    Degradation of Simulated Dyeing-Printing Wastewater by Cerium Supported Activated Carbon

    Cerium(Ce)supported activated carbon(AC)was made by dipping method to increase the processing efficiency for the simulated dyeing-printing wastewater,which was prepared by KN-R as model contamination. The standard curve of dyeing-printing simulation wastewater was created to calculate the mass concentration of KN-R according to the absorbency,and it could be used as the measurement index of degradation effect. The effects of the loading amounts,adsorption time,initial concentration of KN-R,pH value on degradation were examined. According to the experimental results,it can be concluded as follows:the longer the adsorption time was,the better degradation effect would be;the cerium supported activated carbon was more suitable to treat the dyeing-printing simulation wastewater within a low certain range;the degradation effect of KN-R was better when the pH value was 5;the optimum loading ratio of cerium was 8wt%. AC and Ce supported AC at optimum loading ratio were characterized by XRF and XRD,respectively. It was found that Ce was loaded on the surface of AC and distributed evenly in the form of cubic crystal.

    Eutrophication is becoming a serious problem in most of the mariculture areas in China. It can induce the red tide and animal disease,and results in heavy losses of aquaculture industry. In this study,Ulva pertusa was applied for bioremediation of aquaculture wastewater and its nutrient(TP,TN,and NH4-N)removal capacity was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the removal rates of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 80%,81. 6% and 79%,respectively,under the conditions of the TN,NH4-N and TP initial concentrations of 14、3. 8、1. 9 μmol/L,the planting density of Ulva pertusa of 2. 5 g/L and experimental time of 10 d. Therefore,it has advantage of high efficiency to treat aquaculture wastewater with Ulva pertusa. Ulva pertusa can be a candidate for treating eutrophic water or aquaculture wastewater.

    The spatial variation and vertical distribution of different forms of phosphorus in sediments of the Nanhu Lake were studied. The research indicated that the Nanhu Lake was in the state of severe eutrophication. The total phosphorus(TP)showed high levels in sediment. Average level of TP in surface sediments(0 - 20 cm)was as high as 3. 29 g/kg,and site 3# closed to the sewage treatment plant showed the highest ω(TP),reached 6. 42 g/kg . As a major component in the form of total phosphorus,the inorganic phosphorus(IP)content was varied from 0. 15 to 2. 85 g/kg,which accounted for 70% of TP. Influenced by the redox conditions,the ratio of ω(IP)/ ω(TP)showed a decrease trend with the depth increased. Iron and aluminum bound phosphorus(Fe / Al-P)accounted for more than 60% of TP,the content was 0. 21-3. 47 g/kg,and the calcium bound phosphorus content was 0. 09-1. 42 g/kg. Phosphorus load in sediments was the major internal load to cause the lake to be eutrophication. IP and Fe/Al-P were forms of higher bioavailability. Sediments are risky in releasing phosphorus load and great consideration shall be taken on the these characteristics in the future treatment and management.

    Water samples were collected from six lakes(inner Sha Lake,outer Sha Lake,Simeitang,Shai Lake,Ziyang Lake,Dusi Lake)in Wuchang District. Three antibiotics of sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline and ofloxacin in these samples were analyzed with SPE-HPLC,and the characteristics about residues of antibiotics in the lakes were preliminarily discussed. The results showed that tetracycline and ofloxacin were not detected,sulfamethoxazole was detected in winter,spring and summer. The highest detection frequency was in spring,followed in winter and summer.

    The pomelo peel,which is rich in lignin,cellulose,polysaccharide and pectin,etc. ,has functional interactions with heavy metals,it can be used as adsorbent for heavy metal ions. In this study,the best modification processing method for pomelo peel powder was chosen through the comparison of adsorption behaviors to Pb(Ⅱ)ions with unmodified,alkalization modified,esterification modified and chitosan crosslinking treated pomelo peel powder. The optimal adsorption conditions of the modified adsorbent were explored in different adsorption conditions such as adsorption time,adsorption temperature,initial concentration of Pb(Ⅱ)ions,pH level and dosage of adsorbent. The adsorption kinetics characteristics of adsorbent were further studied. The results showed that the most suitable conditions for adsorbing Pb(Ⅱ)ions were alkalization modified pomelo peel powder with dosage of 10 g/L at pH 4-6,with absorbing time of 60 min and initial concentration of Pb(Ⅱ)ions as 140 mg/L. The adsorption rate reached more than 92%. The adsorption kinetics equation is:t / qt = 0. 207 3 + 0. 103 5 t .

    MOPAC-PM3 algorithm in Chemoffice 2004 was used to calculate quantum chemical structure parameters of pyranones,and the quantization parameter selection were used as descriptors of pyranones. With molecular descriptors,the structure of pyranones compounds were characterized and anti human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)activity was predicted. The model on molecular descriptors and biological activity was established with RBF neural network of artificial neural network. When sp= 0. 41,the results showed that the predicting variance of MSE for network training set is nearly 0,and the network simulation and prediction of MSE was 0. 006 6,the total MSE was 0. 000 7. The results showed that the RBF neural network had the feature of high digital approximation,which improved the predition accuracy of structure of pyranones compounds.

    In order to complete the real-time measurement of long-distance multi-point gas concentration,the writer designed the structure of a reflection-type spectral absorption fiber sensor network. The laser light source was modulated by the wavelength modulation spectrum,and the wavelength of the light source was adjusted with the amplitude and offset of the triangular wave,to ensure that the spectral scanning center value was the same as the methane gas absorption peak. At the receiving end,in order to effectively collect the photoelectric signal,a multi-point high-speed signal acquisition software method was designed in this paper ,the influence of its modulation depth was analyzed at the same time. Experimental results showed that the software acquisition algorithm and the appropriate modulation depth could meet the precision requirements of multi-point acquisition of optical fiber gas sensor in engineering.

    This paper studied the application of FPGA,CPLD,industrial bus and ZigBee in the photovaltaic networking from the angle of internet of things. It was found that the existing research had the problems of narrow access range,high cost and high energy consumption. This paper presented a scheme of photovoltaic wireless data acquisition based on radio frequency(RF)time-sharing communication. The cost,efficiency and power consumption of the scheme were analyzed theoretically. The ladder transmission power was designed to further reduce the power consumption. The writer designed the photovoltaic wireless data acquisition system based on RF,and use NS2 simulation to verify that the system was better than ZigBee scheme in power consumption,efficiency and cost.

    Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Hunaglian Jiedu Decoction in treatment of senile dementia patients systematically. Methods In the first place,the writers retrieved relevant literature by computer. After screening them according to the established standards,two researchers extracted the information independently,and cross checked the information,then input the data to RevMan5.2 for statisticanalysis. Results Six researches consisted of 539 patients have been adopted. Treatment group:patients treated by Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in combination with other western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine. Control group:patients treated by western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine. The Meta analysis results showed:1)To compare the total effective rate after treatment,the therapeutic effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group( OR =3. 06,95%CI (1. 11,8. 47)),the difference was statistically significant( Z =2. 16,P =0. 03<0. 05);2)To compare the cognitive function of the two groups(MMSE Score)( WMD = 1. 07,95% CI (0. 53, 1. 06)),the difference was statistically significant( Z = 3. 90, P < 0. 000 1 < 0. 05);3)Tocompare the ability of daily life of the two groups(ADL Score),the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups ( WMD =1. 01,95% CI (-5. 64,3. 61), Z = 0. 43, P = 0. 67>0. 05). Conclusion The group treated by Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in combination with other western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine and the group treated by western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine,the difference is not statistically significant in the impact of daily life ability between them. While in improvement of cognitive function,the difference is statistically significant. This research indicates that the effects of treatment group are much better than the effects of control group. On account of its pharmaceutical convenience,cheap price and non-toxic and non-side effects,the therapeutic method is worthy of popularization in clinic.

    Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses′ knowledge on central venous catheters (CVC) maintenance in a heart hospital and probe into its related influencing factors. Methods Convenience sampling was used to recruit 209 nurses,and a questionnaire was carried out from January to February 2016. Results 1)The total score of nurses′ knowledge on CVC maintenance was(71. 69 ±10. 11). 2)Scores of nurse with different department,ages,nursing years,nurse level,participating the knowledge training of CVC maintenance or not were analyzed respectively. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The nurses can master the basic knowledge on CVC maintenance,record the catheter maintenance information well and do good job on the early recognition of complications. It is necessary to strengthen comprehensive,in-depth,continuous training on CVC knowledge in nurses′ standardized training.
