Abstract: The sample was obtained from the Triangle Lake，and then was screened with the oil culture medium. The gram staining result showed the stain was gram positive bacillus and the 16SrDNA sequences showed the bacillus was Bacillus cereus ，it was further confirmed by physiological and biochemicaltests. The determination of growing curve showed its growing pattern was closed to E. Coli. The lipolytic activity of the lipase was tested by different types of oil culture medium，and the results indicated that the lipase showed different decomposition efficiency and from high to low were in lard，olive oil，peanut oil and butter.
