    Proline(Pro) accumulation is an essential metabolic adaptation mechanism of plants under biological and abiotic stress. Its primary function is to act as an osmotic regulatory substance,maintain the osmotic balance inside and outside the cell,and enhance plant stress resistance. It also plays a vital role in free radical scavenging,reducing cellular acidity,and acting as a metal-chelating agent. This paper mainly reviewed the synthesis and degradation of proline,the research status of crucial enzyme genes,biological function,physiological toxicity,ion homeostasis,mechanism of action,and its performance of stress resistance in plants,etc.,to comprehensively understand the research status of proline and provide a reference for its research on plant stress resistance.

    At present,it is one of the most effective ways to prepare silicon-carbon composite anode materials by compositing the silicon materials with high specific capacity and the carbon materials with stability. Among the many preparation processes of silicon-carbon composite anode materials,the silicon-carbon composite anode prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) has the advantages of high charging/discharging efficiency,good cycle stability,facile process,and is suitable for mass production. This paper summarized the research progress of preparing silicon-carbon composite anode materials by chemical vapor deposition. From the perspective of silicon-carbon composites structure,such as coreshell structure, yolk-shell structure, porous structure, and embedded structure, the structural design and battery performance of different types of silicon-carbon composite anode materials were introduced, and their advantages and existing the problem were discussed. Finally,the application of silicon-carbon composite anode materials prepared by CVD was summarized,and we prospected the future of industrialization of silicon-carbon composite anode materials.

    Research on Adaptive Trajectory Tracking Control Strategy for Unmanned Surface Vehicle

    An adaptive trajectory tracking control strategy was proposed to address the problems of speed loss caused by rudder maneuvering and tracking error becoming larger due to steering during the unmanned surface vehicle trajectory tracking. In the guidance loop, the admittance circle radius of the track points was adjusted according to the angle between the track segments based on the adaptive admittance circle strategy,and the adaptive line of sight(LOS)guidance law was designed to improve the tracking accuracy of the unmanned surface vehicle when steering. In the control loop,the decoupling control strategy of heading and speed based on model predictive control(MPC)was proposed,which first considered the coupling term of the heading model and speed model as a time-varying disturbance and proposed a new time delay estimation method,then predicted it by the heading controller, and finally compensated for the time-varying disturbance in the speed controller to reduce the speed loss. After that,the feasibility of the algorithm was verified by the MATLAB simulation platform. The experimental results showed that the proposed adaptive trajectory tracking control strategy had higher tracking accuracy,faster convergence speed,better anti-interference capability,and less energy consumption.

    Objective To analyze the mechanism and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound preparation in treating obesity based on bioinformatics and efficacy study in vitro and provide the basis for the innovative application of commonly used TCM. Methods The active components and targets of TCM compound preparations were obtained by TCMSP. We screened the differential gene chip data by the GEO database to map the volcano. Cytoscape3.8.0 was used to construct the differential gene target map of TCM active ingredients and obesity,create a protein interaction network,and conduct an enrichment analysis of the GO and KEGG pathways. Finally ,MTT and Annexin V-FTIC/PI flow cytometry were used to verify cell survival and apoptotic effect. Results A total of 204 active ingredients were obtained in TCM compound preparation for treating obesity,and the main components were quercetin,kaempferol,luteolin,baicalein,etc. There were 28 obesity-related differential genes,and the PPI topological network of the differential genes was constructed. The GO and KEGG pathway was involved in the pathways related to insulin,hormone,lipid,and glucose metabolism. MTT confirmed that the drug had a significant concentration-time dependence on the preadipocytes of 3T3-L1 mice,and the IC50 value at 72 h was 2. 395 mg/mL. Moreover,it can induce the early apoptosis of preadipocytes. Conclusion This study provides important molecular targets,pathways,and mechanisms of action of TCM compound preparations in treating obesity through pharmacodynamics study in vitro,providing a basis for the clinical application of TCM.

    Resistant Detection of Echinochloa Crus-galli from Rice Fields to Penoxsulam in Anhui Province

    In order to detect the resistance level of Echinochloa crus-galli(E. crus-galli) from rice fields to penoxsulam in Anhui province and its distribution,whole-plant bioassay experiments were conducted to evaluate the resistance level of 40 populations of E. crusgalli from rice fields in different areas of Anhui province. Additionally,the resistant biotype with the highest resistance level was tested for sensitivity to 15 herbicides. The results showed that E. crus-galli in Anhui rice fields had varying degrees of resistance to penoxsulam. Among the tested samples,20 resistant populations accounted for 50% of the total number,including 13 medium and high-resistant populations accounted for 31. 5% of the total number. The resistance levels of E. crus-galli cwere much higher in the plain area along the Yangtze River and the Jianghuai hilly region,followed by a mountainous area of southern Anhui. In contrast,the resistance levels in plain regions in Huaibei Plain and Dabie Mountains were much lower. The resistant population R was resistant to metazosulfuron, bispyribac-sodium,quinclorac,cyhalofop-butyl,tripyrasulfone,sensitivity to pyraclonil, oxadiazon,thiobencarb,anilofos,and metamifop was lower. At the same time,it was sensitive to pretilachlor,butachlor,pendimethalin,butralin,and propanil.

    We obtained one novel garlic lectin gene with designed primers according to the sequence of Allium sativum agglutinin published in NCBI. The Chinese garlic bulb lectin gene,ASA-C,was cloned from RNAs by RT-PCR experiment. The entire length of the ASA-C was 546 bp containing a 471 bp ORF,which encoded 156 amino acids. The bioinformatics analysis of ASA-C was conducted by the website and analysis software. The results showed that the ASA-C was highly homology with the published garlic lectin ASAⅡ. It was speculated that there was a typical trans-membrane,one peptide biomarker,at the N-terminal domain. The sequence analysis showed three conserved motifs(Q-D-N-V-Y) for mannose-binding. The multiple sequence alignment and evolutionary analysis showed that the garlic lectin protein was highly conserved,which laid the fundation for the further development and utilization of the fundation of garlic lectin protein.

    Liver disease has become an important factor affecting human health and quality of life today,and it is also a major challenge in the field of global health,which needs to be paid enough attention to. The further development of liver fibrosis may lead to severe liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. Although many scientific studies have shown that liver fibrosis is reversible in the early stage,this process is very slow,even extremely impossible under the influence of complications. Therefore,it is of great significance to study its pathogenesis deeply and search for effective drugs for treating liver fibrosis actively. The causes of liver fibrosis mainly include chronic viral hepatitis,alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,cholestasis,parasitic diseases,and autoimmune diseases. At present,the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis has not been understood completely. Its key link is the activation of hepatic stellate cells, which are further transformed into myofibroblasts. It is characterized by excessive proliferation and abnormal deposition of a large amount of extracellular matrix,resulting in the destruction of liver structure and the formation of pseudolobules. Meanwhile,it is accompanied by the disturbance of various cytokines and oxidative stress,which involves many important signal transduction pathways in the body. For treating liver fibrosis,no exact and effective western medicine has yet been found due to its complex pathogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine has made relatively good progress in the research and treatment of liver diseases,including liver fibrosis, because of its advantages of multiple targets and syndrome differentiation. Some single traditional Chinese medicines,compounds,and monomers have played a positive role in treating liver fibrosis,but the extensional pharmacological mechanism of their anti-liver fibrosis remains to be further explored. This paper reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of liver fibrosis and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-liver fibrosis.

    Using two sweet corn seeds of Guangdong Tian and Huazhen No. 2 as materials,the effects of different stress treatments on the utilization and consumption of stored substances during seedling germination were discussed. The results showed that under three stress treatments,the seedling growth of Guangdong Tian sweet corn seeds was better than that of Huazhen No. 2. Within 10 days of the germination period,the consumption rate of seed storage materials of both cultivars maintained an upward trend. However, the utilization rate of stored substances showed a trend of increasing first and then stabilizing or decreasing. Correlation analysis showed that seedling quality was significantly correlated with the utilization rate of stored substances. By analyzing the effects of different stress treatments on the consumption and utilization rate of storage substances at the germination stage of sweet corn seeds, this paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the germination and seedling growth of sweet corn seeds.

    ZrO2 aerogel is a kind of nano-porous material with a 3D cross-linked network on the main body of ZrO2. Because of its acid-base duality,redox property,high specific surface area,high porosity,and good thermal and chemical stability,ZrO2 aerogel has a wide range of applications in thermal insulation,catalysis,adsorption,energy storage,and other fields. In this paper,the preparation process and drying method of ZrO2 wet gel were summarized. The representative studies and research progress of ZrO2-based aerogel modification were introduced from the aspects of doping modification and binary compounding. The research advances on ZrO2 aerogel materials in the fields of heat insulation, catalysis, and adsorption was reviewed. Finally, a prospect on the future research of ZrO2 aerogel was given.

    Aiming at the problem that high-dimensional linear equations are difficult and time-consuming to solve manually,this paper designed a linear equation-solving software based on PyQt5. This software solved linear equations input by users efficiently and in real-time based on Jacobi iteration and Gauss-Seidel iteration,judged the convergence of iterative methods using the power method,and visualized the iterative solution results. The text control was used to display the iterative results of the two iterative methods. The graph control was used to dynamically draw the graph of the error value obtained by the two iterative methods changing with the number of iterations and the graph of each independent variable value changing with the number of iterations. The overall interface design of this software was implemented in Qt Designer,and the partial interface display was dynamically generated by Python code according to user operations. The interface logic function was developed by Python's development tool PyCharm,using Python to write iterative algorithm code,call the PyQt5 library,and operate the interface. This software can intuitively compare the two iterative methods' convergence and quickly obtain the approximate solution value of the linear equation system. It has good real-time performance,a simple and beautiful interface,user-friendly operation,and has certain practical value.

    Objective As SARS-CoV-2 spreads around the world,an in-depth study of virus-host interaction is essential for exploring SARS-CoV-2 pathogenesis. MethodsThe SRAS-CoV-2 nonstructural protein Nsp1-Nsp16 was cloned by PCR and homologous recombination assay into a eukaryotic expression vector,and Nsp1-Nsp16 protein expression was detected by Western blot. Then,the influence of Nsp2 exerted on total ubiquitin levels was determined by Western blot,and the distribution of Nsp2 in the cells was found by immunofluorescence. Finally,co-immunoprecipitation was used to detect the interaction between Nsp2 and ubiquitin. ResultsWestern blot analysis revealed that Nsp1-Nsp16 could express smoothly in A549 cells. Meanwhile,it was shown that Nsp2 increased total ubiquitin expression in the cytoplasm. Co-immunoprecipitation experiments results declared that Nsp2 could interact with ubiquitin protein. ConclusionWe successfully construct the expression vector of nonstructural protein Nsp1-Nsp16,and find that Nsp2 can increase the total ubiquitin level of cells and be ubiquitinated. This study demonstrates that Nsp2 is involved in the interaction between SARS-CoV-2 and host via the ubiquitin pathway,which lays a foundation for further research on the mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 and host.

    Aiming at the defect that U-Net image segmentation loses too much information in the down-sampling process and the recovery effect is poor in the up-sampling process,which leads to the reduction of image segmentation accuracy,this paper proposes a U-Net image segmentation algorithm based on the multi-level self-attention mechanism. The multi-level self-attention mechanism embedded a self-attention module in front of the upper sampling layer of each layer,which processed the input and scaled the original image of the upper sampling layer into a template image after splicing. Then the upper sampling layer after fusing it with the original input information was output. The U-Net image segmentation algorithm based on the multi-level self-attention mechanism proposed in this paper can not only provide more detailed information through the self-attention module of the original image mosaic but also reduce the impact of background noise caused by the original image mosaic by using the feature selection function of the upper sampling layer and improve the segmentation accuracy of the model. Finally, human body and garment segmentation experiments based on the PASCAL VOC and DeepFashion2 data set were carried out. The experimental results show that the improved method proposed in this paper can improve the image segmentation performance, thus proving the correctness and effectiveness of this method.

    Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Different Types of Wheat and Differences in Regulation

    To find out the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the yield and quality of different sensitive wheat and its related components,two types of wheat varieties,nitrogen-sensitive and nitrogen-insensitive,were used as materials,and a random block design was used to set two pure nitrogen application of 180 kg/hm2 (N1)and 240 kg/hm2 (N2),the variation of wheat yield,quality and related components of different types of wheat under different nitrogen levels were studied. The results showed that nitrogen fertilizer mainly affected wheat yield by affecting the number of ears and thousand kernel weight. Compared with low nitrogen levels,the yield of nitrogen-sensitive wheat decreased by 19. 82% under high nitrogen levels and the yield of nitrogen-insensitive wheat decreased by 2. 62%. High nitrogen was not conducive to the improvement of nitrogen-sensitive wheat yield and had relatively little effect on nitrogen-insensitive wheat yield. Under different nitrogen levels,the test weight, hardness,and flour extraction rate had no significant difference,and the crude protein content,wet gluten content,and sedimentation value had significant differences. Compared with the low nitrogen level,the high nitrogen level was conducive to the increase of the crude protein content,wet gluten content,and sedimentation value of wheat grains,the increased range of nitrogen-sensitive varieties was 8. 04%,7. 55%,and 15. 84%,the increase rate of nitrogen-insensitive varieties was 3. 38%,3. 23%,and 3. 39%,respectively,and the increase in nitrogen-sensitive varieties was significantly higher than that of nitrogeninsensitive varieties. This study also showed that the RVA viscosity parameters of wheat starch under different nitrogen levels had significant differences. With the increase of nitrogen application,the peak viscosity,trough viscosity,final viscosity,and dilution value of wheat starch all decreased significantly. It can be seen that in terms of wheat yield and quality,the response of nitrogen-sensitive varieties to nitrogen fertilizer is greater than that of nitrogeninsensitive varieties. The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on wheat quality is mainly on the quality of secondary processing,and the quality of wheat primary processing is small.

    Objective Three neonates diagnosed with CHARGE syndrome were reported,and their clinical characteristics and gene mutation sites were analyzed. In addition,the characteristics of gene mutations and clinical manifestations in Chinese neonates with CHARGE syndrome reported in the literature were summarized.Methods After the clinical diagnosis of CHARGE syndrome,the peripheral blood samples of the proband and their parents were left,and DNA was extracted. The whole exon capture chip was selected for mutation screening. Then the suspected pathogenic mutation sequence was amplified by PCR,and Sanger sequencing was carried out to verify the pathogenic mutation site. Results According to the diagnostic criteria of CHARGE syndrome,two main and two secondary criteria in all 3 cases met the clinical diagnostic criteria of CHARGE syndrome. The gene analysis results showed that there were CHD7 gene mutations in all 3 cases,including 2 cases of heterozygous mutation of the CHD7 gene and 1 case of heterozygosity loss of the CHD7 gene. Two of the mutant sites had not been reported.Conclusion For the clinical diagnosis of CHARGE syndrome in children, the development of gene detection is conducive to the analysis of the possible genetic pathogenesis of the disease.

    In this paper,YOLO-V5,a target detection algorithm based on deep learning, was combined with DeepSORT,a multi- target tracking algorithm,to achieve real- time detection and statistics of pedestrian flow information at the platform level of subway stations. Firstly,to reduce the problem of false detection and missed detection caused by pedestrians' mutual occlusion,the traditional pedestrian whole-body detection was changed to pedestrian head and shoulder detection. Then,the ReID model in DeepSORT was trained to extract only the head and shoulder features of pedestrians,to reduce the problem of inaccurate counting caused by frequent switching of pedestrian IDs in the tracking process.Finally,the optimized pedestrian detection and tracking model was applied to the subway platform level passenger flow detection, and different passenger flow information was extracted and counted according to the actual application scenario. The results showed that the model could effectively detect the degree of platform congestion,and count the number of people going up and down at the entrance and exit of the platform. The accuracy rate was 86% and the average FPS was 35,which could meet the application requirements of realtime detection of passenger flow information.

    Both fat replacement and fat infiltration can lead to fatty pancreas(FP),and in recent years,research on fatty pancreas has gradually increased,but its pathogenesis and diagnostic criteria are still unclear. Fat accumulation in the pancreas can affect metabolic function and increase the risk of diabetes,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,coronary heart disease,pancreatitis,pancreatic cancer,and postoperative pancreatic fistula. The clinical manifestations of the fatty pancreas are not typical,so ultrasound,computed tomography (CT),magnetic resonance(MR),and other techniques are used to diagnose it in clinical practice. At present,endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)and quantitative CT(QCT)have also made new progress in the diagnosis of fatty pancreas. FP is mostly treated with weightreducing and lipid-lowering drugs,but its prognosis is unclear. This article reviewed the research progress on the epidemiology,related diseases,diagnosis,and treatment of FP at home and abroad,to provide new ideas for exploring the diagnosis,evaluation of disease severity,and intervention of the disease course of FP.

    The Complications Risk of Prone Position Ventilation Treating Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome:A Meta-analysis

    Objective To discuss the influence of prone position ventilation(PPV) on the complications risk of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS). Methods The two researchers jointly formulated retrieval strategies and inclusion criteria. Relevant clinical controlled trials on the application effect of PPV on NRDS mechanical ventilation in newborns were searched from PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,respectively. The literature that met the inclusion criteria was screened out,the quality grade was divided,and valuable information was extracted. Finally,RevMan 5.3 software was used for evidence-based medicine analysis. Results 12 pieces of literature ultimately met the inclusion criteria, covering 1 246 subjects. The Meta-analysis results showed that the risk of pressure ulcers, accidental extubation, ventilator-associated pneumonia, pneumothorax, pulmonary hemorrhage,subcutaneous edema,and intracranial hemorrhage in the supine group was higher than those in the PPV group(P ≤ 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the risk of artificial airway blockage between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion PPV can reduce the risk of pressure ulcers,accidental extubation,ventilator-associated pneumonia, pneumothorax,pulmonary hemorrhage,subcutaneous edema,and intracranial hemorrhage in newborns with NRDS,but does not affect the risk of artificial airway blockage. This study can provide evidence reference for the safety of PPV in neonatology.

    The rapid development of the cyberphysical system (CPS) promotes the rapid transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry. To further improve the CPS establishment of the intelligent manufacturing production line,this paper compared and analyzed the research on the definition of the digital twin by relevant organizations and institutions at home and abroad. The digital twin of an intelligent manufacturing production line was built by TIA Portal software, whose unmanned CPS was composed of the modulations of production,manufacturing,processing,transport,and warehouse. The experiments were carried out based on the finished product warehouse,which verified the feasibility of the CPS and provided data and a practical basis for the subsequent iterative upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing production line.

    In response to the problem that the current mainstream image segmentation algorithms have poor discrimination ability of pixels with similar features but different categories on the segmentation boundary,which affects segmentation accuracy,this paper designed a U-Net3+ segmentation algorithm based on the Manhattan distance selfattention mechanism. Large-scale contextual information relationships were modeled by focusing on the degree of difference in information representation between different feature points,thereby the network′s ability was enhanced to distinguish pixels with similar features but different categories and learn global relationships. Then,different scale features are fused through the full-scale jump connection structure of U-Net3+ ,providing more scale contextual information for the network,making the segmentation network balance detailed information and global relationships,thereby improving the segmentation effect. Finally,this paper used the COVID-19 CT dataset to conduct experimental tests on the algorithm. The results showed that after the introduction of the Manhattan-distance-based self-attention mechanism,the Dice and IoU metrics of U-Net3+ were improved by 2. 79% and 3. 17% respectively,compared with the U-Net3+ using the multiple self-attention mechanism improved by 1. 06% and 1. 02%,Which proves the algorithm to be of certain effectiveness and superiority.
