Abstract: In this paper,the effects of ion species on material properties were investigated by ion doping modification of lithium titanate doped Al3+,Zr4+ and AlF3 prepared with high temperature solid phase method in laboratory. The structure and electrochemical properties of the four materials were characterized by methods of XRD,galvanostatic charge- discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance. The results showed that the doping of three ions could improve the electrochemical performance of lithium titanate materials. The performance of AlF3 doping was the best,the specific capacity was increased by more than three times and the specific capacity was not significantly attenuated after 200 cycles. The capacity retention rate was above 95%.
