    Electrode configuration is the key component of electrostatic precipitation,and the V-I characteristics of electrode are often used as important parameters to analyze and evaluate corona discharge characteristic,power performance and ESP operation. The influence of corona wire diameter,positive and negative polarity,gas velocity and relative humidity had been studied under no- load conditions of a wire-net electrostatic precipitation. The results showed the diameter of corona wire and corona polarity had a great effect on corona current;under condition of the high voltage and large gas velocity,gas velocity had an influence on V-I characteristics;relative humidity had a great impact on the breakdown voltage,and there was little effect on inception voltage before reaching unsaturated air.

    The mass concentration of fine particulate matter(PM2.5)was measured during haze days in winter in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (WEDZ). Meanwhile,the four water-soluble anions and the inorganic elements in PM2.5 were detected and analyzed with IC and XRF methods. The results showed that during the measuring period,the concentration of PM2.5 in the targeted area ranged from 26. 00 to 321. 28 μg/m3. The average concentration was 158. 78 μg/m3,,which was much higher than the 24 h mean value(75 μg/m3)in Nation Ambient Air Quality Standard issued by Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People′s Republic of China. In fine particulate matter,the concentration of the four anions followed the order of NO3- > SO42- > F- > Cl-,they accounted for 36. 85% of PM2.5. The 13 inorganic elements accounted for 25. 08% of PM2.5. Therefore,water-soluble anions were major components of PM2.5. The mean ratio of NO3- and SO42- was 1. 22,and the correlation coefficient of the above anions was as high as 0. 957 1,which showed that there exists high homology between NO3- and SO42-. This phenomenon also indicated that the main contribution of PM2.5 in WEDZ was mobile source,rather than stationary source. Besides,the enrichment factors(EF)of Ti,Cr, Ni,Zn,As were all higher than 10,and the EF of Ni was even above 1 000. The correlation coefficients of Fe and Ni and of Fe and Cr were 0. 833 and 0. 846,respectively. The above results indicated that Ti,Cr,Zn,As and Ni mainly originated from the anthropogenic sources.

    The vehicle emission has serious impact on the environment and human beings with rapid growth of motor vehicles quantity. This study used the domestic and foreign research achievements,with annual vehicle kilometers of travel,quantity of vehicles and emission factor,to calculate and analyze CO emission from vehicles in Xiamen. The results showed that the CO emission of vehicles was gradually decreased,but compared with the growth rate of motor vehicle population,the reducing speed was relatively slower. Under different emission standards,the same type vehicles CO emission from GBⅢ was the most,as 35%,followed by GBⅡ as 25%. When the emission standards were the same,light bus exhausted CO the most as more than 46%,and light truck followed as 34%. According to the result of predicting,effective precautionary measures can slow down the CO emission from vehicles.

    This study on ecosystem services of Liangzi Lake Golf Course were evaluated by market valuation method,shadow engineering method and product cost method. There were five indirect values selected,such as CO2 fixation and O2 release,water holding,soil conservation,air quality improvement and biodiversity maintenance. The results showed that the total indirect ecological value of Liangzi Lake golf course was estimated up to 772. 32 × 104 yuan(RMB),including the CO2 fixation and O2 release of 178. 38 × 104 yuan(RMB),water holding of 23. 34 × 104 yuan(RMB),soil conservation of 510. 19 × 104 yuan(RMB),air quality improvement of 6. 29 × 104 yuan(RMB)and biodiversity conservation of 54. 12×104 yuan(RMB). While the soil conservation accounted for 66. 06%,CO2 fixation and O2 release accounted for 23. 10%,the others were below 10%. The results indicated that golf courses as a special open green spaces played a vital role in water holding and urban living environment improvement.

    Using the actual data of 2003-2013 in Shaanxi Province and the related theory of multiple linear regression model,and the main four explanatory variables including fiscal revenue,fiscal expenditure,tax and non-tax revenue were chosen to study the influence factors on private employment in Shaanxi Province. The empirical results showed:private employment was evidently affected by the financial income in Shaanxi province. Based on the above conclusions,the last part of the paper gave the relevant policy and suggestions.

    Metallographic microscopic analysis experiment is one of the required courses of mechanical and material engineering in colleges and universities. In order to solve the problems such as the lack of map recognition, the experimental environment and so on,the paper presents a metallographic interactive experimental platform based on LAN and image recognition technology. The platform uses C/S software structure and Visual C# for programming,which is divided into teachers client and students client. Students client can distinguish the metallographic structure and the relative percentage content under metallurgical microscope by image recognition technology,then the metallographic analysis experiment can be automatically generated. Throughout the course of the experiment,students can ask questions through the LAN. Teachers client can view software interface of students client for providing advice timely and efficiently. Metallographic atlas of experiment report submitted successfully can provide data support for the development of metallography.

    On the basis of analyzing the existing model of saliency detection,the author considers calculating significant values of color image with the method of combination of histogram and region contrast in this paper. Firstly,we get the saliency image of the original color image based on color histogram. Then we use the clustering method to segment the input image into different regions,calculate the similarities between the regions and weight the similarities with the Euclidean distance of regional center. In this way,we obtain the another saliency image of the original color image. Finally,two weights with sum of one are reassigned to the two saliency images,and add them,we obtain the final saliency image. The results show the significant regions with the proposed method are relatively consistent with the effects of human visual system.

    The sample was obtained from the Triangle Lake,and then was screened with the oil culture medium. The gram staining result showed the stain was gram positive bacillus and the 16SrDNA sequences showed the bacillus was Bacillus cereus ,it was further confirmed by physiological and biochemicaltests. The determination of growing curve showed its growing pattern was closed to E. Coli. The lipolytic activity of the lipase was tested by different types of oil culture medium,and the results indicated that the lipase showed different decomposition efficiency and from high to low were in lard,olive oil,peanut oil and butter.

    The species,distribution and quantity of wild Cerasus ornamental resources in Liujiashan area were investigated. The results showed that:There were 5 species of wild Cerasus in Liujiashan area, including Cerasus discoidea , Cerasus conradinae , Cerasus pilosiuscula , Cerasus dieisiana and Cerasus scopulorum ;wild Cerasus resources covered an area of 20 hectares and mainly distributed at an altitude of 570 -720 m soil barren hillside,valleys and cliffs. The area is rich in reserve resources of wild Cerasus with the number of over 100 thousands. The ornamental characteristics of wild Cerasus are abundant,the blooming period is from mid March to early April,the fruit period lasts on May while autumn-leaf period lasts from late September to October. It is suggested to enhance the protection of wild Cerasus resources to promote their natural regeneration;domestication,breeding and propagation of wild Cerasus of high ornamental values are also suggested to promote their applications in city landscape.

    Objective To construct the recombination human pramlintide prokaryotic expression vector and induce the expression of pramlintide in E. coli . Methods The human nature pramlintide gene whose genetic codon mutated to prokaryotic preference codon were chemically synthesized. The gene was inserted into pET-39b+ expression vector with double enzyme( KpnI、HindIII )digest to construct the recombination plasmid pET-39b+[Pramlintide],and then,the recombination plasmid was transferred into E. coli BL21 to construct high expression genetic engineering bacteria of pramlintide which was inducted with isopropyl β-D-thiogalactoside(IPTG). Results Pramlintide was inserted in plasmid at correct site,and gene sequencing indicated that the sequence of pramlintide was the same as exspected. Upon induction with 0. 1 mmol/L IPTG for 3 hours,the recombination protein was expressed in E. coli BL21 cells at 37 ℃ ,The expression of pramlintide reached the highest level and large amounts of recombination protein accumulated in cytoplasm. Conclusion The expression vector pET- 39b + [Pramlintide] was successfully constructed. Upon induction with IPTG,large amounts of recombination protein accumulated in E. coli BL21 cells. It will establish a foundation for producing large amounts of pramlintide in the future.

    Pheretima is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine,it has been used for thousands of years in our country. Modern research discovered that Pheretima contain a variety of active components,which had many pharmacological effects,such as fibrinolysis,anticoagulation,etc. This article described the major constituents, the purification and the content determination of Pheretima anticoagulant active components,to provide a reference for the further study. Although the resources of Pheretima is rich and easy to get, the molecular size, the structure, the toxicity and the physicochemical properties of its anticoagulant active components are lack of further study. Studies of the molecular size and the structure of its anticoagulant active components can provide a solid foundation for the development of its further application.

    Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasonography in gastrointestinal neoplasms. Methods 30 cases of gastrointestinal tumors were diagnosed by operation or biopsy in Xiangzhou Peoples′s Hospital. The clinical and ultrasonographic data were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 30 patients were diagnosed,there were 3 cases of gastric lymphoma,4 cases of small intestinal leiomyosarcoma,3 cases of gastric leiomyosarcoma,7 cases of colorectal malignant stromal tumor,13 cases of gastric colonic adenocarcinoma,color Doppler ultrasound and qualitative diagnostic accuracy were 93. 3% . Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is useful for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms. It is easy to operate,has less pain and high diagnostic accuracy. It is worthy to be widely used in clinic.
