    Proline(Pro) accumulation is an essential metabolic adaptation mechanism of plants under biological and abiotic stress. Its primary function is to act as an osmotic regulatory substance,maintain the osmotic balance inside and outside the cell,and enhance plant stress resistance. It also plays a vital role in free radical scavenging,reducing cellular acidity,and acting as a metal-chelating agent. This paper mainly reviewed the synthesis and degradation of proline,the research status of crucial enzyme genes,biological function,physiological toxicity,ion homeostasis,mechanism of action,and its performance of stress resistance in plants,etc.,to comprehensively understand the research status of proline and provide a reference for its research on plant stress resistance.

    Mechanism Exploration of Jinyebaidu Particles Against COVID- 19 Based on Network Pharmacology

    Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Jinyebaidu Particles in the treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods Through searching Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)and Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine (BATMAN-TCM) to select the chemical constituents and action targets of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Houttuyniae Herba,Isatidis Folium,Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz in Jinyebaidu Particles. The disease-related target genes were obtained by consulting Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM) and GeneCards database,and then the drug-active molecules-target gene action network was constructed using Cytoscape software. Gene ontology (GO) functional annotation and enrichment analysis based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathways were conducted by the R package cluster Profiler to predict the mechanism of action of Jinyebaidu Particles on COVID-19. Results A total of 31 active molecules and 110 target genes were screened,mainly including PTGS2,AR,ESR1,PPARG,PRSS1,NOS2,NR3C2 and other core targets. Enrichment analysis revealed 2 138 GO items(P < 0. 05)and 134 KEGG signaling pathways (P < 0. 05). The main enrichment pathways included AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,atherosclerosis,TNF-α signaling pathway,Influenza A pathway. Conclusion The active compounds of Jinyebaidu Particles can act on core inflammatory pathways such as TNF signaling,thus exerting antioxidant damage and anti-inflammatory effects on COVID-19.

    With the development of wearable,bendable and flexible electronic devices,the high energy and high power flexible energy storage devices attract more and more attention,which aims to match the requirements of different applications. Electrodes materials and electrolytes are the key components for the energy storage devices. Therefore,in this paper,the current developments regarding the chemical energy storage devices are introduced. At the same time,the recent developments of the flexible lithium batteries and super capacitors are emphasized, the main challenges and solutions are also analysized and summarized. At last,the prospects focused on the improvements in material developments,device design,materials process and the possible future trends are addressed.

    Two kinds of maize seeds were treated by different salinity,and the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of maize were studied. The results showed that,different salinity density had different inhibition effects on the germination rate,plant height,fresh weight,the length of leaf, chlorophyll content and MDA content, different maize had different response. From the indicators,when the salinity density was above 30 mmol/L,the both kinds of maize showed negative growth effect compared with the control,which suggested that the both kinds of maize were not resistant to salt,but under the same salinity concentration,the salt damage degree of Huatian corn was less than that of NO.3 Xiyu,which showed NO. 3 Xiyu was more sensitive to salt stress.

    Objective To summarize the clinical manifestations, electroencephalogram and MRI features of febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome(FIRES),and to explore its pathogenesis and current treatment progress. Methods The clinical manifestations,EEG and head MRI features of a child with FIRES in neurology department of Wuhan Children′s Hospital were analyzed. The literatures were reviewed;the clinical,EEG,head MRI features,and diagnosis and treatment progress were summarized. Results The child was school- age male with acute onset, who showed fever,disturbance of consciousness and drug- refractory status epilepticus. The EEG showed that the background was diffuse slow wave activity. In EEG,the partial episodes of left frontal and anterior temporal regions were monitored. There was no abnormality in the MRI signal of the brain. After three days of treatment with ketogenic diet(KD),the seizure was significantly reduced and the patient was transferred to the general ward. After discharge,KD and anti-epileptic drugs were continued. After one month,the return visit showed the child was occasionally convulsed and the consciousness improved,intelligence was significantly lower than that before onset. The literature shows that the disease mainly occurs in previously healthy school-age children,often induced by fever,followed by refractory status epilepticus or cluster-like seizures. FIRES has a poor prognosis. Survivors often have drug-refractory epilepsy and severe cognitive impairment. KD is generally considered to have a significant effect on patients with FIRES. Conclusion The cause of FIRES is unknown and may be caused by immune mediation. FIRES always occurs in school-age children,often induced by fever, its seizures are fulminant,it is drug-refractory,KD is effective in controlling acute seizures and improving prognosis.

    Antipad Design and Its Influence on High Frequency Characteristics of Differential Vias

    With the improvement of the differential signal rate,the influence of differential vias on the signal integrity of the high-speed differential signal is more and more noticeable. Aiming at the design requirements of low reflectance,high-transmission and stable impedance of differential vias in high-speed PCB,the antipad prediction was calculated by equivalent vias model. According to the estimated value,different shapes of differential vias antipad were simulated and analyzed. Differential vias in a 16-layer PCB were modeled in 3D and simulated with HFSS,and the model was simulated and analyzed in eye diagram with software of Designer. The results showed that the larger the area of antipad in a certain frequency range,the better the high frequency characteristics of the differential vias.

    At present,it is one of the most effective ways to prepare silicon-carbon composite anode materials by compositing the silicon materials with high specific capacity and the carbon materials with stability. Among the many preparation processes of silicon-carbon composite anode materials,the silicon-carbon composite anode prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) has the advantages of high charging/discharging efficiency,good cycle stability,facile process,and is suitable for mass production. This paper summarized the research progress of preparing silicon-carbon composite anode materials by chemical vapor deposition. From the perspective of silicon-carbon composites structure,such as coreshell structure, yolk-shell structure, porous structure, and embedded structure, the structural design and battery performance of different types of silicon-carbon composite anode materials were introduced, and their advantages and existing the problem were discussed. Finally,the application of silicon-carbon composite anode materials prepared by CVD was summarized,and we prospected the future of industrialization of silicon-carbon composite anode materials.

    Treatment of Sulodexide on Albuminuria in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

    Objective To study the clinical effect of Sulodexide on albuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 65 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided to a control group including 30 cases and a treatment group including 35 cases. Both groups have the treatment 8 weeks. The control group orally take Losartan 50 mg/d for 4 weeks. The treatment group on the basis of normal treatment(Losartan potassium 50 mg,one time/d),adds Sulodexide 600 LSU,qd,iv ,one time/d,after 2 weeks,changes to use Sulodexide tablet 200 mg/d for 6 weeks (totally 8 weeks). Results After treatment,B2-MG,BUN,CREA and 24-hour urinary protein is significantly lower than that before treatment for both groups(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). These indexes of treatment group are better than those of control group. Conclusion Sulodexide can relieve albuminuria effectively in early diabetic nephropathy.

    Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jidesheng Sheyao combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of wasp stings. Methods 68 outpatient cases of wasp stings from March 2015 to December 2017 in Hospital of Jianghan University were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 34 cases underwent conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 34 cases received routine western medicine treatment combined with Jidesheng Sheyao,two groups received treatment of one to six days,the curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 10%,significantly higher than that of the control group 72. 41%(P < 0. 05);the cure time,redness and swelling fading away time,pain disappearing time and white blood cells back to normal time of the control group were (4. 62 ± 1. 37),( 2. 69 ± 0. 31),(2. 46 ± 0. 34),(3. 32 ± 1. 02)days,respectively;in the treatment group,they were(2. 57 ± 1. 21),(1. 30 ± 0. 25),(1. 16 ± 0. 21),(1. 34 ± 0. 91) days,respectively;the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of Jidesheng Sheyao combined with conventional western medicine on wasp stings shorten the course of disease,the efficacy is accurate,and it is suitable for popularization in primary hospitals.

    Synthesis and Capacitive Performance of a Metal-organic Frameworks Based on Nickel-terephthalic Acid

    A kind of metal-organic frameworks(Ni-PTA MOFs)was prepared with hydrothermal reaction method using nickel nitrate hexahydrate and p-phthalic acid(PTA)as raw materials. The structure and properties of the product synthesized were characterized by X-ray diffraction technique,cyclic voltammetry method and galvanostatic charge-discharge technique. The influences of reaction temperature and molar ratio of reactants on the structure and capacitive performance of the product were investigated. The test results showed that the MOFs obtained had high specific capacitance when the reaction temperature was 180 ℃ and the molar ratio of nickel nitrate to p-phthalic acid was 1∶1,the discharge time was up to 477 s and the specific capacitance was as high as 1 403 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g. However,only 45% of the initial capacitance value was maintained after 1 000 cycles of galvanostatic charge and discharge at a current density of 10 A/g.

    Cauchy′s inequality has an important application in the study of unitary uncertainty. The authors use Cauchy′s inequality to improve itself and apply it to the calculation of unitary uncertainty. Firstly,the idea of using low-dimensional Cauchy′s inequality to optimize high-dimensional Cauchy′s inequality is used to obtain the first sequence of Cauchy′s inequality. Then, by introducing a convex function, the second sequence of Cauchy′s inequality is obtained. Finally,the obtained sequence of Cauchy′s inequality is applied to study the variance-based quantum uncertainty. The results show that the Cauchy′s inequality sequence constructed by us can effectively optimize the bounds of variance product-based uncertainty for two unitary operators.

    The gesture recognition system based on YOLOv3 uses darknet53.conv.74 model to train and learn,and separates input images unnecessary information by smoothing and binarizing algorithm,so as to improve the recognition accuracy and realize a video real-time gesture recognition model. The graphical interface is developed by Python Tkinter. The results show that the recognition accuracy of the model can reach 76. 76%, which is comparable with the current mainstream deep learning target detection algorithm. The model is superior to other current mainstream deep learning target detection algorithms in recognition rate,and has advantages in dealing with natural interactive information,which provides an effective means for human-computer interaction.

    Objective To conduct clinical observation on the treatment of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture operation by low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage. Methods 160 cases of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture surgery in department of orthopedics in Wuhan No.1 Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected,the patients were divided into A,B,C,D four groups,40 cases in each group. The A group as the control group underwent routine nursing education,the B,C,D group as the observation groups accepted low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupucture points,manipulation massage and low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage,respectively. The apparent rate and total effective rate of constipation relief after lumbar vertebral fracture operation in the three observation groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group,the apparent rate and total effective rate of the three observation groups were higher than those in the control group. The apparent rate and total effective rate of low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points combined with manipulation massage group were higher than those of low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points group and manipulation massage group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of high fiber food intake and routine rehabilitation training,the low frequency impulse electrotherapy on acupuncture points and manipulation massage can significantly improve the symptoms of constipation after lumbar vertebral fracture surgery,and the effect of the combination is better.

    Objective To measure and compare the tissue oxygenation of gastrocnemius during ischemic and reperfusion(I & R) to lower limbs through two different ways,and to establish a method for remote ischemic preconditioning(RIPC)through intermittent seiza and observe its effect on capillary fragility of forearm skin. Methods 1)12 college students participated in the measurement of tissue oxygenation in gastrocnemius during I & R either through intermittent seiza or blood pressure cuff inflated at 200 mmHg around thigh,taken 5 min reperfusion following 5 min ischemia as a cycle,three such cycles was one RIPC. 2)The capillary fragility was checked in the forearm of 61 students whom were randomly into experimental group(34)and control group(27)at pretreatment, two weeks(partial cases)and four weeks after the daily intermittent seiza RIPC. The BP and platelet (platelet 14 cases in each group)were checked while checking the capillary fragility. Results Tissue oxygenation in gastrocnemius changed regularly during I & R in both methods,but seiza could make it decrease more rapidly and thoroughly than that of blood pressure cuff inflation. The skin capillary fragility reduced significantly compared with that of the control group after 4 weeks daily intermittent seiza RIPC. No significant changes were observed for BP and platelet count. Conclusion Intermittent seiza is an effective and easy way for RIPC;it can improve the quality of skin capillary.

    Objective To study the qualified rate of clinical sputum specimen,it helps and improves the understanding of patients to take specimen,makes the patients obtain real and effective diagnosis and treatment. Methods The quality of specimens were evaluated by direct smear, Gram stain and microscopic examination,the qualified rate of sputum samples was investigated,and the degree of anastomosis with the infected bacteria was observed. Results Sputum specimen smear microscopy:WBC > 25/LP,SEC < 10/LP and WBC < 25/LP,the isolation rate of infected bacteria of SEC 10-25/LP was significantly higher than that of WBC < 10/LP,as SEC > 25/LP,the results of qualified smear examination are consistent with the isolation of infected bacteria. Conclusion It is important to control the acquisition time,method and inspection time;It can improve the isolation rate of infected bacteria,and ensure the accuracy of training results.

    In this study,two dimensional nanostructured carbon materials were prepared through inorganic and organic hybrid method that glucose was intercalated into the laminates of iron(III) chloride hexahydrate. The obtained hybrid composite was then thermally carbonized and followed by acid etching. The microstructure and composition of the samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetric analysis (TG),X- ray diffraction(XRD),Ramanspectra and other characterization methods. A three electrode system was used to evaluate the electrochemical properties of the two-dimensional carbon materials and 6 mol/L KOH was used as electrolyte. The results showed that at 0. 5 A/g current density,the mass specific capacitance of the prepared two-dimensional carbon material electrode was up to 236 F/g. When current density increased to 10 A/g,the specific capacitance could still be maintained at 201 F/g,and the specific capacitance retention rate was 85. 2%,this indicated a good rate performance. In addition,the electrode also exhibited excellent cycling stability,which still maintained the initial specific capacitance after 1 000 cycles at a current density of 10 A/g.

    Analysis on Curative Effect of Tolvaptan Tablets in Treatment of Refractory Heart Failure

    Objective To observe the clinical effect of tolvaptan tablets in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods 52 patients with refractory chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure therapy,and the observation group was given tolvaptan tablets orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the improvement effect of heart failure in the two groups was compared. Results After one week of continuous treatment,compared with the control group,the symptoms and signs of heart failure in the observation group,such as dyspnea,pulmonary congestion and lower limb edema were significantly improved;the serum NT-proBNP decreased,the left ventricular ejection fraction increased,and the serum sodium ion concentration increased,the degrees were all better than those of the control group(P < 0. 05);meanwhile,there was no significant increase in blood creatinine level(P > 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional anti-heart failure treatment,oral tolvaptan tablets has a good clinical effect on refractory heart failure and has no obvious effect on renal function.

The training of medical students in France also has the advantages of national overall planning,value on general family medicine,continuous reform.     ObjectiveArterial blood gas analyser and electrolyte analyser were used to measure arterial blood and venous plasma potassium and sodium ion concentration, the experimental data were statistically compared the differences between them and derived the linear relationship, discussed the clinical significance.Methods Using American production of GEM PREMIER 3000 blood gas analyser and Roche production of ROCHE 9180 electrolyte analyser, detected in 85 cases with arterial blood and venous plasma the potassium and sodium concentration, compared arterial blood and venous plasma potassium, sodium and relevance.Results Arterial blood and venous plasma potassium concentration were significantly different(P<0.05), arterial blood, arterial plasma and venous plasma sodium concentration were not significant differences(P>0.05),arterial plasma and venous plasma potassium or sodium concentration were not significantly different(P>0.05); and arterial blood and venous plasma potassium concentration in a certain linear relationship existed.Conclusionarterial blood potassium concentration is not the same with venous plasma potassium concentration, but according to the experimental data, can roughly calculate the linear regression equation of venous plasma and arterial blood potassium ion concentrationvenous plasma potassium ion(A) =1.445×artery blood potassium ion(V)-1.273(mmol/L), so when the doctor know the potassium concentration in arterial blood,can roughly calculate the potassium concentration in venous plasma, the doctor can comprehensively judge the potassium situation in patient.

    MPO-ANCA Positive Association Hypertrophic Cranial Pachymeningitis with Extensive Pulmonary Arterial Thrombosis:A Case Report and Literature Review

    Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of MPOANCA positive associated hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis. Methods A case of MPOANCA positive hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis with extensive pulmonary arterial thrombosis was reported and analyzed with the literature. Results The patient presented with impaired vision and headache. After admission,blood D-dimer 7. 09 mg/L FEU( < 0. 5),ESR 33 mm/h( < 15),anti-MPO antibody 137. 3 CU ( < 20. 0),anti-protease 3 antibody 22. 7 CU ( < 20. 0). The three-dimensional CT scan of the mediastinum plus enhancement shows extensive thrombosis of both pulmonary arteries. Pulmonary artery CTA showed multiple pulmonary embolisms. Cerebral MRI showed in bilateral frontal-temporal dura thickening reinforcement,cavernous sinus,orbit,pharynx side clearance(right),and on the right side of the rock/article sinus flake reinforced under the shadow,and double side nerve local display was fine(right),the dura thickening of the skull base slightly obvious local/doubt slightly thick,diagnosis of MPO ANCA positive hypertrophic pachymeningitis,symptoms improved after immunization, anticoagulant therapy. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of MPO-ANCA positive hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis are heterogeneous. Most patients have chronic headaches,with or without craniocerebral nerve palsy, cerebellar ataxia, epileptic seizure, myelopathy, visual impairment, and other neurological manifestations. In clinical practice,the possibility of MPO-ANCA positive hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis should be considered in patients with headaches,multiple cranial nerve involvement,and sinusitis and otitis media.
