Abstract: The genetic algorithm was designed to calculate the number of alleles，and the data were statistically analyzed by MATLAB. Then，the pathogenic sites and genes were determined by the significance analysis and one-way ANOVA. The relationship between genetic traits and loci were further explored by one-way ANOVA and chi-square test according to the actual situation.
