    Preparation of Acidified Graphitic Carbon Nitride and Detection of Cu2+ with High Efficient Fluorescence

    Graphitic carbon nitride(C3N4)has a graphitic-like planar nanostructure with special optical and electrical properties. Bulk C3N4 was prepared from melamine with high-temperature calcination,then the acidification was processed with nitric acid,the sonication-exfoliation was used for C3N4-H+.The product C3N4-H+ was characterized with SEM,FTIR,XRD and UV-vis. Besides retaining the basic properties of C3N4,C3N4-H+ exhibits excellent water dispersion stability,large specific surface area and enhanced fluorescence properties. It can be used as a fluorescent probe material. The C3N4-H+ was taken as fluoresent sensing material,the copper ion was choosed as detection target,the results showed that:in the copper ion concentration range of 0-200. 0μmol/L,change of fluorescence intensity (F0 /F) of C3N4-H+ and concentration of copper ion had a certain linear relationship. It is expected to be used for detecting of copper ion in water.

    Biodegradable gel electrolyte supercapacitors are green energy storage devices. The crosslinked gelatin-NaCl gel electrolyte(CGPE)was synthesized,and with polypyrrole stainless steel electrode,the supercapacitors were fabricated. The structure and morphology of CGPE were characterized with FTIR and SEM. The ionic conductivity of CGPE and the specific capacitance of supercapacitor were determined with electrochemical workstation. The results showed that the nanometer pore evenly distributed in the CGPE. the ionic conductivity of CGPE was 5. 24×10-2 S/cm at room temperature,the specific capacitance of supercapacitor was 45. 8 F/g . Biodegradable gel electrolyte provides possibility for implantation of energy devices.

    C+Ag/Li4Ti5O12 micron size particles were synthesized as negative electrode materials with Li2CO3,anatase TiO2,glucose,AgNO3 as raw materials with a high temperature solid state reaction in an Ar atmosphere. The phase structure,morphologies and electrochemical properties of the materials were systematically characterized with XRD,SEM,electrochemical workstation,charge-discharge battery tester. The results demonstrated that C and Ag doped Li4Ti5O12 as the negative electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries had excellent electrochemical performances,C+Ag/Li4Ti5O12 exhibited a higher specific capacity,better cycling performance and better rate capability than those of pristine Li4Ti5O12. The initial discharge capacity reached 165. 8 mAh/g at 0.1C,and the discharge capacity still remained 80 mAh/ g at 5 C.

    By analyzing the correlation between PM2. 5 and SO2, NO2, CO,O3 concentration in Wuhan,it was obtained that there was a positive correlation between PM2. 5 and SO2, NO2 ,CO ,and negative correlation between PM2. 5 and O3,the writer explained the reason of these correlations. The uppertail correlation coefficients of PM2. 5 and SO2, NO2,CO were estimated. The results showed that the rapid increase of SO2,NO2 ,CO and O3 concentration had a great influence on the concentration of PM2. 5 . Finally,the writer put forward some suggestions on the treatment of PM2. 5 in Wuhan City.

    Based on continuous several days′ monitoring of particle concentration in Fuzhou third ring road expressway in 2017,and simultaneous recording of the weather and the data of traffic characteris? tics,to analyze the characteristics of particulate emission,it was obtained that the temperature,humidity,wind speed with PM2. 5,PM10 concentration had a significant negative correlation.The results showed that the ″weekend effect″ was not obvious in this section of the road,the total amount of traffic and PM2. 5,PM10 concentrations were significantly positively correlated. In the investigation of six vehicle types,small cars and large trucks had the most obvious influence on the concentration of particulate emission,small cars had a significantly positive correlation with PM2. 5 and PM10,while the large trucks showed a significant positive correlation with PM2. 5 ,and a weak correlation with PM10.

    As an important carrier of urban ecology,urban river plays a bad role in restricting the city development due to its ecological problems. In recent years,though many domestic cities had devoted themselves to the comprehensive management of urban river pollution,the harnessing effects were not ideal,the repeated pollution appeared frequently. Therefore,taking Baima River as an example,this paper analyzed the repeated pollution reasons of inland waters in Fuzhou. Then the integrated using of bioremediation,physical remediation and other inland waterway engineering for the recovery of water ecosystem were discussed based on the ecological restoration theory. The results emphasized that:through the restoration of abilities of self-healing and self-adjusting , the water ecosystem could actu? alize the virtuous cycle of biogeocenose,thus achieved the goals of purifying inland water quality,optimizing the ecological revetment,and beautifying the river landscape.

    Lycopersicon esculentum is rich in nutrition and has become one of the most popular vegetable in China. In this paper,the yield component and fruit quality of five different tomato cultivars were compared. Under the same cultivation conditions,the writer analyzed the yield component per plant including fruit mass,branch number per plant,fruit number per branch,fruit number per plant and so on,the results indicated that the highest yield was T-3-2,followed by T-28,T-29-1 and red cherry,T-3-1 was the lowest;comparison of the size,the color,the soluble solids of ripe fruit,the appearance and other commodity quality suggested that the green T-3-1 have the best flavor,followed by yellow T-3-2,the difference was not statistically significant between them,but significantly higher than that of dull-red red cherry,bright yellow T-29-1 and red T-28. Field experiment and laboratory analysis showed that the yellow T-3-2 had high yield and good flavor,its comprehensive traits are significantly better than those of the other four cultivars,so the pilot demonstration can be carried out for this cultivar.

    The ultrasonic-assisted extracted technique for wax gourd polysaccharide and the antioxidative activity of polysaccharides were studied in this paper. On the basis of single factor experiment, this work studied the effects of solid to liquid ratio, extraction time, and extraction power on the extraction yield of wax gourd polysaccharide. Then the optimal extraction conditions were obtained by the orthogonal experiment. Finally, the in vitro antioxidant ability of wax gourd polysaccharide was characterized by studying its reactivity to DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical. The influences of ultrasonic extraction time and solid to liquid ratio on the extraction rate of wax gourd polysaccharide were significantly( P < 0. 05).The suitable ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions for wax gourd polysaccharide were solid to liquid ratio 1∶40, ultrasonic extraction time 40 min, extraction power 380 W, under the conditions , the yield of crude wax gourd polysaccharide was 13. 15%, compared with the hot water extraction method, the yield increased by more than 50%, the extraction time shorten by 1/2. When the concentration of wax gourd polysaccharides was 5 mg/mL, the clearance rates of DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical were 77. 91%, 99. 64% and 74. 48%, respectively. The ultrasonic- assisted extraction method can significantly improve the extraction efficiency of wax gourd polysaccharide;the wax gourd polysaccharide had good antioxidant activity.

    Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhigancao Decoction on treatment of atrial premature beat. Methods 80 hospitalized patients(Jun. 2015 to Jun. 2016)with atrial premature beat were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group with 40 cases in each. The Chinese medicine group was treated with Zhigancao Decoction on the base of syn? drome differentiation and treatment,the western medicine group received oral propafenone tablets(0.15g/ time,3 times a day). After 3 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy and the number of atrial premature beats were evaluated in the two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical symptom improvement was 92. 5% in traditional Chinese medicine group and was 75. 0% in western medicine group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The dynamic electrocardiogram showed the number of atrial premature beats decreased significantly( P < 0. 05)in the two groups after the treatment,and the number of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of atrial premature beat is significantly.

    Objective To observe the effects of Sanyinjiao acupoint massage and hot compress therapy with TCM packet on treating primary dysmenorrheal. Methods 60 patients of primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each. Taking acupuncture-moxibustion therapy on the control group(once daily),Sanyinjiao acupoint massage(four times a day, 15 min each time)and hot compress therapy with TCM packet(once daily, 30 min each time)on the treatment group. Visual analogue scales(VAS)was used to assess the pain degree. Results VAS in the treatment group was significantly less than VAS in the control group after treating(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Sanyinjiao acupoint massage and hot compress therapy with TCM packet are effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal.

    The damage of pelletizer cutter not only impacts the smooth operation of pelletizer system,but also results in some major accidents such as ″cutter winding″,″clyster″ and so on. This article ana? lyzed the material of cutter, air pressure, perpendicularity between die plate and cutter shaft, flatness of cutter and flatness of cutter rest. The conclusion was that the cause of the cutter damage was bad precision of flatness of cutter rest. The problem of frequent damages of cutter was solved by controlling the flatness of cutter rest,which ensured the pelletizer system running smoothly,efficiently and continuously.

    A nonlinear finite element analysis(FEA)was developed to simulate the axial-column of concrete-filled stainless steel tube(CFST)subjected to long-term sustained loading;the established FEA was verified by experiment in this paper. With FEA,the influence of long-term loading on the mechanical behavior of the CFST axial-column was researched in terms of the relationship between load and deformation,and the interaction of specimen materials was studied,the behavior of the CFST axial-column with long-term loading was compared with that of the CFST axial-column without longterm loading. The results showed that the long-term sustained loading increased the bearing capacity of CFST axial- column and increased corresponding axial deformation,and delayed the occurrence of interaction between stainless steel tube and core concrete.

    In order to explore the specific situation of college students′ sports injuries in our country at present,the author used the stratified sampling method to hand out the questionnaire,and carried out the data analysis. It was found that the incidence of college students′ sports injuries was relatively high,thus hindering the further development of college sports,the probability of occurrence of sports injuries of boys was higher than that of girls,the lower limbs were the main parts of sports injuries.The main reasons for students′ sports injuries were lack of warming-up and lack of attention. In the process of carrying out sports, the colleges and universities must develope certain strategy to effectively reduce the incidence of accidents.

    With the methods of literature,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,video viewing and others,the tactial rhythm was studied for the 17 athletes who have the best results within 1:29:00 in the 20km walking race of the Rio Olympic Games or the best time of the season within 1:29:00 . The results showed that the overall athletic competences of the 17 athletes have not been shown out;the rhythm change and speed of the first eight athletes were different in each section,the difference was obvious in the second half,and the rhythm of the whole process was dominated by the positive rhythm;the rhythm and speed suitable for individual have important impacts on competition results;champion LIU Hong had the biggest chang amplitude and dispersion degree of speed for whole course, while the No. eight had the smallest ones,the chang amplitude and dispersion degree of speed negatively correlated with the ranking results;for 17 players in the game, there were alternating,forward or backward state,alternate position rhythm was more conducive to ″teamwork″ and was used by most players.

    The research of pricing for the stadiums is always viewed from the angle of economics;the price is fixed with the trial-and-error method of demand orientation and the marginal cost pricing meth? od. As a part of the public products and physical culture,we should consider the social benefits while pay attention to economic benefits for stadiums. Therefore,according to the consumers′ behavior, based on the demand,cost and supply,the writer added the content of consumer perceived value for the study on pricing strategy. Using literature method,Delphy method,AHP and other research meth? ods,the writer constructed the strategy system of stadiums slack time pricing and established the weight value. The results showed that the pricing system reflected the influence factors on pricing from different angles,including a total of 4 first level indexes,20 second level indexes,the system had good reliability and validity,the demand in the stadium pricing strategy system had the largest weight in first level indexes,the national and social policy had the largest weight in second level indexes.
