment group. According to the improved Jadad score,four were high quality literature,two were low quality literature,and the bias risk assessment wasmoderate.Meta analysis results showed the VAS pain score of the PKP group was lower than that of the conservative treatment group at one week,one month and three months after treatment,which was statistically significant( P <0. 05 ).The differences were not statistically significant in VAS score at six months and 12 months after treatment( P >0. 05).After three days and three months of treatment,ODI dysfunction score in the PKP group was less than that in the conservative treatment group,with statistical significance( P <0. 05). Conclusion Percutaneous kyphoplasty is more effective in relieving pain than the conservative treatment in early stage and it is not significant different in long-term. Besides,the former treatment has a better function recovery,it is recommended for clinical application.
    Curative Effect of Internal Fixation Combined Anti-Osteoporosis Medicine on Distal Radius Fractures in Aged Patients

    Objective To observe clinical curative effect of radial distal locking compression plate(LCP)combined anti-osteoporosis medicine on treatment of senile osteoporosis distal radius fractures.Methods In April,2010 to April,2015 in the department of orthopedics in the 457th Hospital of PLA, 90 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture of the distal radius were retrospective analysed, including 45 cases treated with LCP + anti- osteoporosis medicine(experimental group), 45 cases treated with LCP alone(control group). The fracture healing time, the fracture bone mineral density(BMD)values and the joint function assessment were comparatively analysed. Results 90 patients all have been followed up, with an average follow-up time of 16. 5 months. The fracture healing time of the experimental group(10. 5 ± 1. 4)weeks was less than that of the control group(14. 3 ± 2. 1)weeks;according to the Gartland - Werley wrist joint function score, the excellent rate of the experimental group was 93. 3% and that of the control group was 88. 8%, the efficacy differences were not statistically significant( P >0. 05). Preoperative BMD in the experimental group was(0. 618+0. 105)g/cm2, post?operative medication for three months was(0. 680+0. 092)g/cm2, BMD values increased significantly, the differences were statistically significant( P <0. 05);preoperative BMD in the control group was(0. 621+ 0. 085)g/cm2, postoperative three months was(0. 627+0. 089)g/cm2, the differences were not statistically significant( P >0. 05 ). ObjectiveConclusion Compared with pure LCP treatment, the LCP combined anti-osteoporosis medicine in treatment of senile osteoporotic distal radius fractures has reliable fixation, the fracture healing time is short, the curative effect is distinct, the method combined with positive rehabilitation exercise timely is applicable for treatment of such fractures.

    Malignant pleural effusion(MPE)refers to the pleural effusion caused by primary tumors or metastases tumor from other parts of the body to the pleura. The common clinical symptoms of MPE include progressive dyspnea,cough,atelectasis,chest pain,and fever. It can occur in almost all types of malignant tumors;however,lung cancer is the most common cause of MPE,accounting for about 1/3 of the clinical cases. Although there are many therapeutic approaches currently available for MPE,they are usually inefficient and many can only alleviate the symptoms of the patients.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)has now been recognized as one of the most important regulatory factors in tumor angiogenesis,participating in the entire process of tumor growth through its function of stimulating tumor angiogenesis,it can activate host vascular endothelial cells,and promote malignant proliferation. The new drugs targeting VEGF,such as Endostar and Bevacizumab,have been developed and applied for the treatment of a variety of tumors. Data of recent clinical studies demonstrate that the medicines targeting VEGF are effective and safe for the clinical treatment of MPE. Therefore,VEGF-targeting represents apromising strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of MPE. This review briefly summarized recent progress of VEGF on diagnosis,pathogenesis,clinical treatment and prognosis of MPE in patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC).
