    A novel P-N-Si synergistic flame retardant(Al(MPP)-KH550)was prepared by reaction of aluminum methyl propionylphosphinate(Al(MPP))and γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550). The structure and thermal degradation behavior of the product were characterized with FTIR,XRF and TGA. As flame retardant being used in PA66,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of PA66 with 20 wt% filler loading improved from 19. 3% to 29. 6%,and the vertical burning test reached UL94 V-0 grade. Moreover,not only the heat release rate(HRR)of PA66 was effectively inhibited with the adding of Al(MPP)-KH550,but also the formation of a dense carbon layer was promoted.

    Graphene is a two-dimensional free state atomic crystal which was only present in the room temperature conditions up to now. It not only has very good electrical,optical and mechanical properties,but also exhibits good thermal stability,chemical stability and high surface area. Therefore,graphene and its composite materials can be widely used to control environmental pollution. Organic pollutants such as organic dye,benzene series,pesticides and antibiotics are the main environmental pollutant sources which pollute the environment and threaten human health. This paper describes the application of graphene and its composites in adsorption and degration for organic contaminants in recent years.

    Bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)is a transforming factor and is a multifunctional growth factor,which plays an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,migration and reconstruction. BMP- 2 is an important stimulative factor of bone repairing in the clinic application. However,BMP-2 is unstable in vivo,and one common problem is the burst release at very early stages without the protection of a carrier. The growth and differentiation of bone are dynamic processes. Therefore,a controllable release carrier is needed to prevent the burst release. In this paper,we described four controllable release carriers of BMP-2,including hydrogel and microcapsule,layer-bylayer self-assembly(LbL),surface micro processing of titanium and electrospinning.
    Dynamic Changes of Anti-Nutritional Factors in Common Beans on Different Growth Periods

    Lectin,saponins,phytic acid and trypsin inhibitor are main anti- nutritional factors in common beans. Dynamic changes of these anti-nutritional factors were studied by determining their levels in dwarf and trail common bean pods on 6 growth periods. The results showed that levels of lectin and trypsin inhibitors increased during the whole growth periods in both common bean varieties,reached the peak at 21-28 days. For lectin from 0. 35 mg/g to 0. 92 mg/g and from 0. 36 mg/g to 0. 54 mg/g,and for trypsin inhibitor from 0. 18 TIU/g to 5. 02 TIU/g and from 0. 50 TIU/g to 4. 68 TIU/g,in dwarf and trail common beans respectively. Levels of saponins and phytic acid showed a general downward trend,with the former decreased from 55. 21 mg/g to 18. 90 mg/g in dwarf common beans and from 43. 33 mg/g to 11. 79 mg/g in trail ones,and the latter from 15. 07 mg/g to 14. 33 mg/g in dwarf common beans and from 14. 57 mg/g to 12. 19 mg/g in trail ones. 14-21 days after blossom,both common beans were of appropriate ripeness and contained relatively lower anti-nutritional factors,and were fit for harvest. 28 days after blossom,both common beans were fully ripened with high levels of anti-nutritional factors,and needed thorough cooking before served.

    The Phaseolus vulgaris agglutinin(PHA)can be combined with the oligosaccharides specially,which plays an important role on the coagulation and insecticidal function. The leguminous plants lectin sequences were compared,the common bean sequences showed the highest similarity to the cowpea lectin sequences. The common bean lectin sequences in different regions were analyzed by ClustalX2.1 and Mega7.0,the similarity in the common bean lectin sequences was about 74% and the Chinese common bean lectin showed the high affinity with Malysia common bean lectin. The phylogenetic tree results showed the common bean lectin was originated from America and came into China through Southeast Asia(Malaysia),which is in accordance with the common bean history records.

    In this study,cowpea cultivars with purple flower were selected as female parent and white flower one as male parent,F1 hybrids were obtained by hybridization,F2 generation derived from selfcross of F1. Both the parents and F2 generation were used as the experimental material. During the cowpea blooming stage,field investigation was carried out on recording the flower color of the parents and their F2 offspring. In the field,the color of the F2 offspring showed purple flower(female type),white flower(male type)and light purple(middle type). With the χ2 test,the separation is consistent with the Mendelian inheritance law,and its genetic separation ratio is modified to 12∶ 3∶ 1. The hereditary pattern of cowpea corolla conforms to the genetic quality traits,and there may be a pair of non-allelic gene P and W . The P gene controls the formation of purple flower,the W gene controls white flower. As long as P gene exists,the white corolla controlled by W gene can not demonstrate,and vice versa. It is deduced that gene P covers up the performance of another non-allelic dominant gene W ,which is manifested as dominant epistatic effect. In this study,we explored the variation of thecowpea color trait and its inheritance characteristics in order to guide the breeding and production of legumes.

    Objective To compare the differences of endometrium transplantation at abdominal wall and intestinal loop on making endometriosis rat model,aimed to find a reliable method for endometriosisbased study. Methods 11 adult female SD rats were anesthetized by 10% chloral hydrate. Endometrium tissues were stitched to abdominal wall and mesentery with absorbable suture silk. Survival and growth of transplanted endometrium were checked four weeks later. Results The volume of grafts increased significantly,dark red or translucent vesicles indicated that the model was made successfully. 1 rat died within 1 week after surgery. 65% of grafts survived on the abdominal wall,which was significantly lower than transplanted on the mesentery(95%), P < 0. 05. There is no difference between the volume of endometrium on abdominal wall (35. 53 ± 22. 58)mm3 and mesentery (90. 29 ± 74. 93)mm3. Conclusion Endometrium transplanted to mesentery is beneficial for endometrium survival and growth,which can be used for endometriosis-based animal study.
    Optimization of Extraction Process for Shikimic Acid from Illicium Macranthum A. C. Smith with Central Composite Design and Response Surface Method

    Objective To study the optimal extraction conditions of shikimic acid from Illicium macranthum A. C. Smith. Methods With the yield of shikimic acid as index,the central composite design(CCD)experiment and the response surface methodology(RSM)were conducted to build a model between the factors and response value to optimize reflux extraction process. Results The optimum conditions were methanol concentration 25%,liquid-to-materia 15∶1(mL/g),soaking for 12 h,temperature 70 ℃ ,extracting 1 time,each time 1. 5 h. Under these conditions,the extraction capacity of shikimic acid was 92. 546 6 mg/g,bias between observed value and predicted values was less than 1%. Conclusion Optimum extraction process for shikimic acid from Illicium Macranthum with central composite design and response surface method is simple,reliable and highly predictive.

    Objective To compare the different extraction methods for anticoagulant active substances from two kinds of Pheretima to obtain the best method. Methods Six methods were applied to extract anticoagulant activity substance from two kinds of Pheretima ,including water decocting method,0. 9% NaCl solution decocting method,70% ethanol reflux extraction,water decocting after degreasing with petroleum ether,0. 9% NaCl solution decocting after degreasing with petroleum ether,70% ethanol reflux extraction after degreasing with petroleum ether,and detected the activity of the substance with thrombin titration method. Results With the Whitmania pigra as positive control group,after being compared with blank and negative control group,the results showed the extracts from two kinds of Pheretima expressed anticoagulant activity under the six extraction methods. Among these six methods,the anticoagulant activity extracted with 0. 9% NaCl solution decocting after degreasing with petroleum ether was strongest. Conclusion The anticoagulant activity of extracts from different kinds of Pheretima are associated with pre-treatment and extraction methods. The degreasing with petroleum ether is in favor of the extraction.
    Comparison of Microscope-Assisted Discectomy and Opening Fenestration Discectomy for Lumbar Disc Herniation with Meta-Analysis

    Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of microscopic and traditional nucleus pulposus discectomy for lumbar disc herniation with Meta- analysis. Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,SinoMed,CNKI and Wanfang Standards Database were searched. The retrieval date was till Jan. 2017. The results of microscopic discectomy were compared with those of traditional nucleus pulposus discectomy,with randomized controlled trial of lumbar disc herniation. The study strictly evaluated thequality of the methodology incorporated into the study and extracted the data,with software RevMan 5. 3. Results A total of 7 randomized controlled trials were included,2 in foreign language,5 in Chinese,918 in surgery,461 in microscopic group and 457 in the traditional group. According to the improved Jadad score,6 were high quality literatures,1 was low quality literature,and the bias risk assessment was moderate. The Meta analysis showed the incisons of microscopic group were smaller than those of traditional group( MD = -2. 16,95% CI(-2. 88,-1. 44), P < 0. 000 01< 0. 05). Microscopic group had less blood loss than that of traditional group( MD = -43. 65,95% CI(-52. 19,-35. 11),P < 0. 000 01< 0. 05). There was no significant difference of operation time between the two groups( P = 0. 92). The time of hospitalization in the microscopic group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group( MD = -2. 52,95% CI(-4. 35,-0. 69), P = 0. 007 < 0. 05). There was no significant difference of excellent rate between the two groups( P = 0. 76 > 0. 05). There was no significant difference of VAS score between the two groups( P = 0. 13 > 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional nucleus pulposus discectomy,the microscopic discectomy has the advantages of smaller incision,less intraoperative bleeding and shorter hospitalization time. It is worthy of clinical practice. However,there is no significant difference of the operation time,the excellent rate of postoperative improvement and the pain improvement. The surgeon can choose the surgical approach according to their own experience and the actual situation.
    Influence of Wuqinxi on Proprioceptive Sensation and Body Balance Function of Female Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

    Objective To study the effect of Wuqinxi on proprioception sensation and balance function of female patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods In Anhui Province,at the First People′s Hospital of Bozhou from January 2016 to January 2017,118 cases of female patients with knee osteoarthritis were chosen as the study object,according to the exercise therapy of Wuqinxi,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,59 patients in the control group were not given Wuqinxi exercise therapy,59 patients in the experimental group were given the treatment of Wuqinxi exercise and the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results After 1 months of treatment,in the experimental group,57 patients′ conditions were improved,50 patients′ conditions in the control group were improved. With the passing of time,in the experimental group,the arthritis index(WOMAC)scores were significantly better than those in the control′ group. For the patients in the experimental group after 3 months of treatment,the total number of attitude stability index(OSI)score,knee joint stability limit time(TCT)score and dynamic fall risk(DFI)score were significantly better than those in the control group,data of two groups of patients had difference with statistical significance( P < 0. 05).Conclusion For female patients with knee osteoarthritis,the Wuqinxi exercise therapy can effectively reduce the knee joint pain,swelling and other symptoms,improve knee balance function.
    Clinical Study of Palliative Gastrectomy Combined with Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastric Cancer

    Objective To investigate the clinic value of palliative gastrectomy combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer with complications. Methods From January 2010 to December 2014,a total of 42 patients who underwent palliative gastrectomy combined with modified DCF regime chemotherapy due to advanced gastric cancer with complications of pyloric obstruction or bleeding were chosen in the hospital. Each patient received at least 2 cycles of the treatment,and the efficacies and toxicities were evaluated after treatment. The long- term survivals were evaluated by following- up. Results 9 patients were performed palliative total gastrecomy and 33 patients were performed distal subgastrectomy,respectively. The patients received 3 to 11 cycles of modified DCF regime after surgery. The main adverse reactions were myelosuppression,alopecia and gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting. The median survival time was 14. 1 months. The 1-year and 3-year survival rates were 61. 1% and 20. 5%,respectively. Conclusion For advanced gastric cancer with complications such as pyloric obstruction and bleeding,the palliative gastrectomy combined with modified DCF regime chemotherapy are efficacious,the toxicities and adverse reactions are tolerable.

    To meet the running status data need for fault diagnosis of marine electric equipment,a kind of running status data recorder of marine electric equipment was designed. The electrical equipment record circuit was analyzed;the data collection circuit,time reference circuit,SD card storage circuit and corresponding software were designed. The monitoring on analog quantity,switch quantity and environmental parameters for electric equipment running was realized. Time tag and realtime storage of collected data were achieved. With the software developed,the stored data could intuitively reflect the equipment running status. The experimental results showed the availability and feasibility of the running status monitoring recorder of electrical equipment.

    In the process control of modern technics,the industry requires visualization,intellectualization and networking of the process,so that it can timely analyse and judge the running status of the equipment in accordance with the real-time running parameters. The author analyzed the typical failure of ion nitriding furnace,via both hardware and software to implement the ion nitriding furnace fault diagnosis system. The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of ion nitriding furnace was constructed with QTouch configuration technology,programmable controller technology and sensor technology. The experimental results showed that the system could detect the state of the entire nitriding process system,completed the system fault information diagnosi,alarm,prompt and other functions.

    The theoretical analysis was proposed for the optical filter realized by combination of microring resonator and cross information channel. The transfer functions of drop port and output port were derived with the signal flow graph method,the influences of coupling coefficient on output spectrum were analysed with simulation. The simulation results showed that the drop port could obtain rectangular waves approximating flat top and steep edge through optimizing the coupling coefficient. The numerical calculation showed that the filter had good filtering performance,the quality factor could reach 103 order,the fineness was up to 4. 75 and the extinction ratio was 68 dB. This device can be used as wavelength- selective filter in dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) system ,also this structure can be cascaded to design wavelength division multiplexers. With thermal-optical property of SOI,and heating micro-ring resonator,we found that the output spectrum of drop port showed rightward shift and achieved the filter′s tunability.
