Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effects of tanshinoneⅡA promoting endothelial cells proliferation and investigate the proper dose and action time. MethodsRespectively investigates the situation of cell proliferation with SRB after different concentration tanshinoneⅡA incubating the human umbilical vein cells (HUV-EC-C) for 24 h and 48 h. ResultsTanshinoneⅡA has the obvious effect to promote cell proliferation of human umbilical vein cells(HUV-EC-C), the effect is most obvious under the conditions that the concentration is 6 mg/L and the intervening time is 48 h. ConclusionTanshinoneⅡA can promote endothelial cell proliferation which play an important role on angiogenesis.
