Abstract: By analyzing the correlation between PM_{2. 5} and SO₂, NO₂, CO,O₃ concentration in Wuhan，it was obtained that there was a positive correlation between PM_{2. 5} and SO₂, NO₂ ,CO ，and negative correlation between PM_{2. 5} and O₃，the writer explained the reason of these correlations. The uppertail correlation coefficients of PM_{2. 5} and SO₂, NO₂，CO were estimated. The results showed that the rapid increase of SO₂，NO₂ ，CO and O₃ concentration had a great influence on the concentration of PM_{2. 5} . Finally，the writer put forward some suggestions on the treatment of PM_{2. 5} in Wuhan City.
