Abstract: This study aimed to explore whether children′ s interesting field and track sports are superior to traditional physical education in terms of their impacts on students′ physical qualities. The author selected the grade three pupils of four classes of Nanmen Primary School in Zhenghe County Fujian Province as the research objects. Through experimental research and data comparison，the following conclusions were drawn：after the children′s fun field and track course，experimental group had very significant improvement in the projects of 30 seconds rope skipping，25 meters round-trip， standing long jump and single-leg jump，which indicating children′s fun field and track can develop children′ s physical ability to a certain extent，especially in children′ s lower limb explosiveness，balance and systemic coordination.
