    Preparation and Properties of Phosphorous-Containing Polyimides with Imidazole

    Bis(4-aminophenyl)-9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-phosphoryl ethane(ADOPPE)and 2-(3-amino phenyl)-5-amino benzene imidazole(i-DAPBI)as the diamine starting materials,were introduced into the dianhydride 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diphthalic anhydride(6FDA),3,3′ ,4,4′- biphenyltetracarboxylic di- anhydride (BPDA),3,3′ ,4,4′- benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)with various ratios of amount of substance via twostep polycondensation to obtain several different series of polyamic acids (PAAs), and the corresponding phosphorous- containing polyimides with imidazole(PI) were prepared by thermally imidization. The structure of polyimides was characterized with FTIR. The comprehensive performances were compared with DSC,TGA,UV-Vis,solubility test and mechanical property test. The results showed that the synthesized PI films had excellent thermal properties,high light transmittance and good mechanical properties,and the PI-a series could be dissolved in organic solvents well.

    In this paper,the polyaniline(PANI)nanosheet was successfully synthesized with PMMAOH as template. The thermal performance,fluorescence property and electrochemical property were also studied. The experimental results showed that the prepared PANI nanosheet had good thermal stability and good fluorescence property in ultraviolet band. Especially,the Faraday capacitance can be obtained when PANI nanosheet acts as an electrode. Therefore,the prepared PANI nanosheet can be used in the polymer solar cells and supercapacitor.

    Cuprous oxide mircocrystals were synthesized with a simple liquid membrane- reaction method. The effects of the reaction conditions such as reductant species,concentration of reactants across the membrane and reaction temperature on the size,morphology and crystal structure of Cu2O were explored with XRD and SEM. With reactive brilliant red X-3B(X-3B)as a model pollutant,the adsorption and visible- light photocatalytic decolorization performances of prepared Cu2O were investigated. The results showed that Cu2O mircocrystals prepared with liquid membrane- reaction method were octahedral structure with rough surface when glucose was used as a reducing agent,initial concentration ratio of copper ion and sodium hydroxide was 1∶3 and the reduction temperature was 50 ℃ ,meanwhile they had good adsorption and visible- light photocatalytic properties,and the photocatalytic decolorization rate of X-3B was up to 70%.

    The laser ranging system based on infrared laser and digital monocular camera was investigated. This system mainly performed the location information processing on the laser spot image collected by laser triangulation method in order to acquire the range information. The experimental results showed that the measurement of the ranging system could detected the distance varied from 2 - 100 cm,and it could measure both the distance and the size of the object,with a measurement accuracy reaching millimeter level.

    Aimed at the situation of the poor control effect of the traditional PID used in the multiplexed output converter,the design and simulation of the system were proposed by introducing the fuzzy control into the PID control strategy. In this paper,taking two-transistor forward converter for example,PID controller and fuzzy PID controller were designed,the system model was created in MATLAB and the corresponding simulation was carried out. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy PID control was better than the traditional PID control system,and got better steady-state and dynamic effects. The fuzzy control rules were used for the parameter tuning of PID,it had good control performance and strong robustness to the control of switching converters.

    Based on the geological hazard investigation of a dangerous section of transmission line tower,and combined with the literature,the parameters which evaluate the stability of dangerous section of the tower were determined. The safety mining depth was obtained by calculating the comprehensive effect of the thickness of coal seam mining. The probability integral method and empirical formula method were adopted to predict the location of the tower surface movement and deformation,the stability analyses and evaluations were conducted for a dangerous tower by statistical approach in accordance with relevant regulations,then the treatment measures were put forward. The methods suggested in this paper were proved to be good,and can provide references for similar projects.

    Two kinds of maize seeds were treated by different salinity,and the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of maize were studied. The results showed that,different salinity density had different inhibition effects on the germination rate,plant height,fresh weight,the length of leaf, chlorophyll content and MDA content, different maize had different response. From the indicators,when the salinity density was above 30 mmol/L,the both kinds of maize showed negative growth effect compared with the control,which suggested that the both kinds of maize were not resistant to salt,but under the same salinity concentration,the salt damage degree of Huatian corn was less than that of NO.3 Xiyu,which showed NO. 3 Xiyu was more sensitive to salt stress.

    In this paper,we discuss the effects on microscopic observation for cytoskeleton from the following five aspects:different experimental materials,type of extractive agent,extraction time,concentration of extractive agent Triton X-100 and fixation time of glutaraldehyde. The results show that:green Chinese onion,shallot,leek can substitute onion as cytoskeleton materials. When leek is used as cytoskeleton materials,the effect of 1%Triton X- 100 extraction for hybridprotein with the extraction time within 25-30 min is better;the concentration of extractive agent Triton X-100 within 1%-3% is better;the fixation time of glutaraldehyde within 15 - 25 min is better.

    Objective To study the abnormal rate and influential factors of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)results in university freshmen. Methods The author conducted physical examination for 4 393 university students enrolled in 2015,also calculated their serum ALT abnormal rate and revealed its influential factors. Results The gross abnormal detection rate was 6. 65%,which was 11. 06% for men and 2. 78% for women,respectively. The former was substantially higher than latter ( χ2 =120. 801,P < 0. 01). The abnormal detection rate was 6. 08% for local students and 8. 62% for students from other provinces. In other words,the former was apparently lower than the latter( χ2 = 7. 982,P < 0. 01).According to the analysis results,the most prominent contributing factor was obesity(56. 51%),which was followed by hyperuricemia(44. 18% ). The third factor was the HBsAg- positive(10. 62% ).Conclusion The ALT abnormal rate is related to gender,body mass index,area of origin students,hyperuricemia and hepatitis B infection.
    Determination of Phenytoin Sodium in Serum with SPE-HPLC and Its Clinical Application

    Objective To establish a method for the determination of phenytoin sodium in serum to assist rational administration in clinic. Methods Serum samples were extracted with solid phase extraction(SPE),and phenytoin sodium was detected with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The separation was performed on a Venusil C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol∶water(50∶50) at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min. The eluent was monitored at 230 nm. Results The method showed a good specificity between analyte and matrix. A good linearity of phenytoin sodium was observed over the concentration range of 2. 84-181. 80 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 4. The limits of detection(LOD)was 0. 6 μg/mL. The mean recovery of phenytoin sodium in quality control(QC) samples at concentrations of 2. 84,22. 70,181. 80μg/mL were between 92. 7%-96. 2%,intra-and inter- day precision RSD were both less than 10%( n =5 ). Conclusion The proposed method is specific,accurate and sensitive. The results indicate that the method is satisfactorily applied to detect the serum phenytoin sodium concentrations,and to perform related pharmacokinetics studies.

    Objective To discuss the distinguish method for huge pulmonary bulla and spontaneous pneumothorax with diagnosis and treatment of one case of huge pulmonary bulla. Methods This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and treatment process of one case of huge pulmonary bulla in Dec. 2016 at respiratory department of the People′s Hospital of Jiangxia District ,Wuhan City. Results The case of huge pulmonary bulla appeared dyspnea,cough and hypoxemia after onset of the disease,the chest CT room emergently reported left pneumothorax. After surgery consultation,the doctor did not immediately carry out chest closed drainage. After reading of CT,it was considered that the photic zone was caused by tissue compression of huge pulmonary bulla and it was not spontaneous pneumothorax. The dyspnea was considered by acute attack of bronchial asthma. Conclusion In huge pulmonary bulla with pulmonary infection,it very easy appears chest distress,shortness of breath and other lung symptoms,and the huge pulmonary bulla is difficultly distinguished with pneumothorax,it may be cause misdiagnosis. The diagnosis of huge pulmonary bulla needs experience,reading of literature and knowledge of differential diagnosis.

    Objective To explore the effect of evidence- based nursing in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP). Methods Random sampling was used to recruit 60 patients underwent mechanical ventilation in respiratory department from January to March,2016. 32 patients were divided into trial group with evidence- based nursing and 28 into control group with routine nursing care. Intervention measures mainly included semi-recumbent position(raising the head of bed to 30° - 45°),postpyloric nutrition,and removal of subglottic secretions when necessary. Results The incidence and mortality of VAP were lower in the trial group than those in the control group. Conclusion Evidencebased nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of VAP and improve the quality of nursing.

    For solving the problems of difficulty and low-precision of calibration in traditional method,this paper proposed an eight-points calibration method based on six DOF robot to process the curved surface spares with rotating characteristics. The method utilized the feature of rotating,accurately located the origin point of coordinate frame of spares,and thus improved the precision. With the real example,this paper illustrates that the method can calibrate the coordinate frame of the spare parts with rotating characteristics. This calibration method can improve the matching precision of spare parts coordinate frame and robot coordinate frame.

    Based on college teaching platform of infrared tracing car,to improve the anti-interference of the tracing car for faster and more stable tracing motion. On the basis of traditional circuit board of infrared tracing car,through addition of stringing and connection chip 74HC595 and multiplexer 54VHC4051,the experiment realized the time scanning and A/D sampling of tracing tube,and transfered the traditional hard threshold binarization into soft threshold quantization method,also realized the adjustment of position offset of the car based on PID algorithm. The comparison experiment showed that the new control strategied improved the space adaptability and appeared more stable for curve tracing.

    Fluid distribution in the inlet chamber of tube - shell heat exchanger plays a very important role for the heat transfer efficiency and the leaks of tube and tube sheet joint. In this paper,the distribution of flow field and pressure field in the inlet chamber were simulated with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)for different chamber diameter and different number of tube passes under different inlet flow. The simulation results clearly showed fluid flow field and pressure distribution,it is useful for finding out the reasons of the joint leaks of tube and tube sheet,also the reasons of low heat transfer intensities in different regions. The ways to improve the flow field and pressure field distribution of chamber were put forward,they have important theory and application value for engineering practice.

    This paper used the Delphi method to classify and summarize the factors influencing the management of commercial fitness clubs,constructed the influence factor system,used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct the judgement matrix and determine the indexes weight. The results showed that the influencing factors on commercial fitness club management included four first level indexes,among which the weight of the fitness product was the biggest,among 20 second level indexes,the technical level of the fitness coach had the highest weights. Some suggestions were proposed based on these analysis.

    Based on perceived service quality model and post-purchase behavior theory,this paper constructed the behavior path of public sports stadiums service,with quantitative analysis method to discuss the relationship between perceived service quality and post purchase behavior. The results showed that:the service products had a positive impact on positive post purchase behavior and negative post purchase behavior,whether the supply of products met the needs of sporters was the main reason;the service delivery had a positive effect on the positive post purchase behavior,and had negative effect on the negative post purchase behavior;the service environment,especially the atmosphere,had a significant impact on the positive post purchase behavior.
