The author established a solid phase extraction - high performance liquid chromatography(SPE- HPLC)method to determinate concentrations of ofloxacin,tetracycline,sulfamethoxazole in water. The samples were enriched with solid phase extraction column,after being eluted with ultrapure water - acetonitrile(75∶25,volume ratio),the samples were determinated with high performance liquid chromatography - ultraviolet detector. In the conditions of detection wavelength λ = 274 nm,column temperature 30 ℃,mobile phase as acetonitrile - phosphoric acid aqueous solution(50∶50,volume ratio),the author used a gradient elution program to achieve the baseline separation of three kinds tested components. Linear range of ofloxacin was 0. 25~2 μg/mL,tetracycline was 0. 4~ 2 μg/mL,sulfamethoxazole was 0. 04~2 μg/mL. Blank spiked recoveries were 82. 32% ~94. 86% .Detection limits of ofloxacin,tetracycline,sulfamethoxazole were 0. 04,0. 25,0. 01 μg/mL respectively, quantitation limits were 0. 25,0. 40,0. 04 μg/mL,respectively. This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and efficient to meet the needs of practical work.

To investigate the effects of exogenous cinnamic acid on reactive oxyen metabolism in cucumber leaves under low light stess , cucumber seedlings( Cucumis sativus cv. This paper provides a brief review on cellular and molecular mechanism of microglia involving opiates addiction,also introduces prevention and cure of neuro-immuno suppressive agent on opiates addiction. Opiates addiction brings serious medical and social problems. Most researchers concentrate on opiates′ effects on neurons. Current rehabilitation medicines acting on opioid receptor of neurons have limited efficacy. Neurons are not the only components in central nervous system(CNS).Although accounting for 10% -15% of CNS cell,the function of microglia has been neglected. Opioid stimulates Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),which induces microglia activation and inflammatory factors production. As a result,reward signaling pathway is regulated to increase neuron excitability,leading to drug dependence and addiction. The neuromodulatory properties of the immune factors,together with their essential role in neuroinflammation,provide a new framework to understand how neuroimmune system mediates brain function and addiction behaviors.

Objective
To compare changes of platelet parameters in patients with acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy who have been treated with ticagrelor and clopidogrel.
Methods
The authors have chosen 65 cases of patients with acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy within 24 hours in Wuhan No. 1 Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016,who were randomly divided into ticagrelor group and clopidogrel group. Changes of platelet parameters were then evaluated before treatment,7 days and 3 months after treatment,including PLT(platelet count ),PCT(platelet hematocrit),PDW(platelet distribution width) and MPV(mean platelet volume).
Results
PDW increased both in clopidogrel group and ticagrelor group 7 days and 90 days after treatment,the growths were 5% and 2%,respectively. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Rates of bleeding events or other adverse reactions,PLT,PDW,PCT and MPV of the two groups showed no significant difference( P > 0. 05).
Conclusion
Compared with clopidogrel,ticagrelor increases platelet width with low amplitude,thereby has better effect on anti- activation and anti- aggregation of platelet,and do not increase bleeding and otheradverse events,it is expected to become the first- line drugs instead of clopidogrel on platelet aggregation.

Objective
To observe the prevention effect on laryngeal edema after tracheal extubation with budesonide nebulization inhalation.
Methods
The research chose patients taken tracheal intubation and tracheal extubation from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 in emergency care unit of the Central Hospital of Wuhan,and randomly divided the patients into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with budesonide nebulization inhalation after tracheal extubation while the control group was treated with normal saline nebulization inhalation,the indexes of dyspnea incidence,blood oxygen saturation(SpO
2
),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO
2
),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO
2
)and respiratory rate(RR)were observed.
Results
30 min after nebulization inhalation,compared with the control group,the indexes of experimental group of PaO
2
and SpO
2
increased,the differences were statistic significant( P < 0. 05),the indexes of PaCO
2
and RR had no obvious change. 60 min after nebulization inhalation, in the experimental group, the PaCO
2
significantly decreased, the SpO
2
significantly increased, the RR significantly fell down, thedifferences were statistic significant( P < 0. 05);the PaO
2
had no obvious change. The incidence of laryngeal edema in experimental group was obvious lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05).
Conclusion
Budesonide nebulization inhalation after tracheal extubation can effectively improve oxygenation and reduce laryngeal edema,it is worthy to popularize.

Taking Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities as object,this paper analyzed the incidence rate,incidence occasion,injury site and cause of sports injury in male and female students. The results showed:the injury occasion was highest in outdoor activity; the injury happened quite often in basketball,football,track and field,gymnastics,taekwondo; the injury sites were quite often at ankle,thigh ligament,knuckle,wrist joint,waist,shoulder and elbow. Based on the investigation results,the author suggests that the protective measures should be strengthened,the knowledge of injury prevention should be explained,the basic skill should be strengthened,and the self-protection consciousness and measures should be improved.

Objective
To analyze the errors in the sealed medical records,and to explore the reasonable and legal management measures for the medical records.
Methods
62 sealed medical records from September 2006 to September 2016 were statistically analyzed and classified for the year of occurrence,involving departments and so on,combined with the results of medical disputes to analyze the qualities and problems in medical records.
Results
Disputes records with negotiated settlement were 30 cases,accounted for 48. 4%;disputes records with judicial and medical identification judgment were 15 cases,accounted for 24. 2%;disputes records with medical mistakes were 38 cases,accounted for 61. 3%;records with hospital full responsibility were 8 cases,accounted for 12. 9% ,the majority of these medical records were in depatments of orthopedics,obstetrics and gynecology,general surgery.
Conclusion
Medical staffs need to strengthen the ability of medical record writing and communication between doctors and patients,in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.

ROCCH theory is mainly used to solve the performance evaluation of two-classifier which are cost sensitive,how to effectively extend it to multi class evaluation is the difficulty for research. With binary-tree and vertical average method,a new cost-sensitive three-classifier evaluation method B-ROCCH was made up. B-ROCCH method was used to transform three-classification problems into two-classification problems with the idea of binary-tree,three types of ROC curves were plotted with the vertical average method,then combinated with the ROCCH thoughts,to determine the potential best classifier and the best classifier in the three-classification problems. The method was implemented on the MBNC platform,the experimental data were compared with the B-AUC evaluation method,the results prove that the B-ROCCH method is feasible,more distinguishable and faster.

The characteristics of logistics distribution under the B2C e-commerce modes were analyzed,the vehicle routing problem with time windows under the consideration of carbon emissions was described,a routing optimization model with time window was built up. The integration of GIS technology and Tabu-search algorithm was applied to solve the model. The logistics distribution routing optimization system under the B2C e-commerce modes was developed. A preliminary application study of the system was carried out on the logistics distribution data from an e-commerce enterprise in Xiamen. The results showed:there was still large space for carbon emissions improvement in the arrangement of traditional distribution routes;the integration of GIS technology and Tabu-search algorithm not only realized the better decision making of distribution routing optimization,but also provided assistant analysis to the decision makers.
